I love these ladies! I've been going around Sacramento trying out different dry cleaners trying to find a spot that I like and trust (a sign of adulting) and have come to depend and rely on these ladies. Annually, I will bring my blankets to them to dry clean for the upcoming Lunar New Year and they always meet my deadline. Last week, I came on a Wednesday afternoon and requested a Friday return date for 1 dress and they did it. The cost was $15. I even have them dry clean my travel Beis backpack and it comes back looking brand new. WARNING: Parking can be tough sometimes! This plaza is not the biggest but they have a dedicated parking spot just for them so I've been able to snag that front space most of the time but be prepared to park a little farther, especially if you're arriving during lunch time as there's restaurants around. read more

I just dropped off some items to be dry cleaned. The lady was super nice. The prices were reasonable, I think. She asked when I would like to pick up items and I told her Friday which would be 3 days after I dropped off. She said that was fine. Then she said I could pick up after 5 PM on Thursday. That actually works better for me because I need the items by Friday evening. That saves me from having to rush over there Friday afternoon. So, so far, so good. I will post an updated review after I actually get the dry cleaned items P.s. I just now realized she didn't give me a ticket for my items. I hope that isn't a problem when I try to pick them up. I dropped off a sport coat and it was returned on the day they said with the stain removed. The cost was reasonable. Since I didn't have any unusual requests I'm not sure if I can add any standout highlights, but the customer in front of me when I was dropping (he had a suit and several shirts) off had requests for early service for one of his shirts and it was promised for early the next morning. My dry cleaning was completed in the expected amount of time. However, I was left unsatisfied with the quality and care after reviewing how they treated my clothes. For instance, in my shorts, they pined large safety pins into them leaving 4 permanent, very sizeable holes (2 in the front and 2 in the back) which are very noticeable given these are light pastel-colored shorts. The shorts have 2 loops on the inside for hooking onto hangers and they could have easily safety pined it or hanged it via there. Attention to detail was unfortunately not there by the staff. read more

Such a great dry cleaner! The service is so reliable and friendly. They always remember who I am. Most importantly though, I can't say enough about their alterations! I have now taken a dozen things here for various types of alterations. She is super talented, precise, and caring with her work and the pricing is super reasonable. They are so far out of my way but I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for almost a decade. It was convenient when I worked downtown, but now I'll make the trek to drop off and pick up my clothes. They are professional and courteous, their hours are perfect for people who can't pick up during regular business hours (9-5). This is my first negative yelp review and I truly do not like posting something like this. I went to this store based off positive reviews, and do not know how anyone could give more than a 1 star. Avoid this store at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll first note that throughout every encounter with this store, there was no common courtesy in regular communication practices. Every encounter was met with a rude and snappy tone. In my initial encounter, I walked in and asked if they did alterations. The lady rudely said yes but not the same day. I never asked for same day, and explained that I didn't need them same day. She said okay well the lady is not here that does alterations. I said okay and politely proceed to walk out. She rudely said "what do you need done" I said just pants hemmed. All the sudden she could help, and told me to put the pants on. The whole encounter measuring my pants was awkward and the lady continued to snap at me for random things. I expressed my wishes for the pants alteration and she did exactly what I didn't want to her to do. She took the pants and said the system wasn't working and to pay later. I left after the horrible encounter thinking I should just walk back in and take my pants. However, I am too nice, and figured she may be having a bad day. Fast forward to pick up. I walked in with a smile and a hello. I was met with the same attitude and urgency to get me out the door. On top of that, she didn't even ask me to try the pants on to determine if they fit after an ALTERATION. I have dealt with many many alteration stores and they always ensure you try them on before you leave for satisfaction purposes. She was in such a hurry to hand me them and send my way she charged my card for the wrong amount (I didn't notice but was walking out the door) and told me to come back, had to void my transaction and re-charge my card. THE PANTS ENDED UP BEING HIMMED TOO HIGH, AND I CANNOT EVEN WEAR THEM. All around, this was possibly the worst encounter I have ever had with a business. If you do not enjoy what you are doing, you should find a new profession. Common, minimum decency goes very far, especially when you are a business owner. read more

I realized after I dropped off clothes on Thursday that I needed my clothes at 4 the next day for a wedding. They had told me the clothes would be ready at 5 but after I called them, they told me they could have them ready early and even called me the next day when the clothes were ready. I made the wedding with plenty of time. This was the best service I have ever received from a business and they helped me solve a problem I had created. I couldn't recommend more. read more

Struggling to find a dry cleaner to give me an acceptable price to steam a graduation gown was going to be the death of me, most places are charging crazy amounts! I found a Groupon for this place and called ahead (took hours because no one was answering) to receive word that they could turn my garment around in time and for the best price. Parking was kinda tricky as its shared with a busy plaza but I made it in, upon entering it appears that the ventilation is not set up for a dry cleaning shop because it was sweating bullets hot in there. I set up my dry cleaning and received my pick up ticket and was out the door. They don't call you to tell you that your item is finished or has returned so that made me nervous but it was there as expected. It was steamed very well that I don't think the gown will need to be re-steamed for quite some time. read more

When I left, I realized I forgot to ask them if they could help me sew in the gold plate trimming that was dangling off the collarbone of my jacket. They happily agreed to fix it for free! I had a great experience here. My clothes were ready after 1 day, so quick turnaround. They got all the stains out, and there was one shirt where they couldn't get the stains out no matter how hard they tried so they didn't charge me for that shirt. Shut up. The alterations made to my coat were spot on! I needed a few inches taken off a larger than expected coat I ordered online. If they can quote you cheaper on zipper or other issues they do- which is frankly crazy honest. I left a flash drive in a suit pocket and was freaking out - I called the next morning and was calmed down when told that she had already taken it out of the suit and put it in a ziplock bag for me. After I dropped it off first thing in the morning she texted me that afternoon it would be ready that same day because she knew I needed it for my weekend travels. I came here rather than my usual cleaners because they had a sign for $4.99 pants hemming and, being vertically challenged, I ALWAYS have pants in need of some hemming... $4.99 sounded like a good deal, but I should have known it was too good to be true -- after bringing my pants in, I was informed that the deal didn't cover jeans. OK... fine... But when I got my pants back, I was NOT happy. GEEZ, have you guys EVER even hemmed pants before?! One does NOT simply cut off the excess material and sew back the edge however one wants... that is NOT a freaking hem. The whole point of getting pants hemmed professionally is to preserve the style of the original hem. Any idiot with a sewing machine and a pair of scissors can say they "hem" pants, but it does not mean they should be allowed to charge money for it. read more

Am new to town and have been looking for a dry cleaner. I think I've found it. A minute before closing time, they let me in to drop off (i offered to come back the next day but they cheerfully said it was ok). Then, they tell me about the $15 for $30 groupon, and then let me download the groupon app on my phone and use it on the spot! Now that is what I call service that goes above and beyond. Prices are very reasonable (printed me a comprehensive price list w/o me even having to ask). clothes all came back nice clean and pressed. That's more than I can say for the only two other places I've tried. #1 Cleaners -- super cheap but one of my dresses was incredibly wrinkled when I picked it up and the lady tried to pretend like it wasn't. Her husband was nicer about it, said he would re-do it free of charge, but the whole situation was a little shady. it seriously looked as if they didn't even the garment. Plus, the inside of the store always has a swarm of flies at the entrance. Gross. The other place is French Boulevard -- which was good but way $$$. I think this place recently came under new management, which may explain the poor reviews from 2010. I'm coming back and will update if things change. read more

They appeared to have done a good job in my zipper repair and dry cleaning HOWEVER, I feel like they ripped me off and took longer than they said they would so I'm mad and giving them 1 Star. I'll explain. I dropped off a coat and two pairs of pants. The coat to be dry cleaned and the pants to have the zippers repaired. She said we could pick them up Monday after 5. We went there Monday at 5 and they weren't in the store. Had to come back Tuesday after 5!! I needed those clothes for work so that seems completely unacceptable. When a business says to expect something I expect it to happen when they say... Secondly, they dry cleaned my pants and charged me extra for this when I did not ask for it. $12 more down the drain. Lastly, they said they'd charge me $4 to fix a loop on my jacket and even called to tell me this and then the bill came out to $6... I'm pretty disgusted with the service and won't go again. read more
