Worst experience ever at any love laundry if this woman is working at all I wouldn't recommend coming here. She was taking peoples laundry out as soon as the time was done on only the FREE dryers. She was screaming at people saying to add more clothes. Screaming about people not watching their kids when they have them right next to them. She was going around screaming the numbers of dryers that time was done to see if people were there and if they were would give a different reason if it was low clothes or not being right at the machine she would yell. She should not be working . read more

Love Laundry - This woman was screaming at people stating they are only allowed ONE(1) twelve (12) minute dry for each load of laund - Laundromat Near Me - North Highlands, California

The way ur attendant approach customers. I was harassed about drying my clothes but another patron was there and was drinking a 5TH OF E&J alcohol. It is clear as day that is not allowed. I have been coming here for over a year and have never been treated like this. I spend good money here. The one time I dry my clothes for free it's a problem. I see many individuals do it and not harassed. I will not be coming back read more

Nice and clean. Machines were available didn't have to wait. I went at 8 am. Only thing that sucked were two weird guys parked in their car harassing me and other ladies. Made it very uncomfortable. read more

My first experience with Love Laundry resulted in them shrinking my King size bedding down to Queen if that. I guess they don't read laundry instructions in the tag which clearly stated not to machine dry. The bedding which goes instead my duvet cover is almost 2feet smaller than jt was when I dropped it off. read more

The only laundromat I will go to. Every employee is super nice! While I was waiting for my clothes to dry, a super sweet employee brought me a stool to sit on. I do my laundry here or I sometimes do the drop off service! Never any problems. VERY CLEAN! I've seen the employees cleaning and scrubbing the machines which I appreciate. And not to mention 12 minutes free dry when you purchase any wash! That's a sweet deal! Love this place!! read more

I like Loves Laundry on Watt Ave. I have been the first person through the doors in the morning, various times throughout the day and the last person to leave at closing time. It is always clean. There is an attendant on duty. You can even buy snacks and a drink and all your laundry needs. There are free dryers however I cannot say how well they work because I have never used them. They have central air conditioning and a "BIG ASS FAN" which keeps it nice and comfortable. They even have a drop off service. read more

Very clean with free dryers and nicely air conditioned with a great store with a bunch of things you could buy to snack on or for your laundry they even have a microwave read more

Do you love laundry? Love Laundry does! The North Highlands location of the local chain is new and open for your dirty needs off Watt Avenue near Walmart. There is plenty of parking. This is a clean and modern laundromat with lots of big washers and free dryers. The interior is fresh and modern with lots of good music and televisions. You can also access free WiFi and get some snacks and supplies. The great news is that the machines accept credit cards so no more stacks of quarters. Although they still accept those too. The machines worked well and fast helping me wash a large blanket. There is a strong smell of fabric softener as expected, but overall ventilating and cooling is great. The location may require a U turn on Watt though. Going to a laundromat is never the best part of your day, but the folks at Love Laundry are making it work. Their big machines and affordable rates can make your dirty task much cleaner. read more

This is my favorite laundromat! Every time I come, it's always clean, and they make sure no one's clothes are left in the dryers so others can use them. They're really considerate of everyone. Maria and Magaly are also super nice! read more

This is my second time using this location. First time I came here it was super crowded and hot as hell lol Today I came back to do my laundry and it was much better. Less ppl.. Thank God! To tell you the truth this place is very clean. I had to use the bathroom really bad but was afraid to go cuz I didn't wanna see a nasty bathroom. Wow, I was surprised. The bathroom was spotless. Also, the ppl that work here are super nice and ready to help. I like this place.. Keep up the great service guys! read more

Sparkling clean, bright, cheery. Modern and most importantly clean machines with the option of card or cash pay. Friendly staff on site. Facility and area felt safe. Big Screen TV, adequate seating, washers, dryers and folding area. Snacks and drinks for sale. Need nothing more. The best laundromat(by far) that I've found in the area. read more

I used love laundry three years ago and gave a four-star review but now using them again, I have to get him a 5 star. Always have the best customer service. its dirty and I'm starting to notice the increase on the washer . horrible customer service. going to find a new spot.

I have been to A LOT of Laundromats! Because of our job we have traveled all over the country and used one EVERYWHERE. But this is by FAR, the nicest, cleanest most up to date one I've ever been too! There is a snack bar inside that sells laundry detergent as well as all the snacks/ice cream/drinks and slushees! Abs much to my surprise they weren't marked up a lot! Mostly everything ranges around $3 for detergent! (YES IN 2021) Huge fans keep the heat away! And helped dry the clothes that couldn't go in the dryer! All of the washers except the 1 load washers at the front take a card which made it super easy! The area is completely surround with folding tables so no one has to fight for room. Nice music, all around great experience from this out of towner! And Jerica who is the on-site attendant I guess you would call her is possibly more amazing than the place itself! She was super kind and helpful! I DEFINITELY recommend this place!! read more

I genuinely love Love. No change, free dry, how could you go wrong-right?? Nah this owner is RACIST. I'm a Black parent escaping a DV relationship and had to wash clothes to get interview clothes clean for tomorrow. I'm pregnant and came with my child. When I came in the "snack bar" said be back in 10. I went and got my clothes in washer, got Mickey Ds and came back. The counter was open so I walked up as someone stole my dryer sheets. The attendant was finishing removing lint traps which I waited until she seemed done to politely say excuse me. I was met with a finger in my face & being ignored. I grew agitated and stood by the counter silently. She YELLED "I'm trying to...." whatever she was doing. An argument ensued because you're not gonna yell at me. She refused to serve me then served me anyways. The entire transaction she argued with me!!!! My stepdad came to check my car and came in to talk to me. I was telling him what ensued to which she yelled AGAIN while helping another person "you're not bad mouthing me to my customer's right?" I was speaking to my FAMILY MEMBER. At this point I'm cursing and she's tone policing me after giving the world's WORST customer service. ALSOOOO She wears her mask over the mouth, nose exposed!! I would avoid like the fucking plague and travel the extra distance to K street if you want respect. Never comin by back. read more

Love Laundry - The blonde racist manager - Laundromat Near Me - North Highlands, California

So I went to the love laundry today and was treated the worst I have ever been treated in my whole life experience . I have been going here for last couple of years on and off and they always have been with a shity attitude towards the homeless and today they really out did it they actually assaulted me with paper spray for washing my face and taking to long in the bathroom and they took my bags and through them out side the building and one of my valuable speakers was broken and my cologne bottles broke and got all over my things that cost me had to replace all of my clothes because they discolored my things. I also suffered so much pain from tear gas and burning to my lungs and eyes . I also got so dishumanised by the staff there and front of everyone there they spoke to me worst then if I was some trash that is not a paying customer that came there to wash my clothes. As I asked for the information regarding the owner the lady in there told me no I can't get that information. So then they called security on me and asked him to remove me off the property because they didn't want to give information regarding who assaulted me and the information who to make a legal complaint to. This is not ok to treat some one like they did to me if I did that to them o would be charged with felony charges and most likely be paying for severe damages for the rest of my life. But they just got away with it and I am left with damages done to me physically mentally and emotionally and also to my property. What the heck is going on is this how we treat people because they are homeless and have to use the bathroom a little longer then the rest of the people and for that I had to get treated this way. I know one thing if someone doesn't answer for this and make some changes I will take it to my personal life long commitment to make them pay for my damages and for it to never happen to anyone else I could have lost my life and suffered from not able to breathe. read more

There is so much space! It doesn't feel cramped like other laundromats might. And they keep the place really clean!

I'm highly upset. This is my third time here. I love the this laundry Matt. Tara is AMAZING, but one employee keeps harassing me every time I'm here. I pay for laundry, buy snacks here, I liven you the room and have fun at this beautiful location. But this particular employee ALWAYS has something to say to me when I'm here. She is very discriminating. She always has something negative to say about me when I'm minding my business and doing my little tiktok videos while WAITING ON MY PAID FOR LAUNDRY. I have a huge Following on Instagram, tiktok, Twitter. I'd hate for about 30,000 of my followers on all social media platform to know how discriminating this place is. I don't ever leave negative feedback and I didn't the first time I visited, but this lady right here has HIGHLY UPSET ME, AGAIN!!! I love when Tara is here. She is sweet and kind, but this older lady is a pain. I don't think I'll ever come back to this laundry Matt. I'll just keep going to the one at my apartment complex because I just can't take her always having something negative to say to me. She always has a problem with me. I don't know what her problem was today but the laundry Matt wasn't busy at all either. I was in my own little tiny spot doing my tiktok videos. The worst experience I ever had at a place of business. I hate it here now. I don't want her to get fired but please educate her on customer service and have her superiors speak with her. I hate that I keep being harassed by her. My IG COMMENT & DM TO YOU: I love your laundry mat, this is my third time here and the last two visits I had horrible experiences because of the older Latina woman profiling me and being discriminating. I left a lengthy negative review on your yelp. The two times I visit she ALWAYS has something negative to say and she lied saying the owner called that I have to leave and I can't do my tiktok videos. My Instagram has 7800 followers 500-1000 views and I have 18.5k followers on my tiktok. I did a 5 star review my first time there like a month ago, but two weeks ago and last night was just a horrible experience because of that older Latina lady. She always has something negative to say about my shorts I wear. She's always harassing me. I don't feel comfortable at that laundry place anymore. I didn't want to take my negative review to social media after my yelp, but I just couldn't help it because she also lied to me that the owner said I had to leave. I waited until my laundry was done and spoke with your AMAZING employee Tara who I love (great 5 star customer service) I asked her if the owner called to complain about me and she said no and not to worry about her coworker. Tara is very sweet and was very apologetic. My first visit Tara was working extremely hard while by herself at the laundry getting her task done and at the same time being such a sweet and genuine person. She didn't allow her work load affect her warm welcoming personality. I like Tara, but your other employee is just horrible. I felt as if she was profiling and discriminating me. My second visit, she SAW me put my laundry in the washer and dryer then had the nerve to approach me "excuse me you can't do your videos here unless you're doing laundry." Obviously she saw me put my laundry in the washer and dryer so I was a bit confused why she told me that. That is one of my reasons of her being discriminating. I just couldn't comprehend why she would say that when she SAW ME PUT MY LAUNDRY IN THE WASHER AND DRYER!!! I just checked my tiktok. It now has a total of 19.5k followers and growing and I posted a review video on my Instagram. Please educate her on customer service. Don't fire her, just educate her. Thank you. read more

A hotspot for laundry. Machines are clean and fairly new. Place is also clean! Which is nice for those that want to feel confident that their laundry is clean. Downfall!!!!! It gets crowded and free dryers will be quite a wait. The pay dryers, are not good! The free ones are better, which I find it odd and unfair. A good spot, despite all the downfall, I still go and pray that it doesn't get too crowded. read more

They need to retrain there workers. They're very rude. They have rude attitudes. I had a problem with their washing machine last week. I spent 30 something dollars on washing and one of the big washing machines that I had used. It was $12.75 and when it finished, I went to take my clothes out and they smell so bad like they didn't even get no water no soap no nothing And I tried to tell the lady and she told me oh there's nothing I can do about it you have too many clothes in there so if you want to use it again, you have to pay I was like why can't you just reset it because obviously it wasn't working right or something why do I gotta pay again for something? That's probably your guys's responsibility and she just told me no you will have to pay again so I gathered my stuff and I dipped to my original nice n clean n safe wash house . very bad customer service. And by the way, it was just so rude. I had My Son with me and I don't never have this problem no where else . And by the way, the washer machine that I use that's why nine loads. I have like two loads that washer machine is big as fuck. It said it was eight loads. It should've been able to handle my 2 to 3 loads not even that. read more

I have to update my feelings about this place. Been coming here 3 years now on the weekends and some days it doesn't open on time. I came to this location honestly because of the name. This place is pretty big. A lot of washers for different size loads. For 6 loads it was 5.50. Maybe a bit pricey, but if you dry your clothes it's free as long as you washed here. So not too shabby over all. They do have drop off service for 1.50 per pound, a nice snack bar, change area, and restrooms. They keep up on keeping it clean and tidy. I do appreciate that. I wish they had a but more of a selection as for healthier options for the snack bar. But over all, I would come back. read more

Love Laundry - Love laundry - Laundromat Near Me - North Highlands, California

This Love Laundry location opened in April 2019, on Watt Ave near the North Highlands Walmart and next door to a breakfast diner. We visited this location for the first time on the first weekend of the month, which typically has more traffic than other times. Despite this, there was plenty of room to do our laundry without having to wait or be rushed by other patrons. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The business is, as expected, spiffy and new. All machines seem to be in working order. There is plenty of room to sit and wait on your clothes, with several televisions playing a variety of programming and lots of industrial sized fans to keep the environment pleasant. There is lots of folding space. The attendant was crazy nice and kept herself busy the entire time we were here. Dryers are free (for customers who wash their laundry here) which is a very nice touch! The advertised hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm every day. This is nice for early birds like us who want to get in and out quickly and get on with our day. So long as the owners maintain the cleanliness and functionality of their machines, this place should be a success in an area of North Highlands that really needs a quality laundromat. This may become our go-to laundromat, but that is my wife's decision. read more

When you're always busy, it's difficult to get time to do your own laundry, especially if you live in an apartment complex. I found Love Laundry on a fluke, but from the moment I walked in, I was impressed! The place is spotless!! Carrie was so attentive to my needs with dropping off my laundry, and communicated clearly about the entire process. I know I'll be coming back again, without a doubt! Thanks, Carrie! read more

There is a lot of room. It's clean and there's a lot of washing machine size options to choose from... However, the place can get pretty packed. This is the second time we've gone. Washing went great. It's the drying part that is the problem. Theres FREE dryers, but they do say that they need to be filled up at least half full. Okay thats cool. It's not cool, however, when there are no available dryers with one family taking up at least 15 (possibly more)of the 30 something free dryers (most of them not even half full). My boyfriend complained to the only worker we could find (the employee was apparently only suppose to be in charge of inventory?). He got her to combine two loads. Wow awesome now she's only taking up 14 dryers. I then went complain a second to see if i could talk to a manager since we weren't the only ones waiting. There apparently was no manager. There weren't any employees available willing to take charge right away even though I warned the inventory guy that the situation might get ugly with the growing number of people waiting for a free machine. I know things can get crazy for businesses, but don't leave an inexperienced, shy worker in charge of a busy laundromat. Ughh. Finally after about 45 minutes a different employee came out from somewhere and called people out on taking up multiple machines without filling them more than 50% full. She called us out for only filling up one of our dryers barely under the half full mark and didnt say anything to the family we originally complained about. All she told them was "I don't care if you take up 30 machines as long as you have them more than half full." So apparently feel free to start your own laundry business and take up all 30 of their free dryers. read more

I don't ever go to the laundromat and every single time I go their employees have a smart mouth. I will be going to the one on El Camino for now on. I have been going to Love Laundry on North Highlands since it first open. As a repeated customer, this location is well set up and maintain. Today, I would like to give Katie Kudos for her consistency and good service. Especially, her being by herself working diligently to provide a clean environment.
