I dealt with the 'manager' on this particular occasion--if you choose to frequent this establishment he can be identified as a shorter Asian boy--I encourage you to exercise all means of avoiding him due to his interpersonal deficiencies and an acute inability to form coherent sentences. I digress to the events which unfolded on this particular day: I had a legitimate Groupon which I had used once before, but on this particular day the manager was determined to disallow any concessions. As any respected manager would do, he chose violence, refusing to accept my Groupon stating that their policies had changed and pointing me to a piece of paper to the side of the register. After pulling up security footage, calling me a liar, and threatening to call the police, he went on an angry tirade about running stop signs and breaking laws--on a different planet, these things must be correlated to dry cleaning, but I am not smart enough to figure out how. An employee pleaded with him to acknowledge the Groupon just to end the 20 minute standoff, but it was for naught--the Supreme Being had made up his mind. His final statement: "the customer is NOT always right!". He spoke vividly of many other customers who met my fate... Many nights have I spent wondering how that could be. He withheld my clothes for a ransom of $64, which I begrudgingly paid fearing for their safety Complaints were filed with Groupon and charge disputed with the credit card company. I encourage you to avoid Lowe Integrity Cleaners--the experience I had, based on the reviews here and the manager's predisposition to similar interactions, appears to be commonplace and indicates a 'business' problem rather than a 'consumer' problem. I brought my winter coat in for cleaning, this place was recommended to me by my friend and it's in a pretty convenient spot across from Goodwill! I was charged around $15 and about a 4 day wait for the cleaning. I thought it was a little expensive for the coat and the wait time was longer than I expected, but the cleaning job was fine and customer service was also okay! It's convenient location-wise so I'll be coming back but I hope they improve on their pricing and service! read more

We have been customers here for nearly 20 years and it has been the only dry cleaner we have used. Sadly they changed owners a while back. Prices drastically increased. Recently took a dress in for a zipper repair and were told $30. That seemed really high to me, but it needed to be repaired. When I took it back in, they said $18. Unreliable, deceitful, and unprofessional service and management. Do not trust dry cleaning your belongings with this business! I brought in items for dry cleaning. Two of these items were a jacket and a wrap coat both of which had belts attached to them. When picking up my items I noticed and quickly pointed out to the attendee (who turned out to be the owner) that the belt for the wrap coat was missing. He said he would try to find it and would call me the next day. A week went by and I did not hear from him so I called to follow up. He said he couldn't find the belt but had others I can come and take instead. I refused the offer because this wrap coat came with a specific belt. Without the belt the entire coat could not be worn and it was ruined. When I asked for reimbursement the owner refused and accused me of not disclosing the belt when I brought it in. The belt was attached to the coat just like the other jacket's belt and it is an item I bring in frequently for dry cleaning. More than once, the owner admitted to me that belts get lost all the time during their cleaning process but it's not their fault. Clearly they shouldn't be conducting business if this irresponsibility is so frequent. Furthermore, he lied to me when he said I turned in 6 items but my copy of the receipt says 7. He also lied about their protocol saying that the customer must report belts and accessories but I read the protocol on my copy of the receipt and it does not say that at all. Throughout the entire conversation he was rude: saying they can't trust the customers, saying to me that he was wasting his time taking with me, and continuously avoided taking responsibility of their mistake. This was one of my favorite coats but without the belt it is ruined. I HAD been a loyal customer for years but ruining my items I will never go back and have already started to spread the word. Instead of helping a long-time customer, or owning up to his staff's negligence, Lowe's dry cleaners ownership does not care about their customers belongings, and would rather put blame on their customers and lose business than conducting an honest job. Don't just take my word for it, you can find other reviews posted here and elsewhere of similar feedback about their poor conduct of business. You're better off taking your business elsewhere read more

I took a new pair of suit pants in to be taken in, these pants still had the tag on them. Now I cannot wear them! The waist was a touch to tight after she took them in and now the pocket puckered out so much you could see the seem where the pockets where sewn into the pants from the factory! I was charged $18 for this. The young lady offered to see the pockets which would shorten the pockets ( I am an event manager and NEED my pockets.) she also offered to see them shut. I was so excited for my new suit and now the pants are WORTHLESS TO ME AFTER PAYING $120 bucks to purchase them. I moved here from the Bay and hoped I could stop using my old cleaners out there but no. Maybe this cleaners does good dry cleaning but don't let them do any alterations. read more

Friendly service and the prices can't be beat! I bring in men's button-up shirts about twice a month to be cleaned and pressed. 12-16 shirts usually runs me $25-30, which is less than $2 a pop. The parking lot in the shopping center can be a nightmare but that's not their fault. I also learned that if they tell you "Wednesday," that means "Wednesday after 5:00." I got off work early one day and they didn't have them ready, so I ran a few errands and came back later. They do a great job and I'm happy to recommend them! read more

The staff is very nice. They greet you when you enter the door. The dry cleaner is fairly price and they do a great job. It been very difficult to find a decent dry cleaners around the Sacramento area. Now that I found this one, I don't have to look anymore. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I worked in West Sacramento and in the downtown area which made them a convenient location. They have great customer service and are friendly, efficient and fast. I don't work in their area any more and tried a couple of dry cleaners that are closer. Unfortunately, I received attitude and was shocked with the expense. I will make the 10 mile drive to utilize this dry cleaning facility. read more
