They have a sign MAIN SIGN ON BUILDING that says FREE dry but aren't set up to give free dryer (the lady working informed me) so you have to pay high prices for the wash and then pay for dryer. I've been coming to this laundromat for about 9 years or longer loyal customer New ownership now the place really sucks. The old Mexican lady that works here has an attitude with any questions seems like it's natural with her I use the big washer which won't fit in a small dryer I can only dry half and then when that half dries I can dry the other half when there's only two customers in the laundromat now shouldn't she just let me use two dryers? Problem number 1: Not actually free dry The attendee explained the machines are just not set up that way *yet* and when I suggested just providing the quarters since it all goes back into the same inventory she said no. After a few minutes when I walked away she came over and did finally offer it. Problem 2: the mold and build up inside the detergent containers is disgusting. I almost turned around and walked out. But I needed to kill time and get my blankets washed. Problem 3: roaches everywhere!!!! I was sitting at one of the tables filling out papers waiting for my clothes to wash 3 roaches ran up on the table. I waited in my car for the dry cycle.... A+ experience. Just over a month ago our home had sewer line issues and we couldn't wash clothes for over a week while waiting for a company to come fix the issue. This place does have all the necessities expected if a laundromat. Enough room to fold your clothes, enough washers and dryers so as to not make things too competitive with other customers, and on-site detergent to buy if you forgot yours. There is even a laundry service if you'd rather not do your own and TV to keep you entertained while you wait. The only thing really working against this place are things beyond its control such as the location. The seem to be some unscrupulous characters in the parking lot at all times. I came in right when they opened at 6:30 am. Surprised that there wasn't any homeless sitting around asking for money like the other laundry mats in the area. That's probably because I came here at 6:30 AM. Clean place but machines NEED to be cleaned inside the soap dispensary area. There is so much caked up soap and mold inside the soap cups it grossed me out! It's not that hard to keep the machines clean inside and out. A little bleach and it's clean! For the most part for being Rancho Cordova it's a pretty decent laundry mat. The only other recommendation that I would suggest is that if you advertise for free Wi-Fi then post the Wi-Fi password somewhere so that way for those of us who are in school can do our homework or work assignments while waiting for our clothes to wash and dry. As a out-of-town traveller in Rancho Cordova, this is my first laundromat wash in about 30 years. It's very clean with commercial washing machines for my 1-week of laundry, plenty of room - $2.75 for 35 min wash. Detergent (for 4 loads) = $1.75 and fluffy smell good sheets (x20) = $1.50. Probably cost me $20-$40 at the hotel. The Happy Laundry has change machines, snack and laundry supply vending machines - super convenient. Amber, the attending employee, was really nice, helpful, and keeping the place clean. I only found this from a Yelp close to my hotel. Highly recommended. Amber even recommended me a great pizza place (Mike's) around the corner. Thanks. Oh, there are folding tables and free WiFi. read more

Came in to do laundry at 8:00pm. The sign says closing 11:00pm, the attendee was badgering me and my 13 year old upon entry of our immediate return to get him and food to eat. We drove across the street and came back. I left to check on the laundry and my son needed a shower after his sports class. I took him and my fiancé came with me because I had a really weird feeling about going alone. We went in and grabbed the bags to check on the driving it was about 10:00pm. Our dryer was only a few minutes, upon arrival the lady was putting my clothes and my baskets out in her hands. She was extremely rude and offensive. My fiancé is freaking out and having a panic attack because of it. The same as my son whom is 13 earlier. The lady next to us also has a dry next to her her time was 25 minutes and ours was 3 minutes. I asked the attendant if I could use the restroom. SHE DENIED ME ACCESS TO PEE IN YOUR LAUNDER MAT. I spent about 50.00 dollars if not more at your laundry mat. I then checked the times because now my fiancé is confused and at this point visible upset at the whole situation. This lady is CRAZY! I love this place because they offer someone who can do the work for you! Shelly is truly a blessing to my life. I've been coming here for almost a year now and at first Maria washed my clothes. I find it hard to trust people my kids and my clothes so when Maria left , I was nervous. That's when Shelly stepped up assured me she could do it. Moved into a house in the area and decided to use the landromat until I get a washer and dryer. This is the first time coming to a landromat since I was a kid and based on review's I decided to use this place. Here's what to expect of you've never done this or haven't in a while. 1. Bring quarters or bills - if not use the Safeway around the corner and cash back $5 should get you through 2 loads wash and dried. 2. $1.25 for one load on the basic top load washer enough space for a weeks worth of clothes. 3. Bring detergent/spot cleaner/ dryer sheets - the machines take any type - pods, liquid or powder seem fine. Otherwise be prepared to pay for inflated prices out of the vending machine. 4. Big dryers are 25c for 4 mins. Small dryers are 25c for 8 mins. I did 75c They advertise free WiFi - but it requires a password and the attendant wasn't always available. I saw someone briefly but they closed the employee only door and after knocking 2x I have not seen anyone. There is a restroom, it has a numerical lock on it but it was unlocked while I was here. Due to the attendant being not present 100% I would come with the expectation that it's locked. Docked 1 star (3.5 would be more appropriate) because I came for the free WiFi and based on the other review's expected there to be "helpful And friendly staff". They do have 2 tvs playing whatever daytime shows are on. They dont take cards. I can see parking being an issue because it's a bit of a tight lot. Come at the right time (they're open really early) and it's not a big deal. I'll be back hopefully with the WiFi password! 2 loads of laundry washed/dried/folded = $3.25 + 1hr 30 mins They advertise to wash your clothes for you. This laundromat was an okay place to go to if you want cheap and quick. I luge it because of the closeness of it to my place, and the availability of machines. Plus it's very cheap. However if you have a choice in using laundry mats in. The area, I wouldn't go here. There was a lot of dirt in the corners of the laundromat, and caked on soap inside some of the washing machines. From free WIFI to phone charging station, Television , Music, food and laundry products vending machines. The most important to me is how clean it is. The owner & cleaning lady are helpful and courteous. The large machines, washer and dryers alike are awesome for large jobs. The wash and fold service is convenient, fast and affordable. I always get my clothes back fresh and folded (which is exactly what I'm paying for) and the service is always friendly. I used this place for their wash and fold service. They charge .35 per hangar if you want your clothes hung. Even when I just wanted shirts and pants hung, they hung my t-shirts etc. even though I specifically asked them not to, and charged me anyway. They also don't understand the difference between fabrics, so every time I got my clothes back, they were terribly wrinkled, even when they hung them up. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. They have everything. Free wifi..t.v.....music...soap dispenser..and a change machine! They also have wash and folds too! The atmosphere here is great. Im amazed by the upkeep and cleanliness of all of their machines. And when ever I have a question..the staff is right there to help. The owner is a great person and he has done such a great job at upgrading this facility. Im so glad that I found this place..makes doing laundry not so bad. This place is priceless. They save me time during the week as a fluff and fold service. My clothes are immaculate. Also it is really clean inside. The owner is cool, But the best part of this place is his employee, I don't know her name but she is a pretty Hispanic young woman and she is very sweet and authentically nice.
