We stopped in while at the mall and browsed for a bit. I feel like the men's section has gotten larger over the years, which is good because my husband loves their stuff. I'm not sure if I keep catching the wrong seasons, but I feel like the women's options used to have more fun colors and designs (I have some cool older leggings from them). Now when I browse, I see more staples and options that are more similar to items I already have- so there's less interest in adding more. The staff always makes sure to check in with you when you stop in, and are happy to help if you have questions. If you're looking for basics, this is a great option. read more

This is a corporate greedy company. I bought a gift card for my wife for Xmas and when she went redeem the card there was no money on it. I am love to see Lululemon in Arden Fair Mall it starts getting busy again! This is the store with the clothing that may not fit me at this time, but I'm working on it! Lol! The store is very well organized and the clothing in the store looks very good and colorful! I did not found hardly anything that is on sale or clearance. Most of the items in the store are regular prices, but the price is very reasonable even compared to the price online! The salespersons in the store are helpful and attentive. They are no far from you when you're having a question. But they're far enough from you without any pressure from them. I made a return today at the Lululemon store at Arden fair on March 9 at 2:21 register 3. The woman that processed my return took my email and phone number saying she needed this to process the return and when I asked her if she was putting me on a marketing list she denied it. She told me I could decline emails after tapping my card. After processing my return, she said "oh it usually appears on the screen and gives you an option, sorry." A total lier. I asked her 3 times to make sure I was not included in a marketing email. After I exited the store I received a welcome to Lululemon email. I don't appreciate being lied to and your tactics to gather data to add me to your email list. I don't want the damn emails I just want to return the unwanted item. I hate going to Arden mall but I will only go specifically to visit this lulu location. Every staff member is so kind and helpful. Even though sometimes they don't have my size/color since it is a smaller store, the amazing staff will find a way to order your item or tell you where it's available. I almost stopped shopping at lulu all together after several negative experiences with rude staff at the Roseville location, but this location is 1000% better. Love this place. When I 1st went to Lulu many many many years ago. I was greeted with noses in the air pompous and rude sales people and I vowed to never return to this specific store. My times have changed. The people who are at Lululemon now are AMAZING. So friendly, so helpful. No pressure to buy anything. More importantly they know their stuff. Meaning, whatever your workouts consist of, they know they fabric and style you should wear. I've spent so much money here in the last 6 months but I look cute okay! I thought it was all hype, but then I got a pair of shorts and WOW!! LOCATION: On the first floor in the Arden mall near the main entrance by Seasons 52. DECOR: Typical wall color of a mall, but they have some good signage and wood in a few places. CLOTHES: They have Athletic attire for all sorts of activities like running, AcroYoga and Bikram yoga. The attire for Bikram yoga is designed to not hold water which is excellent because I sweat a small sea when i do Bikram. Lol GEAR: They have head bands, yoga mats of the highest quality, bags and straps and all kinds of things to help you become your true active self. PRICE: Well, it's not cheap, but neither is the quality of their clothes. You post for what you get and I'd rather but one top that lasts 5 years then 5 tops that last one. STAFF: Every single person I've been helped by has significantly helped in my purchasing decisions. I honestly would've bought nothing if i didn't have the information I was given. EXPERIENCE: I came in to see about some life-changing athletic gear and was greeted as I walked in. Then I mentioned what i was looking for and was given Golden information about what I should try. Then i was escorted to the dressing room where I tried on several items. When something wasn't the right size, the assisting employee grabbed another for me so I didn't have to leave the dressing room. It was like having my own personal assistant. Lululemon is a high end athletic store. I have purchased clothing for running, yoga, lifting, and travel here. I have never been disappointed with the clothing nor the customer service here. Customer service: There have been a handful of times when I used an item and it didn't work out. I just bought the Fast n Free tights and after one use, the seam started pulling. I brought it back to show them and they replaced it with no questions asked. They also are always open to answering questions about their gear. I find the staff very helpful in finding the right size and frequently ask for help on fit. I had a yoga mat call apart after some rough use and they replaced that as well. I appreciate a company that stands behind its products. Yoga: I SWEAR by the align pants and the mat for yoga. I've used the aligns in all type of yoga including super hot bikram. They are breathable and don't restrict you. Great for sitting on planes as well! Running: The bras are all supportive enough to run with! I wear a 30D and I can run comfortably without bounce. The fast n free pants are amazing. I ran a race on thanksgiving in New York City in 40 degree weather and was fine. They aren't warm per se but I was able to complete my race! read more

I know, I know.. Do you really need to spend ~$100 on leggings? I'm not one to spend that much on any article of clothing, but with my birthday coming up, I decided to splurge.. This Lulu is located on the first floor of Arden Fair mall. Yes, parking can be a "beach" and you may have to maneuver through hoards of people on a weekend and risk spending even more money at other stores you may pass by, but I think it's the closest store to us and I always prefer to try on clothes at the store than to purchase them online. They do have a small sale rack with discounted leggings, tops, shorts, etc., but I wasn't feelin' the selection that they had, so I made my way to the back section with the shelves full of different types of leggings ranging in sizes from 0 to 12. At least 2 or 3 of the employees greeted me and offered to help me find something, which was nice. I ended up going with the Pace Rival Crop 22" (since I'm only 5'2") and it's the perfect length! The material is sooo soft, there's 5 pockets, and it's thick enough to not have to worry about bending over. read more

I love Lulu, it's a great high quality option for yoga, running, etc. However, the staff during my visit was rude and we were not offered help. We had to let ourselves into the dressing rooms as to not interrupt the employee gossip. This was my first time visiting this location. I'll be sticking to my favorite locations in Santa Monica and Los Angeles. If I'm going to be spending more than $400, I should at least get offered a dressing room lol. Pleasanton Lulu had plenty of spunky personnel gliding throughout the store, patiently waiting for customers to need help. This was my first in store visit as I recently found a new found love for their jackets! This was a very different experience demographically than the "workout" section of your typical Forever 21 or PINK store where folks come in, what appears to be, their pajamas...house slippers and all. No matter the age or the size, I felt the ladies spending this type of money on stuff they were going to sweat in meant business. In the common area of the fitting rooms, I saw ladies (and one man) with Lulu on stretching and moving as you would in a real workout situation. I don't think these purchases were for just the fashion looks and definitely not to sleep in. They were clearly getting ready for their date with Gym! 4-stars because they were limited on their sizes. I ended up buying a white option of a SUPER CUTE jacket, but after driving home (an hour), I regretted not waiting for the black option I really wanted. (They were out of size 6. Went to get stitching done on my leggings, and the lady didn't brother to revise the information she took down so I never received an email or anything letting me know my leggings were done. I went into the store looking for clothes for a friend. My friend just lost all of her things due to her house burning down. Alyssa, was helping me, and I mentioned that my friend lost everything, and that is why I came into the store today. After helping me find sizes and clothing pieces, she mentioned everything to the manager about my friend, and they comped 2 pieces of clothing for my friend. I was in shock. Such a very nice thing to do and super nice of her to bring it up. Not only did they comp 2 pieces but they comped the 2 most expensive pieces!!! I purchased the $128 "all the right places" pant which didn't have a lulu logo on it so I sent it to their seamstress to put one on the back left calf. I have now returned it 3 times! Each time it was wrong! The first time it was put in the front of the pant at the very bottom, the second it was put in the right place but was peeling in the middle, this time it was placed in the front of the pant amd it appears they used 2 logos because it was ripped in the middle, now there's an ugly noticeable bump...wth is going on with their seamstress?! The directions were so clear! I've called and left messages but never hear back, so I have had to go in 3 times. This is ridiculous. read more

This Lulu always looks top-notch. I came in here yesterday to find a swimsuit. They don't carry their swim line in store, which is totally understandable - But check out their options online for sure! Tristan helped me, and even though they didn't have what I was looking for in store he was still so friendly and had the patience to pull up their online selections via phone. He scrolled through and was very helpful with shipping info! What is wrong with the employees at this location? I thought I'd luck out compared to some of the other yelpers who rated this place so low, but I was wrong. 4 employees were working when we stopped in and not a single one acknowledged us when we walked in. When I saw an employee folding in the back in the fitting room area, she simply looked at me, no expression on her face, went back to folding. I watched as 5 other customers walked in, same thing. Not one greeting. I witnessed one employee help a customer after she stood at the counter for a few minutes. She wanted to do a return. Employee sounded like she had better things to do. I love Lululemon, but today's experience and location far surpassed my past experiences. My favorite pair of leggings had torn right in the middle of the left cheek, and the cashier kindly replaced them with no hassle. I absolutely love how Lulu stands by their product and it makes a person more at ease to pay for that kind of quality. When I continued my shopping, I was given a lot of help in setting up a dressing room and finding items in the back that weren't on the floor. Lulu you went mall boughie on me... It's like the commercialized version of the quaint shop that was in the MARS building! It's not fully commercialized, it's definitely the old store on steroids with the bright, mall lighting. The minimal decorations are cute, especially the cute wall art that reads "Get Down Sac Town". I should have IG'd it, I meant to, but left too quickly. Thousands of headband options, racks on racks on racks of tight, bright clothing. All of this said with pure envy that I cannot buy it all. I visit this Lulu often and today I felt compelled to really give props to the staff at this Lulu location. I've been to the Roseville store more than once and I refuse to go back after feeling like I was being watched, criminalized and legit interrogated OUT LOUD about my using my instructor discount; implying I was buying items for other people. I also know for some people, Lululemon has the reputation of being elitist and snooty. As a yoga teacher who wears their gear a lot, I feel sad and embarrassed to hear people share about having negative experiences like the ones I had at Roseville. Over the years, I've certainly had wayyyy more positive experiences than not with Lululemon customer service. So I would like to acknowledge experiences and staff like those at Arden and Walnut Creek. Like today, each team member seemed so happy to be there and happy to help me out. We shared laughter, shared about common interests and they were patient in helping me find the particular items I had in mind. I also appreciated seeing diversity amongst the staff, today; since, as a Black woman, representation is important to me. But in spite of how anyone appeared, I left the store today feeling connected and happy about my purchase. Well done, Xanthy and the Arden Team!!!
