LOVE LAUNDRY ON S, YOU ARE THE GOAT!! I had to wash alllll of my clothes--beanies, stuffed animals, pillows, etc. during a move and they saved me so much. I used the pick-up service and Liliana came to get my stuff. I had way so much stuff and she happily helped me. I got all of my things back in two days, clean folded, and bagged. Thank you SO MUCH EVERYONE AND THANK YOU LILIANA. (Pictured is some of my stuff) read more

Love Laundry is the best -- everything you could want in a laundromat. Machines of all sizes, WiFi, bathroom, laundry supplies for sale, free drying with wash, friendly staff, and both store and machines are clean and well-maintained. Washers take coins or digital payment. This location is a bit larger (more machines) than the K St. location read more

Very clean location with many washers and dryers. Bathrooms and even a little snack bar and store that sells detergent. They have a huge ceiling fan (big ass fan brand) to keep temps low inside and it makes a huge difference. Parking can be tricky but I got lucky. There is a small parking lot that can fit about a dozen or two cars. Crowd seems chill and respectful inside. Overall this location is the safest to do a load but I still can't wait till our washer is fixed at the house lol. read more

Love Laundry is great! Clean, well-maintained machines and very friendly staff. They have a snack bar with average prices, and the overall environment is well-kept. I've been here a few times and always have a good experience. read more

This is a huge laundromat in a great location, on the corner of 21st and S Street. I really like that there's one monitor dedicated to live security footage. That way you can see what's happening on the far side of the laundromat. There is always at least one attendant there and the parking lot is well lit. The parking lot is small but there is also street parking. I like that they are open really early and close late. The price for the washing machines is higher, but that's because the dryers are free. The machines take cash or card. You can drop off laundry, they charge you per pound. I haven't used this service yet, but I've heard good things about it. They have soap and laundry sheets you can purchase if you forgot yours. They also have a snack bar. This laundromat is huge and there is tons of space for folding. They keep it cool during the summer, play music, have TVs and free wifi. A great, safe, clean place to do laundry. read more

My first visit to Love laundromat and it felt like a Sunday night laundry party! The neon light signs create such a cute fun vibe, dare I say laundry is fun ?! The place is well-lit and super clean. It was moderately busy, but that just added to the lively atmosphere. They have a great selection of brand-new Speed Queen machines in various sizes, so you can find the perfect fit for your laundry load. I loved the convenience of both coin and touchless payment options--so easy! Plus, there's a snack bar and even laundry supplies for purchase if you need them. And the best part--free drying machines were available on the night I visited . With large TVs on walls, music , WiFi , and a nice parking lot, it really has everything you need for convenience and to pass the time . Bathroom available for customers. If you're looking for a fun and efficient laundry experience, this is definitely the place to be. read more

This place is clean and has great staff, and I like that there is a snack bar. I wish the seating was more comfortable for long stays when you need to wash several loads, and the parking lot is way too small, with the parking spots also being too small. The dryers will also pop open often so you have to keep your eyes on your load. read more

Great service all around, the attendants are always very nice and the laundry itself is also kept clean. If you want to miss the crowds of people doing laundry definitely avoid Sundays in the afternoon. read more

the lady speaking in Spanish to her manager ASSUMING I wasn't going to wash clothes when in fact I was BUT by the time the lady was done talking to her manager it was 8:30 she was only giving me 13 mins to wash my clothes !!! Not enough time for all of the clothes i had . Definitely not washing my fucking clothes here after being discriminated against. The amount of anger I have in me bc of this !!!! The machine didn't give me my quarters !! THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY. heard this place steals. STOLE MY MONEY AND WONT GIVE IT BACK !! read more

I would like to share my disappointment with the experience I had with Susanna, who stated she is the manager. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. I have been a customer here numerous times, and whenever all of the free dryers were occupied, the other employees working would allow me to use one of the paid dryers at no charge since the business advertises that drying is free with a wash. Today, however, Susanna refused to accommodate customers in the same situation and told me I would simply have to wait. I explained that the business promotes free drying with every wash, and when all of the free dryers are unavailable, customers should still receive the service being advertised. After spending over $20 on washing, it seems unreasonable to expect customers to wait indefinitely when a simple solution would have been to provide access to a paid dryer at no additional cost, as other employees have done in the past. Because of Susanna's unprofessional and unfriendly attitude, I will be taking my business to another local laundromat. Customer service and consistency matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. read more

I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! I dropped off 60-70 lbs of clothes and stuffed animals. The plushies were stained with dirt, food, and slime. Order was done on time! And the plushies looked brand new! I could resell these they look so good! To all the moms out there, Love Laundry not only folded every item of clothes, but they organized my daughter and I's every item separately and according to type!! All I had to do when I got home was pull each separate stack and place them right in the dresser drawers! My total came out to $125 (paid by card) and worth every cent! I'm a full time mom and take care of my daughter, work FT, and go to college. It is such a relief to have someone else do all our laundry and have these results!! Plus, my daughter actually wanted to hang out inside the location because it was so cool, clean, spacious, plenty of seating and tv's. Thank you to the ladies at this location! You made our life easier. (only thing missing is the before and after pictures to show the amazing results). read more

First time here I've to many laundromats I have to say this one is the best one I've been to by far. Very clean, enough washers and dryers even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Staff was also very helpful in assisting me as well. Be going back weekly for sure! read more

Definitely very chill environment. Staff were very well attentive and friendly. They keep the environment clean, safe and ready for everyone to enjoy. read more

This is definitely my new favorite laundromat. In spite of the fantastic downtown location, parking was easy and free. The parking lot is arranged so that all of the spaces can be seen from the inside of the laundromat. This is the most spacious laundromat I've ever been to. There are tons of washers and dryers, and enough space between them to move around without bumping into other people. There is a full snack bar inside, and they have some (relatively) decent snacks. I saw Hot Pockets, a microwave, and even a slushy machine. All of the washers and dryers are as modern as it gets, are operated by touch screens, and accept card payments (except for the free dryers, which don't accept any payments at all). Quarters are not needed to operate the machines, but change machines are available for those who prefer not to use cards. Drying is supposedly "free," which actually means that it is included in the price of washing. I personally find this more convenient since it makes it faster and easier for me to calculate my total laundry bill. At this location, the free dryers run for twelve minutes at a time, and can be set to any heat setting. In order to use the free dryers, they are supposed to be at least half full, which might present an issue to anyone who is only washing one or two loads. For those who prefer to dry smaller loads, or for those who only need to dry their clothes, there is also a wall of pay-to-dry dryers. There is a ridiculous amount of folding and counter space. Even with the attendants reserving one of the largest folding spaces for themselves, there is still plenty of space left. The folding spaces near the windows have electrical outlets, and double as a place to study or read while the laundry is washing. Everything was sparkling clean. The LED signs are really cute. The ambiance is modern and chill. Prices are competitive. I paid about $15 to wash/dry the equivalent of about 9 loads of laundry (one 3 load machine plus one 6 load machine). Overall, this was a great experience, and I would absolutely come back again. read more

Very clean and fresh but it's extremely expensive and the dryers take forever! It is conveniently located in midtown but the parking lot will get packed at times. They also don't have enough carts to accommodate everyone during busy times. The staff is friendly and attentive read more

Parking lot on 21st or street parking $4 one load, free dryers when you wash and you can pay with card at their counter. You just need to know which machine #. They have machines that can take on different numbers of loads.. 1 and up to 10 loads. The restroom is coded. They have a large industrial fan to keep us cool and keep the air circulating. There's lots of TVs around the building along with music playing. Adjacent to the service counter is a snack bar for snacks and beverages. Now, I've only done laundry here but they do offer drop off service by the pound and pick up/delivery. read more

I used the 6 load washer and paid around 9$ but you do get a free dry! There was plenty of parking, they have their own parking lot. It was super fresh inside and clean. Music playing and tvs playing. I drove 15 min from home to come here and it was definitely worth it. I expected to be at the laundromat for hours but I was here for about an hour which includes the folding. Hope to get my dryer fixed but I love that it wasn't such a huge inconvenience to do laundry like this, it was my first time! read more

The cleanest laundry mat you will ever go to. Lovely environment and super clean machines.

I would never go back to this place. I dropped off a down comforter for them to wash and provided my own brand new bottle of special detergent. The cost of this detergent was $20. I went back the next day to pick up my laundered comforter, assuming the bottle of laundry detergent was in the package, but it was not. I drove all the way back only to find that 3/4 of the brand new bottle of detergent was gone. This wash 2 I have contacted them by phone twice and on their app once to complain and get a refund, but I have had no response from anyone. the place looks nice and it is clean. I find their business ethics lacking. read more

New location, more machines and clean. If you've been to a Love Laundry before you know they're relatively clean and offer a nice space to wash and fold your clothes. This location is a big upgrade to the K st location and offer tons of machines and free dryers. Washing is pricey but drying is free so long as you fill the dryers up halfway. The amenities at Love Laundry are always top notch. read more

Wow this place is HUGE with plenty of washers and dryers a full snack back, seats, and WiFi. Pricey but it's ok. I wash my comforters here since my community laundry doesn't have washers big enough to fit comforters. Parking sucks. The parking area is small and narrow. You're lucky if you get a spot on the street in the front but you're most likely to walk. I like that it is huge. It's bigger than the K Street laundry place. A guy just hit my car with their door as I am writing this. It's how narrow the parking spots are here. Also, FEW free dryers. It's a pandemonium. read more

BEWARE: I have been to this location a few times and let me just tell you, the loading soap situation is extremely unclear. On my previous visit I asked the employee for help when I started second guessing myself on where I put the soap, and she went as far as to tell me I put it in the wrong area and had me grab a paper towel and soak the soap up from the front and move it to the back. Then I just went there over the weekend and loaded 5 washers up at $7.25 a pop and put the soap in the area where the attendant working the previous time told me to put it. As I am watching the washer, I saw a lot of soap still in the washer and my time was almost done so I asked the manager what the deal was, and she told me I put the soap in the wrong area. I pulled up the instructions on the LED screen and it shows to put the soap in the back left which is what I did. She said that the one on the top says I put the soap where the softener goes. The LED and loading area contradict each other. I then asked the manager if she could give me a complimentary rinse cycle for my 5 washers because my clothes were loaded with soap and she was hella rude, said no and walked away. Then another worker who was nice walked by and I talked to her, and she even said she sees how it is confusing, but she is just an employee and can't give me a free rinse so I had to pay an additional $18 to rinse my stuff so I can get all the soap out of the clothes. I have tried to email the facility as well as call the number listed on a door there and no one has responded. I do not think this is fair at all and I want a refund for my $18 bucks. The washers are very deceiving. read more

It's unfortunate that my apartment doesn't have a washer and dryer but Love Laundry provides a modern vibe while I am there. There is an also a mini market in the store and they sell snacks and laundry necessities incase you forget something at home! My only complaint is that it gets very busy so the laundry mat can be come quite messy with wet floors, hair balls and dryer sheets on the floor and the washing machines can be covered in detergent on top. I say get there early or arrive mid day when there's not a lot of people. In the morning, it is spotless. read more

This location is very clean, and the attendant is very nice. However, I have been to other locations that have more staff at a time which allows the drop off/pick up process to be much quicker. I'm assuming that they have vacancies and are having trouble hiring, because from what I can tell only one person works here at a time. Because of that she is balancing the drop off desk, cleaning the facility, answering questions from people using the machines, cleaning the bathroom, etc. which means the drop off counter is usually unattended. With that said while it is a clean facility I would not recommend this particular location for drop off/pick up if you're in a hurry. Again, nothing against the attendant that works here, I think she's doing the best she can by herself it just doesn't make for a very efficient process. read more

Very clean nice people. However I paid 7.50 for a wash and the machine malfunctioned. They told me there wasn't anything they could do about it! I had more money to pay & told them to check the cameras. But they refused to fix the issue. Literally robbed of my laundry money!!! Do better! read more

The establishment was extremely clean. Jasmine was working extremely hard and also was super helpful answering questions I had. Will be back

Love this place! Hate doing laundry though. But I usually go to the location on K Street. This one just opened up and...OMG!!! So much bigger! So many places to sit! The folding tables are huge as well! If you're still going to the location on K Street, I would reconsider. Maybe it's because nobody knows this location is open yet? But it's nice not having to fight over machines or have somebody steal your machine after you've been waiting for 30 minutes. Come here! They have places to sit and work (barstools against the window), lots of benches, tvs, and supposedly will be adding a snack bar in the near future. It's where the Rite-Aid used to be and there's a parking lot that's a decent size. If those spots aren't available, you may need to park on the street. Still, major upgrade from the previous location. They offer free dryers but there's a limited amount so you may need to wait if you want to dry for free. read more

I visited this place the second week they opened. It is a very big place, tons of washers and dryers (literally speaking). I love the fact that you really don't need to carry cash with you. You can use your debit/credit card to pay for your wash and dry on the spot. The other thing is they do offer free drying. Just look for the "free" sign on the dryers. The downside was a lady vaping so much inside the place close to other people and infants. Like I mentioned before it is a big place and I only saw one lady working there. So much to take care of. read more
