DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE FOR ALTERATION. I had a mother of the bride dress that needed altering. Nadia hemmed it crooked and then after her second try she still hemmed it crooked. Also because I am short waisted the back was bunching up. She kept pulling on my dress to try and straighten it. I asked her if there was a problem and she said no. I took her word for it (my mistake). When I went home I try the dress on again and saw the blaring issue. I had to find another alteration place. They also fixed the hem which was an inch off on one side. read more

I have two lined curtain panels I needed shortened by 5 inches. They did a great job. The panels look like they've always been that length. They had to shorten not only the panel but the liner. They also steamed the panels so they were ready to be hung right away. Cost was $25 per panel (including tax). They accept credit cards. I had a wedding dress nightmare. I ordered my dress online and when it arrived it was nothing as described or like the picture. I am getting married September 7th and we are on a tight budget so ordering another dress was not an option. I searched yelp reviews and resigned myself to the fact I would spend hundreds of dollars on alterations. Although this particular shop only had one review it was one of the closest to me and it decent business hours. The seamstress was so sweet. She completely sympathized with my plight. My dress was supposed to have a built in crystal and rhinestone sash and instead it was a cheap beaded and sequins. She removed that, she took it in at thr hips and the bust, added a bustle, and cleaned up the lace; all within 2 weeks. She gave me great advice on sash options and veils. The dress felt like a whole new dress and lookes fantastic. So great both she and my best friend don't think I even need a sash. The best part, even better than the great work and her fabulous personality was the price! I paid roughly $200-$250 for her work and I had practically a brand new dress that fit me perfectly.
