    READ, DO NOT COME HERE. YOU'LL REGRET IT - ‼‼‼ If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed, probably the most disappointed with the service I've received here than anywhere I've ever done business at before. My husband and I needed our suits and dress dry cleaned for my sister-in-law's wedding in Puerto Rico this weekend. We took our items in and we're told to pick them up at 3 PM. When I get there the receptionist gets my information and goes and grabs my items. As she was returning to the front desk with my items, a woman followed shortly behind her. Clearly this was the individual that pressed our items coming up to explain what happened to my dress. It was a beautiful light pink silk dress I was planning to wear for the wedding and it was slightly wrinkled when I brought it in, brand new never worn before and took weeks to finally find. I just wanted it to be a little less bunched up. It honestly only had the wrinkles like any dress directly from the rack has but I wanted it to be extra nice for the wedding. As I'm up front with the two women, I look at the dress and I immediately noticed something was different about it. IT WAS RUINED. FRIED and WRINKLED. I literally wanted to start crying. And to top things off you would think she would try to make me feel better about it but instead she did the opposite and pretty much insulted the dress. She told me "This is just the kind of dress it is, some people like them but nothing really changed. We tried but it's just a wrinkle style" WHAT? A WRINKLE STYLE? YOU MEAN A RUINED STYLE??? I was shocked and honestly confused, speechless for multiple reasons. Anyone with common sense especially someone that knows a little bit about steaming would know that if you were immediately noticing that you are ruining the dress or it's not making a difference that maybe you should stop, allow the dress to cool down and then decide whether it's even worth continuing. Well she didn't use common sense and fried the dress and the dress is completely ruined, feels burnt and is now unwearable. As I was just completely speechless and so upset holding back tears I then looked at the receptionist and she says "That'll be $66." Believe it or not they still charged me for the dress. I was so upset and didn't want to FREAK OUT CRYING or say something really bad that I would regret so I paid, and just walked out in total disbelief. I got home and when I took it fully out of the wrapping I was even more shocked because the entire dress was fried. Front to back, top to bottom. No longer even felt like silk not even like polyester. It even shriveled up and caused it to become shorter. Once I wrapped my head around what just happened and the amount I just spent I really looked over my receipt and she charged me more for the dress than any other item we had pressed. I called to speak to the manager or owner and of course get that same individual on the phone saying she's the manager and then once again with no remorse or empathy about my situation she tells me that the owner is on the phone and she will have him call me back. She then goes to tell me, "well maybe the dress isn't silk, it's really polyester" WHAT????? So why continue steaming my dress if your a damn steam expert and fabric connoisseur. Really just amazed. Like what in the world. . I haven't really posted on here in a while because I've been really trying to give businesses the benefit of the doubt since we are in a pandemic, but that is no excuse for just horrible customer service. If I wasn't on my way out I've almost out of the damn country for a wedding that's been planned for months I probably wouldn't be so angry, but I am extremely upset and now I have to head out and look for a another dress a day before we fly out. AND THEN HER ATTITUDE JUST PUT THE CHERRY ON TOP. So disgusting. Finally the owner Ben called, he didn't allow me to get 10 words out, kept cutting me off "Gina, if you take your yelp review down we can fix it. What do you want me to do Gina?" In just the most sarcastic, arrogant tone. Like it's not his fault or the business. He didn't apologize once I asked him to please stop cutting me off, and he said "Why am I going to apologize, if I'm offering to fix it." FIX WHAT BEN? It's ruined, you can't fix this one. Not even someone that knows dry cleaning knows that. The slit is too far up now on my leg. It's shrunk and shriveled. I finally hung up because I just am so exhausted trying to explain myself and what this dress meant to me and this wedding. I pray people read this before going there. Save yourself tears and headaches, don't bring your things here especially things that are truly a value to you or are special to you. *** UPDATE Look at his private message he sent after I posted this, just ridiculous and so sad. Insanely disrespectful. If you are a professional that recognizes the material of my dress and that customers have been unhappy WHY TOUCH IT?? WHAT A JOKE.

    Ben. Thank you for getting back to me. The jacket wasn't faded it was ripped. Apparently by the machine. I understand accidents happen and that your staff was just doing their jobs. It was how the manager handled the situation and then seemed to get annoyed when I challenged the replacement value. Almost as if she was being more than generous/fair. And on top of that to charge me $28 for the other 3 items was just bad service. The jacket is older and literally the first designer piece I bought myself that I still can wear. It's by John Bartlett and I would be amazed if you could find it. That being said, I don't expect anything more from your company.

    Best dry cleaning experience in sacramento. Service is on point, with very fast turn around times. Staff is always nice. Prices are great!

    I came in on a Monday which was March 16, 2026. I put in my order with Cheon, the owner. I wanted…read moreher to sew the two pieces of fabric together in order to make a blanket for my daughter. She said that it would be ready by Wednesday the 18th. When I came in on Wednesday, the only thing that was done to the "blanket" was a hemming of the two pieces, not sewn together as I ordered. I came into the shop, after paying for transportation to get my blanket, Cheon said that it was now finished. Because of her mistake, I told her she didn't sew the fabrics as I ordered. She told me to come in and to "just pick up the blanket". When I arrived on Thursday afternoon, her husband was there, not understanding English, or understanding anything that I was saying, I asked him for the blanket, after speaking to his wife regarding the situation. He told me he was charging me full price, and I let him know that I had talked to his wife. The situation turned out to where he was refusing to give the blanket, so I had to call Citrus Heights, police station in order to try to get my blanket. They told me it wasn't a criminal instance so I would have to take it up in small claims court. I don't and didn't want to make time to go to court. I told him I was not leaving without my blanket, we finally agreed on a small payment, I then left with my blanket. IT WAS SHAMEFUL THAT IT HAD TO COME TO THAT! These folks are a business, and they basically ran me in circles only to find that what I had ordered. He had at one time told me just to go home and he wasn't gonna give me my blanket. I highly disregard this business here, Cheon leaves her husband alone after 2 pm in the afternoon, only to find that he cannot speak any English! I give this business a -10 stars one of the worst businesses I have ever came across in this state!

    I have been using them for decades . l always need pants hemmed due to short legs and their work…read moreis excellent. I also frequently have my forestry dress uniform cleaned . It is 50 years old so I value the their excellent care.
