I am currently having mobility issues and the staff of Get Fresh picked up two months worth of laundry. The young woman who picked it up was very pleasant and didn't have an issue with how much it weighed. She arrived at the appointed time. The next day she returned it, clean & neatly folded. If I could rate this a 0, I would. I went searching for a laundromat that is nearby me (I live in Gold River) and came across Get Fresh. I've never been here or know anything about this place outside of other Yelp reviews, so today I decided to take a trip since I needed to do some washing anyway. Passing this place was an immediate "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" decision for me. The very sketchy area, the location is very poor and you immediately feel so unsafe. As a woman that can unintentionally draw attention to myself, this laundromat is one that I can never step foot into. It's THAT uncomfortable and being next to a 7-eleven is equally uncomfortable, too. Out of the various laundromat locations that I've found, this one is by far in the worst area possible. I honestly cannot recommend this establishment if you truly understand my review. I will go elsewhere. read more

Clean friendly and safe. This place has an assortment of different washers and all look in great condition. Veronica the attendant was very kind and helpful. Lots of tv screens for passing time. I come about 1-2x a month to just wash my blankets , every time I come in greeted by this sweet older lady always smiling. I'm here today with my girlfriend & we are greeted nicely but my girlfriend was pretty much harassed by a older man that works here not taking no as an answer from my girlfriend that she doesn't want to purchase the 8$ card , she wanted to pay in coins (she voiced it) .. he proceeds to try and take the coins out of her hand, my girlfriend had to pretty much raise her voice at him to leave her alone . He didn't bother stopping the guy that walked in after us .. or even tried having him buy the 8$ card .. stay alert always . read more

I will not come to this laundromat. I told the elder gentleman that it was saying draining error. He started yelling and raising his voice saying I put to much soap. I did not. I told him he ain't going to talk to me like that. His wife even told him to stop. I asked for the owners phone. They wouldn't give it to me. The other worker came and I explained it to her and I showed her what it was saying. And she said and showed the wife of the man that was yelling at me. That yes they were having problems with the washer. Owners were called and no answer. Then man that yelled at me gave me the phone it was the wife. Talking to her all she offered was a free wash. That man should not be working with customers. The way he yelled and wouldn't stop until I told him to back off. They did not even put an out of order sign. Until they find out what's going on. Then wife of owner said her husband was two busy to answer the calls. To call the website if he dosent answer he is busy. If you are owner of a laundromat. There should be an urgency when things like this happen. They still didn't put an out of order sign on the machine. I was told it was brought to there attention a day before and no one took action. I just moved nearby and this is my second visit. Diane was the attendant on my first visit. She welcomed me and was friendly and professional. The washers and dryers are real nice. There's an ATM and change machine and also laundry supplies. Highly recommend! read more

They raised the prices but it's still one of my favorite laundry mats in the city. The machines are typically available and clean. The dryers are quick and in good condition. I don't have any complaints about the laundry mat itself. The area can be questionable at night, it's Rancho Cordova so there's no shortage of homeless people and drug dealers around so I recommend going before 7 p.m. while the sun is still out. read more

My mom used to live around the corner about ten years ago and in all honesty this laundromat was okay to get it done. I had to stop here to wash big comforters before being packaged for storage and I was expecting something else when I arrived here but the place is super clean, up to date washers and dryers with Apple Pay. I always come here but now they raised the prices. It's always a bunch of commotion and homeless people that hang around this laundromat. Today I came at 7:38p.m and it says the last wash is at 8:00pm. A lady by the name of Nichelle decided to tell me I can't wash because she wants to leave at 9pm on the dot. Now I will never return here because that is rude customer service and they are not abiding by the laundromat rules. I highly don't recommend coming here. read more

I did my laundry there today place was very clean but mops brooms dust pans all gathered by a sink basin that I'm assuming was put there for public not storing cleaning tools it's next to dryers. I was there about hour and a half there was a flat screen w video cams on every angle of place did not see a staff member until 20 min before I left she did not sanitize or disenfect anything during time I saw her though read more

I came here three days ago thinking i could do my laundry for a good price because after all 2.75 for a mid size load sounded good to me. I started my laundry experience with $11 in quarters thinking i'd have some leftover for next time but no. I put in 2.75 except it wasn't 2.75, it says im short 25 so i put in another quarter. I want my clothes washed with warm water as their tags say to do and lookie another 25. I forgot soap bought some detergent there and my clothes smelled worse coming out of the washer. There was no soap bubbles the duration of the wash but i decided it's best to dry them and leave. I go to dry my clothes at 8 minutes later the dryer goes off, I had a feeling they weren't dry because what would be in that time and they weren't so with my last quarter i plucked from my wallet i threw in the last load on top of the previous and everything was just as wet coming out as it went in. Honestly disappointed. In total I paid $11.25 for wet smelly clothes and useless detergent. read more
