Then I said well I see you guys offer delivery service and she changed her answer and said she would not. This manager not lead by love as the title of the laundromat is. I probably need to relocate place I wash. I also want to mention that there was a kid who slammed his finger in washer and they didnt have med kit/ice pack today. They really dont care about their people. Wouldnt be surprised if when I went back clothes missing of mine or damaged. The worker I also shared a story about how a different love laundry helped me out amd she tried to get that worker fired. The worker bought me a laundry bag and she told her manager that the woman stole from inventory when I literally told her she pulled the 20 from her own pocket. Sometimes the facility could be great but will drive the extra mile to be around the right people.

I like that they have some machines that take card for payment. I took cash just in case but was so happy to not need it. They have a variety of sizes of washing machines and dryers. I have not been to the laundromat in over twenty years, happy that it was a pleasant experience. They had rolling carts to assist in transporting your laundry as well as counter space to fold it all. It was nice to be able to do multiple loads all at once. I'd definitely return, thinking it would be a great place to wash our comforters.

It was my first time using these so it was taking me a while to figure out how to manage my laundry apparently the people don't like me and don't want me there and they decided they would turn off the air-conditioning while I was still there doing my laundry it was hot very hot. I was sweating and also lethargic from the heat so it took me even longer to get my laundry done. A couple of guys came in and we started talking and I told him they didn't like me the didn't like me off the air conditioning on me. They agreed that there was no air-conditioning on. just as we were talking about it the air conditioner was turned on and the guyswent back out to their car and waited there. as soon as the guys left, the air conditioner was shut off again so due to this, I was lethargic as I said and I forgot a whole load of my laundry, the laundry with all my socks in it so I called the number that they give and they never responded to me call me back or anything so I lost a whole load of laundry with nice clothes in I don't recommend this Laundry Mat. I told them that I was disappointed about what they did to me and that I was gonna leave a review if they didn't get back to me about my clothes within 48 hours well it's been a couple and I need to get my laundry done and I'm trying to find a new but I think I'll just go back to this one just to off! To the best of my knowledge this laundromat is the only game in town and this was my first visit to…read morethis business, I did look up reviews prior to going which were not very good, but decided to see for myself, unfortunately I found poor reviews true. 1. It is a laundromat and appeared slightly older,it was not bright and shiny but as laundromats go it was not exceptionally dirty. (Issue previously noted). 2. I was there mid morning and there were other customers but still several machines open, however of those you quickly find machines that are not working either out of order or the card reader not working of course after you have loaded and are ready to go. So I highly recommend you bring coin! (Issue previously noted). 3. There was an attendant there with a small child as I arrived, who was riding on a small toy, do not get me wrong I love children and I understand it can be difficult to work when you have them.. however this is happening as you step in to the laundry mat carrying your laundry.. trying to negotiate a small child riding on toy in a small space..this could be a recipe for disaster especially having a large retirement community. The young attendant/owner? apparently working must have been done for the day as I worked my way to a washer she collected the child, locked the office door and left. So my impression is there is no attendant available during working hours. 4. Once I found washing machines that worked and waited for cycle, several more people had arrived, since the card reader problem extended to dryers too this left a bottle neck of customers trying to find a machine that would work..very frustrating! To the owner(s): My advice as a customer, (I had a family member who once owned a laundry mat in the Bay Area) this does not make me an expert but did give me some insight into the ups and downs of this type of business). I highly recommend that you have an attendant during business hours for several reasons, Laundromats are large investments and having a presence helps protect your investment! And your customers as well! Unfortunately in today's society you will find many in the public could care less about your investment, it appears that you do not either.. Having an attendant available that customers can approach to help resolve issues like the card reader taking your money but the machine not working builds trust and confidence with customers as well as protects your investment from vandalism/ damage. This also allows you to keep your mat clean (No one wants to wash their clothes in a dirty surroundings. As an owner this type of business (and most businesses) they do not work well as "set it and forget it", as with any business you have to put time and care in, and set aside part of the business earnings for upkeep of equipment. Given that the machines and card readers are a longstanding issue.. I have to assume you do not, as for card readers you might also post a sign on the door that card readers are not working and give customers a heads up to bring coin. before they are trapped in your laundry with wet clothes.. as I found I was able to get 2 dollars from the store next door .. as they have experienced this repeatedly, that is their limit. Laundry mats are not glorious..yet they are a needed business in any community some rely on them wholly, some need them for the large items you can not wash in home machines, at some point almost everyone will use a laundromat. With a little effort this could be a very nice laundromat that the community could depend on and not dread having to use.. right now I expect that it won't last long in the condition it's in.. It takes work and initiative to keep one running smoothly, you should put in the effort.. as I assume this is your livelihood! 2 stars as I did get my laundry done, but barely!

You must call to get a code from Debbie, the owner, to use the bathroom as it's for customers only. A slight annoyance, I'm Deaf, but didn't need to use it so I didn't have trouble with that yet. It was close enough to our house in Antelope and there were plenty of washers and dryers to use. Plus there was a maxi washer that could easily handle a comforter and other clothes at the same time. I don't remember the prices because this experience happened several years ago. There was a television and a vending machine with snacks. We went several times over two to three months and it was never crowded. Plus the machines did a great job of cleaning the clothes!!!!! We visited it recently and it was still in good shape.
