Judi's makes dry cleaning accessible and easy for me. I don't have much time to drop off and pickup, so having the option for someone to grab the laundry directly from my house is so convenient. Sure it's a little bit pricier, but it's a premium that I'm willing to pay for the service I get (they're driving to and from you!). I've had coats, dresses, and even traditional Indian wear handled by them, and each time it's been delivered cleanly and efficiently. The one time there was a delivery hiccup, it was resolved and addressed quickly. They also have a great web interface to keep you updated on progress. Judi's Cleaners continues to impress! We love the convenience of their free pickup and drop off service! The prices are just a tad bit higher but well worth the price. I recently purchased two pair of women's shorts that had cuffs that were not sewn in place. I knew this would soon be a problem so I had Judi's do a blind stitch and sew these cuffs in place so when washed they would not fall apart. They did an awesome job and I can't thank them enough! Whenever we go on a cruise or anywhere that requires us to dress up, upon arriving home I just place everything in the bag provided. What started out positive turned into a business nightmare! I own a Bodyworks business and I recently had to discontinue my use of Judi's Cleaners and I am happy to say I should have done it sooner! The service went from great to average to horrid! Damaged sheets, delivery service woeful and excuses galore! I ended up doing more deliveries of my sheets and spending my off days doing quality follow-up to make sure my sheets would be available! Way overpriced now that I have found another laundry service to do my cleaning and just not good follow through on concerns either in person or over the phone! Took 5 months to get my clothes from the fire in Pasadena, they brought back horribly dry clean, made them take it back and took 2 weeks to bring them back. They lost my clothes, I had them dry clean 71 dresses and I left the hangers in the closet so I know how many came back. Only 65 came back and then they found one dress. They lost my leather jacket, suede jacket, vintage jacket, dodger jacket, 2 pairs of pants. Can't get them to email me back or call me. Don't use them horrible. Went for alterations of cheap yoga pants and pajama bottoms. Needed them shortened by 3 inches and brought them pre-pinned. I think $16 is a lot to pay for hemming non-specialty cloth, but it got done in a week. (Traditional turn around time anywhere else) They have friendly staff and decent hours for pick up. READ, DO NOT COME HERE. YOU'LL REGRET IT - ‼‼‼ If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed, probably the most disappointed with the service I've received here than anywhere I've ever done business at before. My husband and I needed our suits and dress dry cleaned for my sister-in-law's wedding in Puerto Rico this weekend. We took our items in and we're told to pick them up at 3 PM. When I get there the receptionist gets my information and goes and grabs my items. As she was returning to the front desk with my items, a woman followed shortly behind her. Clearly this was the individual that pressed our items coming up to explain what happened to my dress. It was a beautiful light pink silk dress I was planning to wear for the wedding and it was slightly wrinkled when I brought it in, brand new never worn before and took weeks to finally find. I just wanted it to be a little less bunched up. It honestly only had the wrinkles like any dress directly from the rack has but I wanted it to be extra nice for the wedding. As I'm up front with the two women, I look at the dress and I immediately noticed something was different about it. IT WAS RUINED. FRIED and WRINKLED. I literally wanted to start crying. And to top things off you would think she would try to make me feel better about it but instead she did the opposite and pretty much insulted the dress. She told me "This is just the kind of dress it is, some people like them but nothing really changed. We tried but it's just a wrinkle style" WHAT? A WRINKLE STYLE? YOU MEAN A RUINED STYLE??? I was shocked and honestly confused, speechless for multiple reasons. Anyone with common sense especially someone that knows a little bit about steaming would know that if you were immediately noticing that you are ruining the dress or it's not making a difference that maybe you should stop, allow the dress to cool down and then decide whether it's even worth continuing. Well she didn't use common sense and fried the dress and the dress is completely ruined, feels burnt and is now unwearable. As I was just completely speechless and so upset holding back tears I then looked at the receptionist and she says "That'll be $66." Believe it or not they still charged me for the dress. I was so upset and didn't want to FREAK OUT CRYING or say something really bad that I would regret so I paid, and just walked out in total disbelief. I got home and when I took it fully out of the wrapping I was even more shocked because the entire dress was fried. Front to back, top to bottom. No longer even felt like silk not even like polyester. It even shriveled up and caused it to become shorter. Once I wrapped my head around what just happened and the amount I just spent I really looked over my receipt and she charged me more for the dress than any other item we had pressed. I called to speak to the manager or owner and of course get that same individual on the phone saying she's the manager and then once again with no remorse or empathy about my situation she tells me that the owner is on the phone and she will have him call me back. She then goes to tell me, "well maybe the dress isn't silk, it's really polyester" WHAT????? So why continue steaming my dress if your a damn steam expert and fabric connoisseur. Really just amazed. Like what in the world. . I haven't really posted on here in a while because I've been really trying to give businesses the benefit of the doubt since we are in a pandemic, but that is no excuse for just horrible customer service. If I wasn't on my way out I've almost out of the damn country for a wedding that's been planned for months I probably wouldn't be so angry, but I am extremely upset and now I have to head out and look for a another dress a day before we fly out. AND THEN HER ATTITUDE JUST PUT THE CHERRY ON TOP. So disgusting. Finally the owner Ben called, he didn't allow me to get 10 words out, kept cutting me off "Gina, if you take your yelp review down we can fix it. What do you want me to do Gina?" In just the most sarcastic, arrogant tone. Like it's not his fault or the business. He didn't apologize once I asked him to please stop cutting me off, and he said "Why am I going to apologize, if I'm offering to fix it." FIX WHAT BEN? It's ruined, you can't fix this one. Not even someone that knows dry cleaning knows that. The slit is too far up now on my leg. It's shrunk and shriveled. I finally hung up because I just am so exhausted trying to explain myself and what this dress meant to me and this wedding. I pray people read this before going there. It was how the manager handled the situation and then seemed to get annoyed when I challenged the replacement value. Almost as if she was being more than generous/fair. And on top of that to charge me $28 for the other 3 items was just bad service. The jacket is older and literally the first designer piece I bought myself that I still can wear. I've used Judi's for just under one year, and while I need a reputable launder they have constantly failed to deliver. I've had 7 satin gowns lost, whites towels returned discolored, and many of my white towels returned with stains present. Each incident I've contacted the company provided grace for the missed opportunity and very patient with them. My drivers are always pleasant, patient with me, and very professional. Judi's was recommended by Restoration Hardware as their Cloud is exclusively cleaned by them. I was unsure of the price so I called first to get an estimate. Armani answered the call, wasn't sure how to price it so he asked his manager, then called me back. I was given the amount of $200; no more than $230. I let him know that I am 45 minutes away (one way) and that he needed to be sure of the price. He assured me. I dropped it off on Saturday, where I was now told the total was $270 (an increase of nearly 30%). I told the woman at the counter what I was told and she didn't honor that price or even check with Armani or his manager. Instead, calling Judi who said, "$270, it's a great price", completely ignoring what I was quoted. Since I had driven all that way, I decided to leave them. I received the 26 pieces back on Friday and as I was putting them in my SUV, I noticed there was a frame piece that had a black stain running along the bottom. I finished loading them and went back inside with that one piece. That stain was not there when I dropped it off and I was told by the front desk lady that they could reclean it free of charge. When I asked if she saw the stain, she said, "she was surprised that it had an issue and assured me that I wouldn't find a stain on the others. When I found another small grey marking on that same piece, I showed it to her and she said, "I have bad eyesight. I can't see that last marking you mentioned." I went home, looked at all 25 pieces and only a few didn't have issues. There are now holes in my covers, snags, and the light stains that were on them before, were not cleaned. I took them back in the following morning and a manager came out to, "handle the situation". When she came around the corner, she said, "these were *really dirty when I dropped them off (not the way to handle something like this; already refusing to accept responsibility) and that they don't guarantee all stains to be removed". I had put painters tape on the new stains caused by the cleaners, holes, and snags so she can easily see and spot clean. She began ripping off the painters tape and laughing under her breath while shaking her head. I told her it wasn't funny and that these weren't "very dirty, old, not well maintained, and just the integrity of the fabric". This Cloud is less than two years old, no one has sat it in except for me, and I take EXTREME caution with this furniture due to the sheer cost. I wanted to get it cleaned not because of how dirty it was but because of the desire for routine cleaning and maintenance. She then said, "why would you leave these here if you think we put holes in them?" I agreed and said I didn't want to but the ones that have holes, snags, something needed to be done. These are damaged and Judi's is responsible for this. She said she will refund me for the cleaning cost and will do nothing else. I told her the snags could have happened when they were being hung on rough metal hangers, or when they decided to put SAFETY PINS in EACH cover (which now has two small pin holes in each corner). Ben, the owner called me and assured me that he was going to reclean these pieces. I drove back in, stood with Ben for almost an hour going over each piece in the back. He assured me that these problems would be taken care of and even told me the way these were cleaned were not correct and that it also caused them to fit too snugly on each frame piece. During our review, the women who cleaned them the first time, stood there, watched, and even picked up a corner of the piece and wiped her nose on it. I was so shocked, I didn't know what to say as this was seen out of the corner of my eye as I was talking with Ben. A week or so later, I logged into my bank account and saw a $528.92 charge from Judi's. I immediately called, got the same rude lady that told me, "these were *really dirty when I dropped them off" and we discussed where my initial refund was. She told me that their accounting person wasn't there and that I would have to wait for a check to be cut. At that point, we discussed the status of my covers and she was ready to hang up the phone when I asked, "why was I charged $528.92?" She then said, "OH MY GOD, THAT WENT THROUGH!" to which I replied, "yes it did". Why was I never informed? Why was I charged this random amount when I at that point, had a closed account with Judi's and was assured that my debit card number wasn't in their system? She had nothing to say. NOTHING! This took weeks to rectify because again, I had to wait for their accounting person. Finally, when the pieces were ready, Ben promised to deliver them to my house. As I was opening each piece, the holes, snags, safety pins, marks were still there. Nothing changed except however they cleaned them, they were able to stretch back out to fit over the frame pieces. Having a broken arm left me needing laundry with pickup and delivery services; thank goodness for Judi's Cleaners. After the first pickup you then use the laundry bags you purchase and each bag is a flat rate. I've way overstuffed the bags and overflow is wrapped separately and there's an additional charge because of the amount...totally fair as far as I'm concerned because I'm paying for a quality and personal service to have my laundry completely handled for me, and you get what you pay for. If I go to a laundry mat I'm paying almost the same price and my time and soap and...all the drudgery I would rather not deal with. Well, now I have an option to not and I love that. They even pair and fold all the random socks i throw in, and did I say the clothes are folded so beautifully? I love telling people I use a laundry service and how excellent I feel Judi's service has been and how it really filled my need with my medical situation. The wonderful woman at the counter(I'm sorry I didn't get your name at the time) took my shirt to go see what the seamstress could do. She returned 3-4 minutes later with the patch fully shown on. She said that it was no charge. You don't know how much I appreciate that even though I was ready to leave the shirt and to pay for the alteration. They told me: "Yes, of course, it will be ready on Wednesday, but if you want delivery, it will be on Thursday." I said, okay, delivery suits me! I really wanted to love this place. I signed up for recurring weekly wash and fold service over the phone. I was told I could leave my clothes in bags for the first pick up, they would wash and put in their hampers to drop off, and they would charge me for however many hampers I used, $25 for one or $40 for two plus a one time fee of $10 per hamper. Pick up was seamless, but my clothes were returned in paper bags with a receipt of $75 for 25 lbs of laundry. Each hamper holds "about 20 lbs" mind you. I emailed the company to explain that I had been overcharged and had not received any hampers. I received an apology in reply, along with a promise that the hamper would be dropped off the next day and my account would be credited. The hamper did not come the next day. I emailed again asking for my account to be cancelled and for the credit to be applied as a refund. I was credited 27.05, so I was still charged 47.95 for 25lbs of laundry, when I should have been charged $25 plus perhaps the $7.95 overage charge, totaling $32.95. Overall, this was a pretty rough customer service experience and I would not recommend this business. read more

Bought myself a pair of expensive pants for the first time in my life... 2 months later I take them out of the dryer and there's an unknown brownish yellow stain the size of a baseball on one of the front pockets (on very light blue pants). I took it to a cleaner close to my house and the front desk lady saw it and immediately said "Oh no... we can't do that..." and they wouldn't even try to get the stain out. I was so upset. After that, I called and brought them into this place and they said they would try their best. I come back a week later to pick them up and the stain is COMPLETELY GONE! It was amazing. Three shirts were picked up on Thursday and ready for pickup/delivery on Monday. One of my shirt was a little worn down before the dry cleaning. I have been using this new Judy's location since they opened. Last night I picked up my dry cleaning and this morning I noticed a small paper bag attached to the plastic bag covering my dress pants. In the paper bag was $13.00 cash. I am certain I left this in the pocket when I dropped them off. Aug. 22, 2022 took 3 shorts to judis and asked the young lady to have 1' to 2" taken out of the waists. instead added to the waists 1' to 2". cost 95.55. was told to return and would be rectified. after waiting weeks was told they were ready. nothing had changed. october 5th asked to dry clean jeans for a crease in middle of pant legs. was assured could be done. picked up today october 6th, wasnt done. cost 14.86 to dry clean 1 pair of jeans? very pleasant and clean operation but i find not able to communicate to staff directions and very expensive. read more
