I'm elated to find an honorable, professional dry cleaner that cleans my clothes beautifully, timely and at a fair price. I recently brought my daughter's competitive ballroom dance dress for cleaning. I was nervous about getting it cleaned because of all the stones on it. But ARK did a great job at a reasonable price. I will never go anywhere else for dry cleaning! read more

I brought in a sweatshirt that had a laundry detergent stain on it that I've tried to get out myself time and time again. These employees took one look at it and told me it wouldn't be possible for them to get it out and wasn't even willing to try, and told me to just try getting it out myself. read more

Hi-ya! I've been using ark cleaners off and in for years--but only for dry cleaning. Recently I needed an alteration on a pair of pants for a suit. When I called I found they do alterations and was able to see me right away. They measured me up, displayed a good length and I was out in a jiffy. They have always provided good customer service, are good people with dependable timelines and fair prices. read more

Took a few items in for my wife. Reasonable prices. Quick turnaround time. I'll definitely use them again.

Awesome dry cleaner! The Korean ladies here have been super nice and I was especially blown away by the value on my most recent visit. Brought 2 suits, a blazer and tuxedo shirt for dry cleaning and they were turned around within 3 days. The best part? $34 for the entire haul! Absolutely unbelievable. They've earned my business for any and all dry cleaning/pressing from now on. read more

Sought services from Ark Cleaners twice now but first time reviewing. First experience was getting a formal dress for a wedding altered. They did a wonderful job then adjusting the hem of the chiffon dress I had to my height. Recently, I wanted to dry clean my red puffy coat. 2 business days later, my puffy coat felt and smell clean and no stains around the collar and wrist areas. I also did not pay an arm and a leg for it. I have attached my down puffy coat and paid $20 total including tax for the dry cleaning services. Cheap compared to other places. Would highly recommend them for alteration and dry cleaning from firsthand experice. Great customer service, affordable, and they seem to do a wonderful job on the services they offer. read more

Wow!! Talk about great service. I brought 5 pants to be hemmed. She said it'll take 3 days to complete. Pretty fast service to me. But I forgot one more pair of pants when I got home so I took that to get hemmed the next day. Guess what? They already were done with my first 5. And the price? I went to a few places and called a few places near my neighborhood in Carmichael and you can't beat the price that Ark Cleaners charged. So...quick service and great prices can't be beat. read more

Amazing. Found them by accident and was super impressed with the speed and price for cleaning my chef's jackets. They're a little out of the way for me, but I will gladly go here over other cleaners in the area. read more

I brought my dads suit at this place not knowing what i should expect. It was a traditional suit with very delicate fabric. I was happy with their service and they took care of the suit very carefully. Also, when i got married my wedding dress was a mess but they did not give you promises that they would clean it but instead they would give u an answer which has no promises. Its better to be honest than promise something. Anyways, they were able to remove the stain and i was very happy with their service. read more

Very sweet women! I was looking in yelp for a reliable and cost effective place to bring my blazers. I come to Sacramento for work consistently so I wanted to find a place I can become a regular at! Not only was I warmly greeted but since I was in no rush to receive my items I dropped them off on Tuesday evening and they were ready on Thursday evening! Not to mention they were clean and it was very inexpensive. This is now my go to cleaners read more

I'm not sure how I have not reviewed this business on my previous trips. Finding a good dry cleaners can mean some serious work but look no further than Ark. We first used them to get the red wine stains out of my wife's wedding dress and have been back two additional times. My most recent drop off I needed my suit jacket cleaned and a button sewn back on. The service was amazing as usual and final charge was a whopping $7. Top notch service, great pricing and quick returns should bring even more people into this local business! Keep dirtying your garments and they will keep cleaning them! read more

Had two sport jackets cleaned and they were ready in two days. Quick in and out. Reasonable pricing.

Super friendly customer service. Prices are very reasonable. And they turn everything around quickly, as well; whether it's dry cleaning or alterations. I was going to take the slacks from my brand new Bonobos suit to a "professional men's tailor" but--typical me--waited too long and took them here kind of last minute. They turned the hemming around in a day or so. I just can't say enough about the proprietors and this business. Make them your dry cleaners. You won't regret it!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! I've been going here for years and I enjoy every visit I have! It's a very quant place but it's the best ever! They're prices are reasonable and affordable. I always get my clothes altered here and they do a great job all the time. I found this place by spending a whole day looking for a place that will alter my prom dress for reasonable price. All of the places that I went before charged $70+. This was the last place that I stopped at and I'm glad that I stopped here. I've gotten 2 prom dress altered here for only $30 each! They both got taken down a size! I also got my pants taken in and fixed a couple clothings with holes on them for only $20! The two ladies who own this shop are very friendly and kind. It took me while to find this place because I used to go to this I very much recommend this place. read more

Great price. $10-15 for a suit set. Had a dress cleaned. When I saw that a stain had not come out they redid it again free Of charge with extra effort. Very nice family owned place read more

Kind of pricey. Two dresses plus one women's suit jacket was $27. Suit jacket was fine but one dress still had a stain. To be fair, I hadn't worn that dress in ages and had no idea that there was a stain and so perhaps it was like a 2 yr old stain.... I was mostly displeased with the price because I've had better prices elsewhere. read more

Would recommend! I brought in my wedding dress and my Husband's tux from our wedding. Both were ready in less than a week (I told them no rush since the wedding was over). The lining of my dress was soo dirty because we had an outdoor/beachfront wedding, but the dress honestly looks new! To top it off, the women there are very sweet and reasonable prices. read more

Suits and suit coats looked great. And the pants they hemmed were perfect. Pleasant ladies helped me and the price was reasonable.

I really have to give my heart out to the lady who works here. The owner I am assuming is was very kind and accommodating to what I needed which was to dryclean my blazer in literally a day. [Yes, I know I am the worst! LOL] She was able to have it done right by the time I came back, to my surprise after putting the blazer on she tailored the buttons that were falling off and she didn't even charge me. I paid $6 I am recommending this place to all of my friends and family. read more

Took pants to have dry cleaned. Pants came back extremely shrunken and weren't even all the way clean; dirt spots were still on them. Pants are ruined with how much they shrank. Dry cleaning should never shrink denim. read more

My whole family comes here for dry cleaning and alterations. Amazing service! Very happy customer

This place sucks. They took my money and didn't clean my jacket. Then when I had questions the person behind the counter couldn't speak enough English to communicate to my why they were handing me back a dirty jacket after they took my money. Don't waste your time or money here. Too frustrating read more

I ordered an evening gown from David's Bridal for my voice recital which was shipped to me in a box, and therefore really squashed and wrinkled. The full pickup skirt was almost unrecognizable. I had my alterations done elsewhere, but I brought the gown here to be pressed, since it's right across the street from me. They were friendly and happy to do the formal wear. Now it looks like a whole new dress, just like the picture on the website! Not only unwrinkled, but the skirt is fluffed up and full. I have had recital gowns cleaned before for close to $30, so I was really pleased to have this one pressed for $13. It was done in three days. I'll be going back! read more

Some of the best service I have ever had at any business, ever. I came in super last minute, about 45 minutes before closing on a Thursday night (I had just picked up multiple uniforms for a new job) and I needed a cleaning and press on a total of 6 items by Saturday. I started on Monday and they are closed on Sunday. At first, the lady working the register said they would need more time, (I assume because they outsource for cleaning or pressing) but then saw the patches on my uniform and said never mind, they could have it for me tomorrow. I assume they made some special arrangements and maybe drove my uniform to their partners or did something way above and beyond what the needed to do to accommodate me. The prices are fair and the ladies working were very kind. They have just gained a new customer and will go there every time I need a cleaning from here on out. read more

Pretty awesome Dry cleaners & talior. I've have blazers arltered, clothes cleaned & even had my Wedding Dress Cleaned here. I always have a good experience. The staff is very friendly. Needed to alter some new pants I bought. I was in a hurry and offered to pay extra to get them done immediately. The employee refused any more money but obliged me in working on my pants right away.
