Do not recommend for Hydroflask engraving! The owner Dorothy is very friendly. She works out of her…read morehome. I brought in two Hydroflasks to be engraved with my son's name. I had one already which was engraved by Hydroflask directly. While I didn't expect Dorothy's to match exactly, I did expect that it would still look good. Especially based on a review I saw with a Yeti engraving which looked great. The result I got looks pretty terrible if I'm being honest. When I dropped the bottles off, Dorothy was confident it would look great, but when I mentioned the results when picking up, she explained that Hydroflasks have a thick powdered coating which makes it difficult. Wish I had been told up front that it would look like this. Luckily my son won't care, but I definitely wouldn't risk your expensive Hydroflasks here. I will say the prices were very good, $12 plus tax per bottle.

He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance. I was so happy with the results that I went back a second time for more polos to be made and once again he didn't disappoint; he delivered! I'm for sure going to be a repeat customer. We walked in on a late Saturday afternoon and our items were ready for pickup the following Wednesday! The shop was spacious with painting tables inside and out. I love the variety of pottery selections. They range from trinkets and ornaments to large vases and planting pots. Customer service was impeccable. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and shown to a table. Once we chose our items to paint, an employee gave us an orientation of the paints and tools station. There are signs everywhere that give inspiration and painting technique instructions. I expected to be given a limit on colors, tools, and even paint time, but they encouraged us to just have fun - no limits given. It was a terrific first experience at Petroglyph. We can't wait to come back!
