I've gone to this laundromat for an EXTENDED period of time now and it is by far my favorite. I believe all the deals, machines, lounge and etc are fairly decent compared to other laundromats. The only thing holding me back from rating this a higher rating is I feel like the cleanliness of the place isn't so great anymore. I'd say about a year ago, the employees here used to promptly sweep, mop, and take care of the place. However, in the recent months that i've been here; the floors are always usually dirty. I wouldn't say this place is in scare of "health department dirty" but I have noticed the upkeep of this place has gone down. I've gone when it was morning at opening, during noon when it was busy, when it was slow. and even in the times that the business is slow and not crowded, the floors are usually not kept clean to how they used to be. That's just a little nitpick but overall I think this business is great regardless of all the changes they've had in the recent months. read more

I went in on Saturday afternoon and the place was a mess! Prices had gone up AGAIN! The only bright side was the employee Carol. While she was busy cleaning she made time to help me and everyone else. I don't know how she did it, with the condition of that place I'd think there should be two people. The good is they have a lot of washers and dryers, they sell product out of vending machine so you do t have to wait for staff. The downside is sometimes my clothes, usually socks or underwater get stuck in the front loaders and dont ring out. There used to be a woman named Nicole who used to work here and was always busy cleaning and helping customers. I haven't seen here in a while, I come her at least twice a week. The place is never clean, not saying disgusting but if I dropped something on the floor I didn't mind because it was clean, but now there is hair and dirt, food crumbs, the other staff just walk around and don't clean. read more

This review is for the laundry pickup service. My laundry was returned with stains on my brand new button up dress shirt and 3 items that were not mine. (bra, spandex top, and a pair of grey sweat pants. Now I'm wondering if someone has some of my clothes) When I called to see what the protocol was for receiving someone else's clothes and having one of my shirts stained, the owner Michael said to me "I call bullsh!+" (Yes, he cursed at me) Michael did not believe that I was given 3 wrong items or that my brand new dress shirt was stained. (I have no idea why Michael would think that I lied. I am a new customer and have never met him. I have nothing to gain by taking time out of my day to call and ask why I have other people clothes) He gave me an explanation about watching my clothes on video cameras, weighing my clothes and said that he has not made a mistake in 18 months. Michael did not believe that his company gave me someone else's clothes or that my new shirt was stained and then proceeded to curse at me. I was expecting an apology and maybe reimbursement for my dress shirt, but instead I was cursed at by the owner Michael. I have read previous reviews and see that Michael has cursed at other customers in the past and then comes to the reviews to type out an excuse. This is a great business. Everything is very clean and the staff and Nicole is always friendly and helpful. They have various size washers. You can pay for your laundry by coin, card, or using their app. They have a great fluff and fold service and snack you can purchase. They also have laundry supplies for sale & some entertainment for the kids. I would highly recommend this place. read more

First off, they removed a tie off a blouse for no reason and then lost it. My clothes were so wrinkled when they were returned, I had to Iron them. I then got a message they had scheduled a pickup I didn't ask for, so I cancelled it. I got the second message for pickup and I cancelled it plus I canceled any future pickups. So, I guess they don't pay any attention to messages because the driver showed up to pick up our laundry. Now I look on my bank account and there is a charge of $10.00. So I contacted them for a refund and they said they were sorry for the wrinkles but the staff is trained to remove clothes from dryer and fold immediately. If they found the tie, they would let me know. NOT one word about a refund. I am not fighting them for a $10.00 charge because I have greater problems. But they lost an over $100.00 customer. Not because of the charge but because of a very bad service. My recommendation don't use them. read more

Since the the day it opened it has always remained clean. I appreciate that for many reasons. The pricing has gone up since the day it opened but it's worth it. I've had one issue since I started washing and the sweet girl on Saturday morning fixed it right away. The free dry is cool but the weekday promotion is even better. I like this laundromat a lot. It's always clean, the workers are always helpful and available, the store is awesome, the temperature is always just right. I drive all the way from south Sacramento just to do my laundry here. The only thing that bothers me so badly is the dogs that are always here. It's really a nuisance if you have allergies or just simply do not want animal fur on your fresh cleaned clothes & bedding. Sometimes when I fold my things I see white dog fur flying around and it's just really gross lol. That's not to say the business itself is bad, again I love this laundromats it's one of the best in Sacramento. But the darn dogs!!! read more

Machines are pretty new, place stays really clean, some of the employees are friendly, some are ok. It's convenient location. You have a choice of using quarters or their app which give you $10 credit after loading about $80 There are times when a washing machine is dirty but if you pointed it out to an employee - they will clean it. There's free dry if you need it as long as you wash your clothes here. They do have a little convenience store If you forget detergent, bleach, etc or if you just want something to drink or snack On something. Very clean laundromat. Plenty of different size washers and dryers. Spacious spots to fold your clothes. TV's, they sell detergent, dryer sheets, etc if you need more. They have change machines and you can also download the app they use to reload with your card. You also can start the machines with your app. Not the cheapest in town, but if you go on Tuesday or Wednesday early am, you can save 25% off. Perhaps they do a great job with clothes. But I used them for my comforter. It was an oversized Coma Inducer that I spent $300 on. It was much too big for my washer. I'd gone to a laundromat before to do it myself but didn't want to hassle with it and was lured in by the pick up and delivery. When I first got it back, it felt like it needed to be rinsed again. Felt like it had a residue on it. I thought perhaps that's why the fur was weird. Sent it back. Now it's been clearly shrunk a good 10 in shorter than before and the texture of the fur is destroyed. They said no, it's fine. Now I have to pay for the replacement. Do not recommend for bedding. read more

This is a great spot for cleaning laundry! They did offer free dry with a wash but it looks like they are only offering it on Fridays now. It might be because some folks might have been taking advantage of that. Most folks are good at wearing a mask on their nose and mouth! But you do run into some covidiots out there who just don't care. It's anywhere. PS. The app is slow so be patient of you use it as your main way of paying. read more

I love this new laundromat in the area! Being able to use an app on your phone to pay for the machines is really convenient. The staff that I've met is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The parking is right in front of the doors, so you don't have to walk far with your laundry, the interior is spacious with a lot of different sizes of washers/dryers (including a section of free dry), and the staff does a good job of keeping it clean! There is a coin machine, snacks for sale, a bathroom, and an area with tables for waiting. read more

Came to wash towels for work. The only washers open were 1 load and 8 load. I split my 6 bags between the 8 loaders. Easily could have just used two. At the end I asked about the free dryers the guy said I could use two but that it was to much to dry at once. I said I wasn't going to dry it all at once and that I would text my boss and ask since it was for work. I put the two small loads in the drying and brought my other wet basket over to wait with my stuff. When I walked up I could hear him talking to someone about "people taking advantage" as soon as he realized I was right there he stopped talking. He then screamed at me that he said I couldn't use those. I said you said I was able to use two and no to over fill them. I text my boss and I'm just waiting for her to tell me what to do. He then kept getting closer and trying to get into my face while literally yelling at me. I asked if there was a manager or someone I could talk to that wasn't a GROWN man boy screaming in my face and he said no I own it and you can finish you laundry and leave. I said okay that's fine but still doesn't fix that I did exactly what you asked and you still lost your shit. Wonderful business etiquette. No coins or cash, they have an ATM and change machines onsite. Free WiFi and snacks to purchase. Lots of seating to relax, work, etc. They have really thought of everything!! I recently had a chance in my schedule that is making regular tasks like: laundry- a bigger issue. Lately I seem to be lacking a lot of time. I personally really like the chore of laundry, but there is something to be said about having your laundry done for you. Wow! It's like nothing I have ever experienced. This location is easily found right off of the convenient Fair Oaks Street. The building is huge and very clean. There are "do it yourself" kind of machines at this laundry mat. There are tons! And tons of seating- great for social distancing. There snacks and coffee options for your convenience. Reason why I came here was for an actual laundry service I read online. Online appeared to be so easy and simple to sign up for. There are many convenient options. One option is that this company will drive over to your house and pick up your laundry and then have it delivered for you. Another is where you drop your laundry off and then come pick it up either same day or next day. I live so close that I decided to go by and drop off my bedding in one order for same-day service and a load of whites for next day service. They weigh it and then the charge is based off weight. For both orders it was under $30 and they asked me for special instructions and they washed fold and had it ready to go and called me within an hour and a half of service being done. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Big shout out to staff member: Marazay. She was AMAZING. She was warm friendly intelligent and really great at explaining to me everything (being that I was a first time customer and I had a lot of questions). I have already been back three times since my first experience and I will continue using their service my laundry always comes back fold it perfectly smelling great and it's so incredible to have your laundry done for you one less thing I have to worry about.
