I hate giving bad reviews but I just want to warn people to go elsewhere. I'll start with the positives: it's very quick. I took my wedding dress here and it was done in two days. The woman working when I picked it up was lovely. Very friendly. But the alterations... oooof. If I wanted them to be a disaster I would have done them myself and what he did: I COULD have done myself. He basically just folded the extra lace over and sewed it. And you can see it! And he had to reinforce the cups to the dress and there was a gap/hole (that I had to fix myself). I tried to take a couple photos- but just go somewhere else. Save yourself the heartbreak read more

Alterations On Time is a clean and professionally run facility. Oxana and staff are friendly and quick to offer assistance on short notice, as when a party is in crisis with a garment. I have had other items repaired like a failed zipper on my travel bag. With many store fronts closing, it is nice to be able to have a neighborhood cleaner's and alterations business nearby. read more

I will not go anywhere else! I decided to go with them after they had altered my Eve Halloween costume. This is by far the best place in the area. I would've liked to write a better review, but the minute you disappoint a customer and make them return multiple times for poor customer service, then you get 2 stars, no matter how good the finished product looked. I was getting married, had called a couple times just to verify what time line they needed to alter my dress and whether an appointment was needed. No appointment, week leeway was all they needed, was what I was told. Glad I gave them 2 1/2 weeks! I had to coordinate schedules for the fitting with my MOH, so getting us both in multiple times was a hassle. Alterations on Time staff did not appear to appreciate this. So we go in the first time, got a promised date of 5 days later, go to try it on, IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED. It's okay, I tell myself, I've got time. So we come back again, another 4 days after that, then part of the dress is done, part not. They try and give me a garter to make up for it. Fine. Then I had to return another time to pick up the FINALLY completed portion of my dress. The end product was good, but the stress they put me through and making me return an extra two times was TOTALLY unacceptable. read more

Although this place does very timely alterations, think twice before bringing your wedding dress here. I brought mine and was assured that my alterations could be done the way I wanted. I asked for the waist to be taken in so that the bust line wouldn't have to be taken in so much (I wanted to avoid the back skin roll things). The tailor argued with me and told me I was wrong. I figured well, I'm not a tailor, obviously this guy knows better than me, right? I ended up with a dress that was still too big in the waist and being held up completely by my bust (which means it was way too tight across my back. I cried when I tried it on but it was too late to do anything about it. Luckily my veil covered up my too-tight-in-the-bust dress and so I ended up wearing it all night. Point is, if you need something small and simple done, this place can do it well in a jiffy. But if you need more advanced work done, have it done where you purchased the item, at least they can guarantee it won't be ruined. Also, get the work that you WANT done, don't be talked out of what you know is right just to save the tailor some time! read more

I've been to this place many times and every time things come out perfect on time, I took it to the other places every time the spots that I asked him to get rid of they never do specially talk to Oksana she will definitely take care of you, great customer service they have other stuff like clothes for the wedding, they can alternate your close, last time I brought for Pand day cut them down within 20 minutes and I was on my way, I strongly recommend you to try this place you will not regret. read more

Real cheap. I had slacks from Express that shrunk on me and they turned into high-waters. I took my slacks here because I heard they were cheap. I had them lengthen my slacks about an inch because I needed some for a wedding. They fit great. I'm going to take the rest of my slacks there to get them lengthened. I was expecting to pay at LEAST $15 but it was only $10 even, because it is just labor. I have a lot of dress shirts that need to be tailored, so we'll see how they do and I will post again. read more
