100 Negative stars for this unprofessional place. I bought a brand new merino wool sweater to wear for thanksgiving. wore it once before taking it to Save On Moscow to be dry-cleaned. It came back with three 5cm holes in the center of the chest. The sweater was ruined. But the proprietor tried to tell me that the holes were already there when I brought my sweater in. Assumed I was stupid. Gave me a lot of BS and zero satisfaction. Did not seem to care that they had ruined my sweater. The casual uncaring way this business assumes their customers are stupid is quite something. Warning to anyone ever taking any clothing of value to this dry cleaners: DON'T DO IT. Your clothes will most likely come back destroyed and the owner/operator will try to blame you. Professionalism and customer satisfaction do not exist at this dry cleaner. The staff here is attentive and very quick. The tailor explains things very well and he is VERY quick with his work. My only cons are the pricing, just for him to let out the sides of my dress and add more fabric (which he had me go buy) I was charged $500. I picked his business because his website made him seem VERY affordable but clearly that's not the case. I wish he would of given me an estimate before taking my dress apart and making me feel obligated to go through his company as I could of found it a lot cheaper elsewhere. At the end of the day, he got all of my alterations done within a 2 days, very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company, but make sure you get a price before you let him do any "work". read more

Been a customer here for years, and I dropped off my clothes, and shortly after my sister died, and I got really sick from Covid. I came today to pick up my clothes, and they gave my clothes away. They said usually call customers, but I searched my call log right there in front of the employee, and there was no call made. I asked who they were given to and when, and she said they don't know. I will make it a point to tell anyone who is looking for a cleaners service, to never come here. How do you give away someone items, and do not even give a courtesy call. I wish my sister hadn't died, and I didn't get covid, because I would have my clothes, but there was nothing I could do. I have been using this cleaners for several years and they have never disappointed me. I have rented suits, had clothes cleaned and a month or two ago they repaired my jacket. I thought it was a lost cause but in the span of a couple of hours, not only did they do an exceptional job but it was ready by the time I came back for my ride. I've been going to this Dry cleaners for years. This place has yet to disappoint. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are great, definitely better and lower than most places. I've never had any issues with missing articles, or them missing, or messing anything up. They are definitely able to handle the amount of dry cleaning I always bring in and makes it very easy to use them. Timing and turn times are always on point. The location is centralized and easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The best thing this place offers is being open over the weekend. Which, for some odd reason is hard to find, with most places being closed, which is surprising. For me, working crazy hours, Monday through Friday it makes it very difficult to make it somewhere between the typical 8/9-5.... The only downside, as I move around, this place is in Carmichael, so the commute to get there can be a challenge at times from across town. However, that's my problem not theirs. But as a good dry cleaning place is very hard to find, I still make it a point to go to this place whenever I need dry cleaning and you should too, if you expect for people to do their job, right, the first time and exceed your own expectations! The last straw was when they ruined a pillow slip of mine and when I brought to new tear to their attention, they said it came in like that. Erm, no it didn't. Extremely DISAPPOINTED, DISSATISFIED, and FRUSTRATED! I recently bought 5 brand new pairs of scrub pants for $100 and paid $60 to get them all altered. My pants are now way TOO SHORT and barely touch the top of my shoes. I'm VERY EMBARRASSED to have to wear them to work but I don't have another $160 to spend on the exact same thing.
