I'll flip through a cook book, or handle some bar ware. But the reality is that neither she nor I often buy anything here. On our visit yesterday while looking at the fall clothing line-up I often remarked "Well this is a wear it once and then donate to Goodwill piece". The store ambience feels and the products on display reek of corporate slickness. Nothing has a home made by humans feel. I say that critically because that's the organic hip vibe that I feel Anthropologie is trying to grasp. Doesn't quite pull that off successfully.

Adj: Quality clothing at Reasonable prices…read more Uniqlo is a Japanese clothes company. It known for its high-quality, affordable, and functional casual wear. I like how even though Uniqlo is meant to be casual, they don't just abandon the apparel design part of their business as their clothes are thoughtfully designed and the quality is not compromised. Another thing about Uniqlo is that the styles of their clothing are pretty timeless and trend-resistant so that you can wear it years later and you don't look out of style. The quality may not be the highest at these price points, but I think Uniqlo provides a really good balance of quality with value. So basically what they offer is still made with good material and stylish, but will not break the bank. Overall, I'm glad there's a Uniqlo store at the Roseville Galleria because I like to shop online first and then come to the store and look for those particular items to try out or at least see and feel in person before buying. This store was nicely organized, clean, bright, and provides a good shopping experience with pretty good customer service.

Just lately I've only recently began shopping at a Uniqlo store for their line of clothing and I really like the feature that for any jeans purchased at the store (or online) they can do alterations onsite. If the item is over $20 the alteration is free. For any item that is below $20 is only an additional fee of $5. I've taken advantage of this service often and they've always done a great job. The material is soft, comfortable and trendy and they are arranged neatly and presentable on racks and shelves (except for the shelf where they have sale items) LoL! Bargain hunters will rummage through them for their style and size. I myself go through this section for good deals. Employees are helpful and friendly. Review #3953

I came to this location recently as my family and I are attending a wedding and my boys were in need of dress attire. After arriving and going to the men's section we were greeted by one of the sales associated. I don't remember her name but she was short, blond and had a slight accent. She was also very polite and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what exact sizes my boys would need as they're statures vary greatly, and didn't know if sizes were carried for my youngest. I gave estimates sizes to the associate and she went from there looking through the stock on the floor, in the back area, and even online. In case I might find something there that I could find while in the store. We were probably in the store for over 2 hours while I went back and forth, from the floor to changing room. I tend to buy high quality clothing that lasts for a long time and wear them til they don't work properly anymore. I haven't purchased a new pair of jeans in YEARS and had no idea what size I would be nor what style would fit my curvy figure (I usually have a gaping waist where you can see down my pants while the thighs and bum are overly tight). I've also previously had mixed experiences on the customer service. Some have been rude and judgmental where I was even followed around the store! But this time was an exceptional experience thanks to Tavia. She was so kind and understanding when I told her I was in over my head and had no idea what I needed. She gave me two sizes to start and literally eyeballed the right size on the first try! Then she took my preferences into consideration as she checked the inventory and patiently helped me find a pair that fit better than any jeans I've ever owned. Thank you Tavia! I hope your team leader/manager knows the quality of service you provide and the kindness you show!
