They carried many beautiful clothes, shoes, accessories, and household items. I had an excellent first-time shopping experience with this new Nordstrom Rack store. The customer service in the store is the same as the other Nordstrom Rack stores. The employees are polite, and the checkout is fast despite the long line. The prices of most of the name-brand items they have in stock are better than the full-service department stores. I found more good deals in this new store than in other Nordstrom Rack stores in town. I don't know it will be always this way or it is because of a new store promotion. The couple of clothes items I did look at for my daughter were overpriced in my opinion, but they did have a lot of sale signs as well, but I didn't even check out the other side of the store - it was racks on racks of clothes and it seemed a bit overwhelming. Usually, there are shoes on the floor; easy for someone to trip and their shopping cart getting stuck. And the shoes are actually organized correctly by their shoe sizes. They are low on staffs, even during the weekend. Long lines and slow staffs. You have to be patient during checkout. I found a few work attires (decent brand name like Anne Klein) for less than $10 each, so I was super stoke. Typically, I find one item and leave, but I was lucky at this store and left with a few bags full of clothes.

At this point just close down because you don't staff your stores with enough employees to keep the customer happy and you treat every customer like a criminal. I also appreciate the cleanliness, coolness with the fans, and organized appearance of the store. I haven't shopped here in a while due to style, quality, and cost of their products but they recently had a great sale and updated styles, I decided to give them a try again. I'm impressed with their selections, quality, and especially the shoes. When I went up to the counter, a woman by the name of Jessica did not greet me with a "hello" or smile, she looked extremely irritated I asked for assistance in being rung up.
