Came here trying to wash my clothes and they saying I can't wash it but they close in an hour and 30 minutes all it takes is 20 minutes to wash my clothes in 20 minutes to dry which is about 40 minutes. They still have plenty of time cleanup or whatever they have to do. This is ridiculous because it's hard out here and I'm trying to clean my clothes and they're preventing me from doing such. I like coming here to wash my large laundry items like my throw rugs or comforters. I've been coming here since they opened and this place is well kept. It's always clean and there's only a few machines out at a time. I've always been able to get to a machine w/o having to wait. I usually bring my own detergent and softener but there is a dispenser or you can just go next door. There is a sink in case you need to pre-wash something. There's also plenty of chairs, a TV and a spacious bathroom. They also provide a laundry service, in which they will wash, dry and fold your clothes, pretty convenient! You just either drop off/pick up or they will pick up/deliver. They do close @10 if you're using the laundromat and the machines will automatically shut off before, so be aware! read more

This laundry is very difficult to go to due to the fact that it sometimes accepts your credit card and at other times will not accept your credit card. I bring two credit cards just in case one is not working and recently, neither card is accepted. I then have to go to the quarter machine and hope the machine is not empty due to the numerous people who come in and out of there just to get the quarters and who do not use the laundry, but rather for personal use. I have had other experiences where the machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I call the number listed and the person who answers the phone does not understand English that well and acts confused. You are there left to lose your money, take your clothes out wet and try and dry them with four or five dollars worth of drying expense. read more

Been going here for over a year just because it's the only one in Lincoln and every time is an absolutely miserable experience. Most of the time the good machines are out of service, the card readers barely work, and their coin dispensers are usually out of service; so it's a hassle even paying for it if you find a machine that works. Once the coin depenser stole my cash. I bring my own soap, but their soap dispenser hasn't been filled this whole year. The floors are often flooded and the ceiling looks like it's about to burst. Sometimes you'll come back to your laundry to see that the machine errored out and locked your clothes inside. There is usually no staff of site and they're usually rude. Carts have so much build up of hair and lint caught in the wheels, they are impossible to steer. It also tends to be overcrowded. My contempt for laundry day cannot be overstated. read more

I've been coming here for around 2 years now and it's always been a horrible experience, I dread having to do laundry here, and the only reason I do is because there is no other laundromats in Lincoln. The card readers hardly work, the change machines hardly ever work (BOTH OF THEM), the detergent dispenser has NEVER been filled, on a good day maybe around 50% of the washers will be out of order, the washers that do work leak, and leave the floor a flooded muddy mess. The solution to this is apparently gross looking towels lining the floor in an attempt to soak up some water, I'm surprised someone hasn't slipped and seriously injured themselves yet. On several occasions I've come back to find my laundry either paused for no reason in the middle of a load, or the machine errored out locking your clothes inside. When you try to call the number they have you most likely won't get any answer, and if you do, you'll be treated horribly and rudely. Don't bother paying extra for hot water because guess what, you're getting icy cold water no matter what. In fact I think the hot water is shut off to the whole building, because there's no hot water in the bathroom either (or hand soap...or toilet seat covers...or toilet paper). The whole place is grimy and disgusting, and smells like a mixture of urine and cigarettes (I once found a used condom in my clothes after washing them here). I doubt it gets any sort of cleaning done more than once every couple months. TLDR: if you value your sanity or any sort of standard of cleanliness, stay MILES away from this place. read more

While my girlfriend and I were visiting her family up here in Lincoln, the dryer at their place broke! Left with wet clothes, we found Lincoln Laundry through a quick Yelp/Google search. We got here late in the evening around 8pm on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. Surprisingly, these machines accept Apply pay and credit card, so no need for coins! If you do want to use coins they have a change machine next to the counter. The laundromat was very modern and clean. Something that isn't normal for us back in the Bay Area unfortunately, so this was a pleasant change. We had a whole basket of laundry that needed drying so we ended up placing everything in the "5 load dryer" located in the far back. Paid $1.75 for 35 minutes at medium. Once done, our clothes were warm and dry, so our trip was complete. This place is a great find and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone needing a wash or dry. This place has taken a dramatic turn from clean and well run to a hot mess. many machines with out of order signs. Theres a sign that says if your cc doesn't work it's because the internet is down. never found it worked. New to the area and needed to wash some clothes so I find myself here. Easy to find in a nice shopping center with other places to check out while you wait for your clothes to be done. The facility has lots of washers and dryers, rolling baskets and folding areas. This is the 1st laundry place I've ever seen that charges different amounts based on water temperature and soil level of clothing. Also the facility definitely could have used some tidying up when I visited. But overall this place gets the job done fast and efficiently, also it was nice and quiet inside. My load sucked as there was no water. No I don't want a "store credit" and I'm not taking a risk on another machine. Mine was bad and two more needed maintenance. Was in town and broke my mom's dryer. Luckily there was a laundromat in town! It was clean and affordable. I live in the Bay Area, so I'm used to some pretty expensive prices, but Lincoln's prices was affordable. There are different size dryers and washers all with various pricing. Interior and machines were clean. You can tell it's well maintained. While you're waiting for your clothes there is McDonald's and a Dollar Tree to help kill time if needed. Only wish it was open later (last wash at 9PM, closes 10PM). read more

This place is always dirty and hot. The machines wouldn't even take my money! Put the laundry in, liquid fabric software, then run my card, tap to pay and swipe, declined 10 times in a row. Switch machines, try tap and swipe, declined again. I call my bank, they don't see the transactions coming through. I got next door and pull $20 out, of course there's a service fee. They don't have $10 dollar bills, so now I've got $20 worth of quarters. If I had another option I'd leave but it's too late. I won't be back. I've been coming here for a few months but if they don't care enough to make sure their machines accept payments they advertise they accept, then they don't deserve customers. This is the only laundromat in town. The whole back row of washers leak daily -- so much so they run out of dry towels to put down. They are always out of paper towels at the sink and In the bathroom. It is very dirty and unkept. Windows and floors are covered with layers of dirt. Machines do not always work with card as their internet goes in and out. This place is extremely small !!! You have to squeeze pass people. Very sad that such a necessity such as laundry has to be done in a place of such low quality. Average price of wash is $4.00 and average to dry is about $1.50. So we know the owners are making money. read more

Clean place, they have a HUGE washer that easily fit 2 queen duvets, 2 thick queen underpads a king duvet, and a thick king underpad. Only down side is that I have been here multiple times and the credit card reader doesn't work for the Apple Pay or chip cards. Very frustrating when the laundry machine costs $12. I was lucky that I happened to have that amount in my car but I think they would definitely benefit from figuring out how to make this part of their business more reliable. read more

They didn't allow me to wash my comforter because there was a hole in it and they claimed that the small amount of internal polyester fiberfill that was exposed would ruin their washing machines, which makes no sense because the whole comforter, external and internal, is made from polyester. So hole or not, the washing machine would be washing polyester. I've washed my hole-y blankets and comforters at other self-serve laundromats with no problem and will continue to do so going forward. read more

Throw your trash away, don't wash nasty things in the machine that you wouldn't wash at home-just common courtesy. First time using this laundromat after checking Yelp.com reviews. First bring enough change, they have a change machine, but you are lucky if it works! Second the place is FILTHY and many of the washers are broken and the owners must be aware of this because the doors don't shut properly so they have towels piled underneath the washers to collect the water! Cleanest laundromat I've EVER been to! It was so nice and cool in there too. I was really impressed! Also, they give you the option to use your quarters or you can slide your debit/credit card on the washer and drying machines which is actually so much more convenient than lugging around quarters. Another thing that was nice is they have the little rolling carts that they let you take outside to your car if you have a heavy load to carry. The only downfall for me was it seemed kind of pricey. But i haven't used a laundromat in years so I'm not sure what the going rate is for this kind of thing. I was only here because my washing machine went kaput and someone won't be here for a few days to look at it. I would definitely use this place again in a pinch though!
