The owner was extremely helpful, welcomed us like a guest in their home, and walked us through how to use everything. In addition, they explained their additional services sush as there washer and fold, and they offer pick up and delivery. My wife actually likes this better than our former home setup because she can wash a week's laundry all at once! We are not techies but we downloaded their app which tells you which machines are available,how much they are, and even lets you customize the washer settings and pay. I like that they have some machines that take card for payment. I took cash just in case but was so happy to not need it. They have a variety of sizes of washing machines and dryers. I have not been to the laundromat in over twenty years, happy that it was a pleasant experience. They had rolling carts to assist in transporting your laundry as well as counter space to fold it all. I asked Maria as she is the worker on duty and asked for her bosses name and she said she could not disclose. I want to talk to him or her because this is just unfair Got off phone manager 3 hours later. I asked if she could deliver and she said she cant. Then I said well I see you guys offer delivery service and she changed her answer and said she would not. This manager not lead by love as the title of the laundromat is. I probably need to relocate place I wash. I also want to mention that there was a kid who slammed his finger in washer and they didnt have med kit/ice pack today. They really dont care about their people. Wouldnt be surprised if when I went back clothes missing of mine or damaged. The worker I also shared a story about how a different love laundry helped me out amd she tried to get that worker fired. The worker bought me a laundry bag and she told her manager that the woman stole from inventory when I literally told her she pulled the 20 from her own pocket. Sometimes the facility could be great but will drive the extra mile to be around the right people.

Open and well ventilated with decent music and plenty of places to sit…read more 15 washers 2 Jumbo $12/wash 2 Large $9/wash 4 Regular $6.50/wash 3 Small $5/wash 4 Mini $4/wash 18 Dryers 10 Large 50¢/12 minutes 8 Jumbo 50¢/9 minutes The "mini" washers are the size of a regular house washer, the regular was large enough to fit a queen size comforter and a full size comforter together, the Large was big enough for two king sized comforters, and the Jumbo looks like you could fit an entire dorm room's worth of dirty laundry in there (if you dare). They have a vending machine with washing essentials like soap, bleach, dryer sheets, and even extras like scented beads and laundry sacks for transport. Laundry essentials average $3.50 each and the bags are $15. If you need scent-free products: bring your own like I did. That's the only suggestion I have The music was a nice little mix from Kendrick & SZA to Jelly Roll to Taylor Swift. If that isn't for you, bring some headphones. You get a 10% discount for loading your laundry card with cash but there's also an app advertised (I didn't try it myself so I can't review it). They don't have change machines, their card machine doesn't give change, and they don't accept quarters. I used my phone to get a card and load it (the card costs $1 so factor that in). The restroom had a few "machine not working" stickers on it but other than that this place was perfect. All in all, it was a pleasant washing experience on a Thursday morning. Will definitely return when I have huge items to wash that I can't do at home.
