For Sacramento, it's cool that there's a sneaker head type of boutique. When I first walked in I didn't realize how small this place was, some shoes were on the wall, some clothes racks on the wall, some in the middle, some clothes and shoes on a table. At the register they had shoes on a revolving sushi boats. I couldn't tell who worked there and who was buying products, the staff wasn't all too helpful or welcoming unless you asked about an item. Understandable. There were boxes of shoes on the floor, we asked about SB's we saw and they weren't for sale so it is confusing as why they wouldn't be stored in the back room since they're just on the floor and boxed. Honestly, if you want a more organized place to go to. Where they have their kicks in a more displayed manner, and the clothes are individually wrapped with prices already on it. Walked in on a whim. There were boxes of merchandise on the floor and stacked up to waist height. The merchandise that was out was nicely placed throughout the store. Products sold here are classics, think sneaker heads. Also carry some clothing for men and women. The sale clothing was thrown into a cardboard box and was rummaged through. Not a good look especially if the clothing is priced as it's priced online. For example an ACG Nike clothing "on sale" was the same price as it was on the Nike Website not on sale. Can only wonder how much it was going for regular price at this store. A decent place to browse but prices seemed a little too steep. read more

Owner confronted me in store after I put them on blast on social media after there tactics on sneaker releases. For example in order to purchase the Air Jordan playoff 12 you had to stand in line wearing there hoodie in order to purchase. Shady tactic right there just let us by the damn shoes if we show up fcfs, you don't want our money? why do we need to have a phenom hoodie? At long last I was finally able to check this store out! I've been meaning to stop by here every time I visited Sacramento but now that I'm officially back I had to! Ok so I've heard nothing but good things about the store Phenom so me and my girlfriend went to check it out because we heard they still might have the gone fishing foams in stock. So we call first to make sure but no reply, so we took the drive out from Natomas all the way to Elk Grove to see if they do and to check out the store. When we got there the worker was ASLEEP at the desk! We stood in there for more than 15 min and even tried to wake him up but still nothing. Somebody could've walked in and took everything and he still would been asleep. Just a bad first impression. Update: The owner has contacted my girlfriend and I and has apologized for the inconvenience. I understand things happen and we appreciate the apology. I was no way trying to "bash" this business, just was sharing my experience. But now that things are resolved I wouldn't mind going back. read more

This store has a very nice selection of sneakers, and clothing. Beyond that the store is designed beautifully, it looks like a sushi bar, the shoes even go around on little boats, there is a lot of Asian inspired design in the store and you keep finding new little things as you wander around the shop. The employees were extremely friendly and engaged in conversation the whole time I was there. I would shop here again and highly recommend this store! read more

If zero stars was available they would get it. Placed an online order with them on the 4th and got an email stated it would ship in 2-3 days. 3 days passed, emailed them to see what the status was. 4 5 6 days went by and still nothing. So I decided to reach out to them on social media. Finally on the 7 day they responded.. and their responds to my order was "it got cancel" wtf?!?!. They gave me NO reason why it was cancel! Just canceled! Tried to ask why it was cancel and still nothing. For being a small shop you figure that need every sale they can get. For them just canceling my order without any explain why is so unprofessional. I DM'd them on Social media again! They seen and read my question and just completely ignored it. Bad business for a subpar boutique shop thats trying to make it thru these tough times. Your store will go down if you continue to burn your bridges with your customers. As a sneakerhead, I must say this store has everything I could have ever dreamed of. A wide variety of sneakers makes it very hard for me to choose from everytime I shop there. The employees are very nice and welcoming. The only complaint I have is giving them too much money when I buy 5-6 pairs of sneakers every other week. Great shop with an even greater selection! If you're looking for a friendly environment to shop for the newest designs from brands like Nike to Billionaire Boys Club, you've found it. To add on to their collection of clothing goods, they even have a unique selection of shoes that you don't normally see in your regular shoe store at the mall to go with your new outfit. From my many visits I've learned that they will leave the smallest size available for their clothing out on the racks (efficient!) but definitely still welcomed any questions I had about releases, restocking, and any other additional sizes I could try on in their Fitting Room.
