The facility is practically spotless clean, employees are constantly cleaning and extremely helpful, a variety of sizing for washers and dryers, and vending machines that have detergent/softeners to purchase in case you forget yours. Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these!

Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

Explained to us that if we get the app and leave a review, that we'd be credited one free wash and I believe it was $5 for leaving a Yelp review. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.

This plaza is not the biggest but they have a dedicated parking spot just for them so I've been able to snag that front space most of the time but be prepared to park a little farther, especially if you're arriving during lunch time as there's restaurants around.

Instead, I got the suit back covered in gray and black marks throughout the garment. To be clear, I dropped off a suit with one minor issue and got back a suit covered in new ones. I picked it up, drove straight home, and as I was hanging it in my closet I started noticing mark after mark after mark. I immediately called because I was genuinely shocked by what I was seeing. They didn't care! No resolve! What is most frustrating is that nobody mentioned a thing when the suit was returned to me. A white suit covered in dark marks does not magically end up that way after leaving the store. Someone should have noticed. Someone should have said something. $400 and it had been worn once.... I trusted professionals to care for it, and it was returned in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. Now I have to take it to another cleaner and hope they can undo whatever happened here because I no longer trust this business to touch the garment again. Take your clothing elsewhere!!

This laundromat has been around since the1950's. Its not the greatest of neighborhoods but the neighborhood has been getting better and the wash house has been a fixture in the community since when it was an expensive high rent neighborhood. There have never been any serious problems other that a homeless person seeking recyclables or refuge in winter rain. The owners, janitors and regular customers keep them out and send them away. It is the only 24 hour laundromat in the Sacramento area. We have no idea where Karebear W gets their information for their review. Some of the pictures are accurate but show pictures of signs talking about alarms on machines and not to leave your laundry unnattended as if no other laundromat has alarms or cameras for security. The comments regarding gangbangers, drunks and a hooker in bathroom doing "blow" is a total fabrication. First of all nobody in this neighborhood can afford "blow" another name for cocaine. Also, the owners don't allow it and the bathroom is LOCKED, at all times UNLESS, the owners or janitor are there so it is impossible for that to happen. Many regulars think Karebear works for a competing laundromat but who knows. Basically its a nice little laundromat, with all new washing machines, Cheap Prices, new paint, floor, clean and old but REALLY HOT big dryers. Lots of regular customers nice people. read more

Wow, I jus red the revew and think it's unfair to the nice folk who are the owners. I was born an rased in this naborhood for 50 years and remember my momma talking with da old man who owned first. I know that crobar lady that said she saw hooker in bathroom. She is wrong they keep bathroom locked to stop the drug users. I work late shif and like da fact it open when I get off wrk late. I told dem not to change dryers cause they nice an hot and hold all my close. They hav new top lid washrs and a new big front windo washer. This laundry is always clean, and the staff are very friendly. It's great because it's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is super convenient no matter what your schedule is. Management is quick to respond to and address customer concerns. There are washers of all different sizes and weights, and the prices for all machines are reasonable. However, they refused to let me use the free dryers and insisted I pay extra to use the largest dryer, claiming it's required for blankets--even though my blankets didn't even exceed the maximum fill line. There are no signs stating that blankets must be dried in the paid dryers, and this policy wasn't mentioned in advance. It feels like false advertising. They lure you in with the promise of free drying, then apply hidden restrictions to force you into paying more. Because I couldn't justify the unexpected cost, I had to pack up my wet blankets in bags and take them home to hang dry. It was a huge inconvenience and completely avoidable if they had been upfront about their policies. I found the experience misleading and frustrating. I don't recommend this laundromat--there are more honest and transparent places out there. Avoid if you value fair and upfront service.
