It's used to be a really clean laundromat, but when I recently went, it was sooo dirty. The floors were filthyyy and the doors were propped open, so wind was blowing dust inside, causing the floors to become even more dirty. The owner/employees are hardly ever there anymore, so if anyone needs help with broken machines and money getting stuck in machines, there's no one there to go to for help. They also offer drop-off washing/drying services, so people also can't get help with that if there's no one there. It was definitely better when Kari worked there. read more

I came here to wash my comforters and was very happy with my choice to come here. The place was very clean and smelled amazing. Even the washers and dryers were shiny and sparkling inside and out. I did not hesitate to put my comforters in them. I forgot my detergent, but they had little bottles for me to purchase. CLUTCH!! The attendant was super cool and funny. Made me feel like I've known him for years even though this was my first time there. There are tables and chairs to sit and wait for your laundry to be done. I got some crazy bread next door and had lunch while getting some work and my laundry done. Killed 3 birds with 1 stone! I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone that is reading reviews on Yelp to decide which laundromat they should go to. Stop looking and just go here. Nice inside and clean and the plenty of washers and dryers and a nice lounge area to sit while you are washing your clothes

Tho is fre me dry with paid wash here but then again it's free dry with every wash everywhere now, but the dryer is only for 7 minutes with a limit of 4 and they watch and monitor u which is stupid. Also it's dumb they won't let you dry two piece of thick clothing with a free wash. A lot of times I have gone there and so most of the time of go there I don't use there frrr dry and use their paid dry because I don't want to be there all day! read more

This is my new go-to spot for doing my laundry. I'm in a wheelchair so I look for things in a laundromat that a lot of other people don't. This place makes it easy for me to do laundry. I can get in & around easily. The carts don't have wacky wheels & go along with me easily. There's new machines & it's always clean. The lady who works there is super nice & always offers her help to me. I've never had a problem with machines harming my clothes or taking my money. And you can not beat free dry with every wash! read more

I have been coming to this laundromat for 7 months straight. Every Saturday or Sunday I spend a min of $30 to wash and try each weekend. That's $120 a month I pay each month. Today I was waiting for my son to get his haircut next door and ran into the laundromat because I had to use the restroom. Worker Kari who says she is Co Owner denied me using the restroom. Marie said "the restroom is for customers only" I advised Kari that I am here every single weekend with my family. I come here so much that I know personal information about her child as well as my kid plays with the little girl that is there on some weekends while I'm washing. Karie continued to say that " I have to be a customer right now and that I have to be using the washers right this moment in order to use the restroom" I went on to explain to her that I spend $120 a month here and I am a paying customer. She still refused me using the restroom. She refused to show me where it states I cannot use the restroom unless I am washing clothes. It's unfortunate that I was a paying customer for 7 months giving this facility over $840 in the past 7 months and I thought I was their customer. Sad that they would treat someone like this that respects their facility and always cleaned up after herself and spent her hard earned money here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH KARI. She does not view you as a customer even after spending you hard earned money here. read more

I have a washer/dryer at home but I have always preferred laundromats for some reason. When I moved here, I found this spot by accident. It's my 4th time coming here and it really has become my favorite spot to wash! There's enough carts and enough washers for if it gets busy. And the employees are super friendly! (I accidentally dropped some fabric softener and they were so nice about it.) Don't think I'm going to stop coming here anytime soon. I love coming here to wash my rags and big blankets. I can get them all washed and dried without being bothered with all my animals at home. Plus I always feel safe here. Cari has done an AMAZING job making this place look fantastic! Plus the convenience of using your card to pay for the wash and dry is FANTASTIC! There are still the coin machines as well, but for someone like me that does not carry cash...paying with my card is a life saver. read more

It has been about five years since I have had to use a laundromat but once my entire house came down with lice we had no choice but to take all of the blankets and stuffed animals to somewhere with larger machines. I had a lot of different questions in regards to which machines to use and what would work to make sure all of the lice were gone. Kari went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered, that I used the best machines for my load, and even went as far as to help me take care of and get my blanket that I didn't realize was ripped closed up in order to wash it without losing all of the stuffing. I would come to this laundromat any day after the experience I've had this time. She turned a really stressful and crappy situation into a positive, quick, and knowledgeable experience. Happy coin laundry is my place to wash clothes. It's clean, never crowded and the co-owner Kari is super polite and customer oriented. If there's something you need to address she is going to correct it. Drop off your laundry and let them wash them for you! Prices are real reasonable and service is quick. Most will be complete in 2 hours after drop off. Come in and get your clothes clean at great price. read more

So, I don't go to the laundromat at all due to the crappy attitudes the attendants and people have no matter what time of day. Today was a different story. I had to do some quick laundry for work and stopped in here. First off, I was startled by the sunny disposition of the lady up front actually greeting me at the door. Not only was Kari helpful, but she assessed my situation at the door and provided me with everything I needed to complete my laundry (seeing as I had left all my laundry soap at home.)she then smiled and said thank you with a genuine smile on her face. Now, given the area as well as the random rough customers Kari still holds true to her smile. Thank you for changing my feelings on laundromats. read more

Love this place. We've been coming here every so often over the past 2 years and it's beautiful and has changed so much. My daughters learning phone my old iPhone 5 got taken from here (in defense my daughters 4 and autistic so she doesn't pay attention to her things well) I posted on Facebook and the owner got in contact to try and help anyway she could even offering on old phone a few people offered and my daughter ending up getting and upgrade from her last an iPhone 6. My daughter now loves this place and has claimed the couch and will cry when anyone sits on it lol this place is amazing the neighborhood unfortunately isn't filled with that great of people. This is my first time here. tons of new washers. I needed to wash blankets for the fall/winter season. I thought I would need several washers but they have some giant washers I was able to fit three blankets into one washer. small library for the kids. I was going to give this establishment a decent rating until I purchased a $2 16oz bottle of Lipton Tea from the vending machine that I discovered was expired by four months after I consumed almost half of the drink. When I questioned the staff, I got a very nonchalant, "there is nothing I can do, the vendor comes tomorrow". So, now I'm out $2 and there is no telling how many people purchased expired items before me. What type of establishment allows expired food\beverages to be sold or doesn't properly monitor the vending at their facility and then doesn't care when it's identified? Very poor and hazardous business practice if you ask me. read more

Dated, but fairly well maintained coin laundry. The operators are nice people, some of the clientele not so much so. Laundromat manners: do not allow your children to beg treat money from other patrons or help themselves to other patrons snacks. read more
