Read good reviews for this place, but the guy who greeted me was rude. I asked about getting some jackets and pants dry cleaned and was told it would take 8 days to get them back. That he was a small business and I should go up the street to another place to get them done. All this with a huge sign that said "1 hour cleaning." I would have understood if I was told 3 days. I brought in some really nice garments I was lucky enough to find on clearance. Before handing over the items I was about to remove the tags to put back on after they were pressed, but Shawn assured me that it was no problem to press the garments with the tags on. Anyone who sells online knows there is a big price difference in price for NWT vs. Used. Anyway, a couple days later I picked up my items right when he was closing at 1pm. I rushed off not to keep him and then realized the tags were missing. Not only that, the job done was horrible. I called and he assured me that the tags were there and he would find them and get back to me. No call. I underwent yet another surgery so I called back a couple days later. He apologized for his poor service, and still insisting the tags were there, he said he'd call right back. No call. I called and left another message the next day. Still no call. Excellent customer service! Five Star for sure! I came in the other day to clean a few items I bought from Goodwill. My daughter needed to wear them for a Halloween event at school. The owner took the time to listen to my needs and offered to steam the item for less money and quicker. The next day, I went to pick up the items at about 2pm. The doors were locked and I realized they close at 1 pm every day. Lucky for me, the owner was still there and I was able to get the items my daughter needed the next day. Mark's is not the closest to my house, but I will definitely be driving a little further to do business with them. Without reservation, I would recommend them to anybody. read more

I came here because of some good reviews and it's nearby where I live. Also, they had good pricing. The owner seemed nice and asked if there were any stains to focus on to which I pointed out. He ensured they would take care of my clothes. There was no rush for me to pick up my suits so I set it out for a week later for pick up. I went to pick up my stuff today. They didn't show me my suits but just handed them over and I paid. That was that. Got home and I'm not happy with the cleaning service at all. My suit still has the same noticeable stains from when I dropped it off. It's almost as if they just did a quick steam and pressed it. I wouldn't go back and I'm sadly disappointed because I was hoping for better. Maybe they didn't show me their work because the stains were still there? Worst place ever to take a comforter! They ruined my $200.00 European comforter. Did not offer to give me a refund for the condition. It was wet and they shoved it in a plastic bag. The blanket was shrunk down to a square. They could not find it when I arrived. It was unmarked without a ticket or my name on it. I took 3 suits with almost two weeks in anticipation. Plenty of time to be dry cleaned and ready for a wedding. They told me that it would be ready Thursday the week of the wedding. I went Thursday and it wasn't ready. They assured me it was going to be ready Friday at 10am. I can by Friday around noon and nothing was ready. Worst place to have your clothes dry cleaned. $4.95 is moderate and everything was done when promised. There's not a lot of space but I guess customers don't need any more than a counter to drop their clothes off on. You open the door, take a step and you're at the counter. When I picked up the clothes, I found that the hangers had a deep hook so I had a hard time getting them to hang in my car. My two year old son had gotten into play-dough, some how it ended up getting in bed with him, pretty sure he snuck it in bed-- well he woke up covered and it was all over his blankets, clothes and sheets! Total mess and on top of that it had melted to all cotton due to his room being warm and the heater on. I was so lost as to what to do all I could think was take it to Marks!
