I'll flip through a cook book, or handle some bar ware. But the reality is that neither she nor I often buy anything here. On our visit yesterday while looking at the fall clothing line-up I often remarked "Well this is a wear it once and then donate to Goodwill piece". The store ambience feels and the products on display reek of corporate slickness. Nothing has a home made by humans feel. I came to this location recently as my family and I are attending a wedding and my boys were in need of dress attire. After arriving and going to the men's section we were greeted by one of the sales associated. I don't remember her name but she was short, blond and had a slight accent. She was also very polite and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what exact sizes my boys would need as they're statures vary greatly, and didn't know if sizes were carried for my youngest. I gave estimates sizes to the associate and she went from there looking through the stock on the floor, in the back area, and even online. In case I might find something there that I could find while in the store. We were probably in the store for over 2 hours while I went back and forth, from the floor to changing room. Having my boys trying on everything from slacks, jackets, dress shirts, belts and dress shoes. In various styles, lengths and colors; ensuring we got the right fit for all 3 of us. I was thankfully able to go off my current Express clothing sizes to quickly find what I needed. OVERALL: Sales associate went above and beyond to help us and which was very appreciative. And made our experience very smooth.

I like how even though Uniqlo is meant to be casual, they don't just abandon the apparel design part of their business as their clothes are thoughtfully designed and the quality is not compromised. Another thing about Uniqlo is that the styles of their clothing are pretty timeless and trend-resistant so that you can wear it years later and you don't look out of style. The quality may not be the highest at these price points, but I think Uniqlo provides a really good balance of quality with value. So basically what they offer is still made with good material and stylish, but will not break the bank. Overall, I'm glad there's a Uniqlo store at the Roseville Galleria because I like to shop online first and then come to the store and look for those particular items to try out or at least see and feel in person before buying. This store was nicely organized, clean, bright, and provides a good shopping experience with pretty good customer service.

Just lately I've only recently began shopping at a Uniqlo store for their line of clothing and I really like the feature that for any jeans purchased at the store (or online) they can do alterations onsite. If the item is over $20 the alteration is free. For any item that is below $20 is only an additional fee of $5. I've taken advantage of this service often and they've always done a great job. The material is soft, comfortable and trendy and they are arranged neatly and presentable on racks and shelves (except for the shelf where they have sale items) LoL!
