I have been to A LOT of Laundromats! Because of our job we have traveled all over the country and used one EVERYWHERE. But this is by FAR, the nicest, cleanest most up to date one I've ever been too! There is a snack bar inside that sells laundry detergent as well as all the snacks/ice cream/drinks and slushees! Abs much to my surprise they weren't marked up a lot! Mostly everything ranges around $3 for detergent! (YES IN 2021) Huge fans keep the heat away! And helped dry the clothes that couldn't go in the dryer! All of the washers except the 1 load washers at the front take a card which made it super easy! The area is completely surround with folding tables so no one has to fight for room. Nice music, all around great experience from this out of towner! And Jerica who is the on-site attendant I guess you would call her is possibly more amazing than the place itself! I guess they don't read laundry instructions in the tag which clearly stated not to machine dry. I like Loves Laundry on Watt Ave. I have been the first person through the doors in the morning, various times throughout the day and the last person to leave at closing time. It is always clean. There is an attendant on duty. You can even buy snacks and a drink and all your laundry needs. There are free dryers however I cannot say how well they work because I have never used them. They have central air conditioning and a "BIG ASS FAN" which keeps it nice and comfortable. They even have a drop off service. read more

Do you love laundry? Love Laundry does! The North Highlands location of the local chain is new and open for your dirty needs off Watt Avenue near Walmart. There is plenty of parking. This is a clean and modern laundromat with lots of big washers and free dryers. The interior is fresh and modern with lots of good music and televisions. You can also access free WiFi and get some snacks and supplies. The great news is that the machines accept credit cards so no more stacks of quarters. Although they still accept those too. The machines worked well and fast helping me wash a large blanket. There is a strong smell of fabric softener as expected, but overall ventilating and cooling is great. The location may require a U turn on Watt though. Going to a laundromat is never the best part of your day, but the folks at Love Laundry are making it work. Their big machines and affordable rates can make your dirty task much cleaner. read more

Last time I didn't like the way they folded my clothes but I just arranged my dressers to fit the way the folded. Worked out better for me. They need to retrain there workers. They're very rude. They have rude attitudes. I had a problem with their washing machine last week. I spent 30 something dollars on washing and one of the big washing machines that I had used. It was $12.75 and when it finished, I went to take my clothes out and they smell so bad like they didn't even get no water no soap no nothing And I tried to tell the lady and she told me oh there's nothing I can do about it you have too many clothes in there so if you want to use it again, you have to pay I was like why can't you just reset it because obviously it wasn't working right or something why do I gotta pay again for something? That's probably your guys's responsibility and she just told me no you will have to pay again so I gathered my stuff and I dipped to my original nice n clean n safe wash house . very bad customer service. And by the way, it was just so rude. I had My Son with me and I don't never have this problem no where else . And by the way, the washer machine that I use that's why nine loads. I'm a Black parent escaping a DV relationship and had to wash clothes to get interview clothes clean for tomorrow. I'm pregnant and came with my child. When I came in the "snack bar" said be back in 10. I went and got my clothes in washer, got Mickey Ds and came back. The counter was open so I walked up as someone stole my dryer sheets. The attendant was finishing removing lint traps which I waited until she seemed done to politely say excuse me. I was met with a finger in my face & being ignored. I grew agitated and stood by the counter silently. She YELLED "I'm trying to...." whatever she was doing. An argument ensued because you're not gonna yell at me. She refused to serve me then served me anyways. The entire transaction she argued with me!!!! My stepdad came to check my car and came in to talk to me. I was telling him what ensued to which she yelled AGAIN while helping another person "you're not bad mouthing me to my customer's right?" I was speaking to my FAMILY MEMBER. At this point I'm cursing and she's tone policing me after giving the world's WORST customer service. ALSOOOO She wears her mask over the mouth, nose exposed!! So I went to the love laundry today and was treated the worst I have ever been treated in my whole life experience . I have been going here for last couple of years on and off and they always have been with a shity attitude towards the homeless and today they really out did it they actually assaulted me with paper spray for washing my face and taking to long in the bathroom and they took my bags and through them out side the building and one of my valuable speakers was broken and my cologne bottles broke and got all over my things that cost me had to replace all of my clothes because they discolored my things. I also suffered so much pain from tear gas and burning to my lungs and eyes . I also got so dishumanised by the staff there and front of everyone there they spoke to me worst then if I was some trash that is not a paying customer that came there to wash my clothes. As I asked for the information regarding the owner the lady in there told me no I can't get that information. So then they called security on me and asked him to remove me off the property because they didn't want to give information regarding who assaulted me and the information who to make a legal complaint to. This is not ok to treat some one like they did to me if I did that to them o would be charged with felony charges and most likely be paying for severe damages for the rest of my life. But they just got away with it and I am left with damages done to me physically mentally and emotionally and also to my property. What the heck is going on is this how we treat people because they are homeless and have to use the bathroom a little longer then the rest of the people and for that I had to get treated this way. I know one thing if someone doesn't answer for this and make some changes I will take it to my personal life long commitment to make them pay for my damages and for it to never happen to anyone else I could have lost my life and suffered from not able to breathe. read more

I came to this location honestly because of the name. This place is pretty big. A lot of washers for different size loads. For 6 loads it was 5.50. Maybe a bit pricey, but if you dry your clothes it's free as long as you washed here. So not too shabby over all. They do have drop off service for 1.50 per pound, a nice snack bar, change area, and restrooms. They keep up on keeping it clean and tidy. I do appreciate that. I wish they had a but more of a selection as for healthier options for the snack bar. But over all, I would come back. read more

This Love Laundry location opened in April 2019, on Watt Ave near the North Highlands Walmart and next door to a breakfast diner. We visited this location for the first time on the first weekend of the month, which typically has more traffic than other times. Despite this, there was plenty of room to do our laundry without having to wait or be rushed by other patrons. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The business is, as expected, spiffy and new. All machines seem to be in working order. There is plenty of room to sit and wait on your clothes, with several televisions playing a variety of programming and lots of industrial sized fans to keep the environment pleasant. There is lots of folding space. The attendant was crazy nice and kept herself busy the entire time we were here. Dryers are free (for customers who wash their laundry here) which is a very nice touch! The advertised hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm every day. This is nice for early birds like us who want to get in and out quickly and get on with our day. So long as the owners maintain the cleanliness and functionality of their machines, this place should be a success in an area of North Highlands that really needs a quality laundromat. This may become our go-to laundromat, but that is my wife's decision. read more

There is a lot of room. It's clean and there's a lot of washing machine size options to choose from... However, the place can get pretty packed. This is the second time we've gone. Washing went great. It's the drying part that is the problem. Theres FREE dryers, but they do say that they need to be filled up at least half full. Okay thats cool. It's not cool, however, when there are no available dryers with one family taking up at least 15 (possibly more)of the 30 something free dryers (most of them not even half full). My boyfriend complained to the only worker we could find (the employee was apparently only suppose to be in charge of inventory?). He got her to combine two loads. Wow awesome now she's only taking up 14 dryers. I then went complain a second to see if i could talk to a manager since we weren't the only ones waiting. There apparently was no manager. There weren't any employees available willing to take charge right away even though I warned the inventory guy that the situation might get ugly with the growing number of people waiting for a free machine. I know things can get crazy for businesses, but don't leave an inexperienced, shy worker in charge of a busy laundromat. Ughh. Finally after about 45 minutes a different employee came out from somewhere and called people out on taking up multiple machines without filling them more than 50% full. She called us out for only filling up one of our dryers barely under the half full mark and didnt say anything to the family we originally complained about. All she told them was "I don't care if you take up 30 machines as long as you have them more than half full." So apparently feel free to start your own laundry business and take up all 30 of their free dryers. read more

I think most laundry mats are comparable but not this one, I travel for work and doing my laundry is necessary. I found this chain and no matter where I am in Sacramento there is one not to far away! Air conditioning!!! Gorgeous decor, huge folding tables, plenty of washers, dryers (free dryer for people who wash here) triple loader is 2.50 so see great prices. This place is spotless all the time you won't find a cleaner laundromat .. they have plenty of machines available and supplies if you forget anything! free dry with wash of course , free WiFi ,TVs. .
