Lee... thank you for helping me out today. You weren't rude, pushy, or annoying. You were genuinely helpful in my pursuit of Slim Fit Tops. That place was a zoo today; but you got me through it and i don't think I walk away with the satisfaction I had today If not for you. Keep Grindin' Bro

I am love to see Lululemon in Arden Fair Mall it starts getting busy again! This is the store with the clothing that may not fit me at this time, but I'm working on it! Lol! The store is very well organized and the clothing in the store looks very good and colorful! I did not found hardly anything that is on sale or clearance. Most of the items in the store are regular prices, but the price is very reasonable even compared to the price online! The salespersons in the store are helpful and attentive. They are no far from you when you're having a question. But they're far enough from you without any pressure from them. This is a very nice store I hope they'll do well after the pandemic again!

The crew here are shining examples of great customer service particularly during these trying times. Following social distancing rules, store traffic was kept in a safe and comfortable environment. The welcoming greeting set the tone for a pleasant experience. Staff were helpful and personable. This is likely my last in store shopping for awhile so much thanks to the staff for a memorable experience to tide me over for a bit.

I thought it was all hype, but then I got a pair of shorts and WOW!! LOCATION: On the first floor in the Arden mall near the main entrance by Seasons 52. DECOR: Typical wall color of a mall, but they have some good signage and wood in a few places. CLOTHES: They have Athletic attire for all sorts of activities like running, AcroYoga and Bikram yoga. The attire for Bikram yoga is designed to not hold water which is excellent because I sweat a small sea when i do Bikram. Lol GEAR: They have head bands, yoga mats of the highest quality, bags and straps and all kinds of things to help you become your true active self. PRICE: Well, it's not cheap, but neither is the quality of their clothes. You post for what you get and I'd rather but one top that lasts 5 years then 5 tops that last one. STAFF: Every single person I've been helped by has significantly helped in my purchasing decisions. I honestly would've bought nothing if i didn't have the information I was given. EXPERIENCE: I came in to see about some life-changing athletic gear and was greeted as I walked in. Then I mentioned what i was looking for and was given Golden information about what I should try. Then i was escorted to the dressing room where I tried on several items. When something wasn't the right size, the assisting employee grabbed another for me so I didn't have to leave the dressing room. It was like having my own personal assistant. Then i finally landed on some items and have been back several times for more stuff.

The worst costumer service, they blame everything to the system, they need to take math lessons. I will not go back to this location.

They have some jackets, beanies, fleeces, etc. but the best selection is definitely all online. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You might be able to find gear for cheaper either buying used or just searching around but I think the convenience of everything in one store might be worth it. I come here primarily to get my snowboard waxed. I paid a $30 lifetime membership fee and was able to get my board waxed for about $15. WORTH!!!! I've heard they have workshops where they actually TEACH you how to wax your own snowboard so I'm definitely going to come back for those. They also have an option (free for members) to get your board a different type of wax that lasts for maybe a day or two. I dropped my board off on Monday afternoon and was lucky enough to pick up my board the next day. I'm not sure if their wax turnover time is always this quick but I am very happy with their service. Thanks REI! I will be back over and over to shop and get a good wax in.

The restroom is huge. The staff is always very nice. They greet you when you come in they greet you when you leave. The only problem I have is that I don't have a $10,000 credit card for this place. Or maybe that's a good thing They have so many lures to choose from I could get lost looking at them, but love that for me for fishing. I love that they have a variety of fishing poles and they also have cookware there. If you did not know that if you need to go camping this is a great place to go value wise. I would say great prices great material clothes wise. I have sweatshirts that I've had for over 3+ years and they've never got ruined in the washer and dryer and I got these ones on sale for like five to $10. I've been waiting for that sale again. I think I miss it. However, I must say hands-down they have the best quality clothes. They have a lot of options of stuff. If you know somebody that's having a baby. You're going to a baby shower you could come here and find some cool stuff for them and get out and get to see stuff you want to see as well.

It feels like it's a surplus store. They bought too much of a certain item so it lands here at discount. Is that the case? No idea. It also feels like it's what is needed in this town. Instead of running off to San Francisco or Sacramento, you can find clothes here. There are going to be plenty of other retail outlets doing similar things like Nordstrom Rack over at the old U-Mall. Would have been nice to have had this here in previous years though. It was also a lot of different specialties under one roof. A bit of the jack of all trades, master of none style. Buy shoes, dog food and a bicycle? This is your place. No one is going to want to do that though. The problem is the firearms counter. I have purchased a few guns there over the past 13 years, and the experience has universally been horrible. The basic tone is this: The staff's demeanor is as if they are doing you a favor by selling you something. They are quite deliberately aloof, indifferent, and they slow-walk everything they do. This occurs whether they are busy or not. Either way, it will be an agonizingly slow experience if you want help or want to purchase a firearm. They randomly chose to use or ignore their "take a number" system, and when you go in there's never any way to tell whether you should take a number or not. You can stand at the counter, waiting for help for an hour at times. Often they won't acknowledge your presence or even make eye contact. It feels as if you are offending them by even being there, and they want nothing more than for you to just go away. If you actually wish to purchase a firearm, I would recommend budgeting at least two hours in the store. Or better yet, go to another store that has some level of competent management and values their customers. That's what I'm going to do. The clearest way I can explain it? The firearms counter at Sportsman's Warehouse is exactly like trying to get help from a big city branch of the California DMV. That sums it up perfectly.
