I like the clothing here and the looks of the store but I feel like the last few times I've Been here they follow and watch you like you're going to steal. 1st time I was dressed up and looking nice no problem at all wasn't harassed or followed 2nd time I was just looking okay I had a rough day and they followed me like oddly watching my every move but was still polite 3rd time I came looked great dressed like normal and not bothered 4th time I rolled in hungover looking rough and once again harassed and followed however this time around it looked like the owner of the store was there and he was watching my every move like a hawk after prey I didn't like that at all! Came here hella excited today, walked in and a girl stood in the doorway to the other side and just stared at me. No "hellIo" "hi" "welcome in" I felt weird but still looked around. I went to the other side it was more crowded, there were people being helped but still had other staff walking around. I asked the tall light skin dude a question and he ignored me. I felt hella awkward there. I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I won't come back here again there's other stores like this in Sacramento that I'll continue to support. Came here looking for a birthday gift for one of my homies. They have a pretty big collection of different brands. You can always check their website to see what they have in stock at the store. A lot of their clothes and shoes are covered in plastic to help keep them in pristine condition. Customer service is really great. Very knowledgeable about their products. Very clean shop full of hyped heat actually the best shop I've seen in Sactown. The employees there are all very helpful, and friendly. My only negative was some hyped pieces were not for sale that was on display for example certain rare Supreme box logo stickers. Went to go check out Upper Level because my son had been asking to go. With his birthday coming up shortly, he wanted to see what he could (and will) spend his birthday cash on. He is all into sneakers, Supreme, Bape, Kaws, etc., so he was VERY excited to pay this store a visit. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, which was nice. There is a nice array of clothing items, shoes, and accessories. My son had a great time looking at all of the merchandise. The store is clean and bright and items are nicely displayed. We met the owner, Chris, who was warm, kind, and courteous. He made us feel welcome in his store and it's evident he cares about his customers. The customer service here is excellent and I highly recommend this place. My son was so impressed with Upper Level and he can't wait to go back after his birthday!
