I'm here to wash a medium size hall way rug that's so dirty, I thought…read moreabout tossing it in the trash , but then I remembered how expensive rugs are and decided to see if I can do a through wash before I decide to let the rug go. Walked in around 11 am on a Thursday... I saw a couple of employees cleaning, and a handful of patrons doing laundry. Everything looked well maintained and very clean and bright . Lots of large and medium sized washers and dryers. The larger machines accepted credit cards, which was very convenient. However, you still need change for some of the dryers and the powder soap to wash your stuff. They have a change machine if you don't normally walk around with 5 pounds of quarters on you. It took about 37 minutes (extra power wash) for the cycle to complete . During that time I walked around to the back and found a couple of vending machines , a few TVs scattered about , and a couple of arcade games. I lost 2$ playing some some games while waiting . Not sure if they have WiFi connection or not. I would say that this laundromat is better then your average, but beware of your surroundings . Though the patrons within the laundromat were fine , right outside next to the vacant restaurant parking lot I saw a handful of sketchy, possible homeless people just literally laying on the ground doing who knows what . And this was in the middle of the morning. I certainly would not recommend coming out to do laundry by yourself when it's dark at night . Besides the immediate outside surroundings , Spin Cycle Laundry Lounge is pleasant . This place will get the job down. The extra power wash was effective and looks like my rug will continue to maintain its place in my home for a while longer . I left with a clean rug and new found knowledge that I suck at Donkey Kong.

I asked if it would be possible to get it back by Tuesday, 06/16/26. The lady told me that would be ok. Next question I asked is what time it would be available on that Tuesday. She said anytime. Cool. Great. So it's now 06/16, and I use my lunch break to drive all the way over here to come pick up my suit. When I walk in, no greeting or eye contact from the lady behind the counter. Kinda rude, but whatever. I just need my suit. The lady takes my ticket, looks at it closely, and explains its not here yet. Mind you, this is the same lady who was here last time that said that I could pick it up anytime on Tuesday. So always, she tells me to come back at 4 PM to pick it up. Yea, its annoying because now it's cutting into other plans, but I don't really have any other options. So just now, I walk in at 4:10 PM. Same lady, no eye contact, no greeting. Again, she takes the ticket and snaps at me "Weren't you here earlier?! It's not ready. I told you it wouldn't be ready till after 4 o'clock!" Somebody please teach this lady how to tell time... So she gets on the phone with the delivery driver, and he tells her he'll be there in twenty minutes. So now we wait. Time is a precious commodity. Please don't waist your customers time by giving them false information, and making them wait. I wish she would have been more up front and honest, when I dropped off the suit last week. I only use this place because the dry cleaner that way closer to my house finally closed up for good. I might give this place another shot, but this is really annoying. Might have to find another place that communicates better, and is more respectful.
