They ruined all my sweaters. $800 dollar worth of clothes RUINED Shrunk 1 inch. One of my beige sweaters looked like it had been washed with a darks, they color had gone dingy and worn out. It was brand new and literally looked like it was 10 years old. I don't know why I kept going back. Do not take your clothes here. The worst part is a Nicolette gum wrapper fell out of my sweater. Ouch! Second dry cleaner I've called and they charge $20 for a 3 piece woman's suit! My suit has basically a tank top for a top. The pants are lined. However, my favorite dry cleaner in Cupertino (Silicon Valley capital - where there's money to be spent), charges just $2.50 prepaid per item! Seriously, a woman that needs to get a good job cannot afford $20 after every interview to dry clean her suit. This is Sacramento, people don't get paid beans around here. How is it dry cleaners charge so much? I'm completely heart broken! Do I have to try using Dryel again and risk my suit being ruined? Man. Major disappointment. One star for answering the phone the second time I called. One star for being polite and helpful on the phone. Nothing further. Serious disappointment. I dropped off a coat and was charged around $25.00. When I picked it up it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. I don't live in the area so they wrote on my receipt they would reclean, free of charge. As I said, I don't live in the area so I brought it back a few months later and the owner (who wrote on the receipt) refused, saying I had been to long. There was no expiration on the receipt. She accused me of wearing it again. I assure you, there was no way I would wear it out as it had make up on the collar. read more

Decided to come in on Monday morning instead, and was told to come back in an hour. WHAT, Glad I did not need the clothes on Saturday! DO NOT GO HERE. This lady has been running a scam in this area for 30 years overcharging customers who don't know any better. Bought a North Face Jacket for my Mom for Christmas and she brought it here to have the arms shortened. Came to pickup and the stitching looked like it had been done by a child. Almost a ¼ inch of variance in the line. Told them I would be back the next day to speak with the owner. After I told them not to fix it, they did anyways and know the jacket has a line of holes next to the new stitch. The owner told me that it wasn't their fault and that's the best their machine could do. So at the end of it all I still had to pay $35 for a ruined jacket. Mind you the jacket was $100 on sale for $80, so my Mom had to pay 44% of the cost of a gift she received for no reason. Please spread the word. There are much better deals at other cleaners in the area. Would have given zero stars, but that's not an option. read more

This company repeatedly breaks the buttons on my dress shirts. They damage the tips of the collars. They never seem to be able to get the collars clean on white dress shirts. They never take responsibility for damage. When I asked them to redo the collar of a white rayon shirt that I had dry cleaned they refused to do so.
