I came to this location recently as my family and I are attending a wedding and my boys were in need of dress attire. After arriving and going to the men's section we were greeted by one of the sales associated. I don't remember her name but she was short, blond and had a slight accent. She was also very polite and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what exact sizes my boys would need as they're statures vary greatly, and didn't know if sizes were carried for my youngest. I gave estimates sizes to the associate and she went from there looking through the stock on the floor, in the back area, and even online. In case I might find something there that I could find while in the store. We were probably in the store for over 2 hours while I went back and forth, from the floor to changing room. Having my boys trying on everything from slacks, jackets, dress shirts, belts and dress shoes. In various styles, lengths and colors; ensuring we got the right fit for all 3 of us. I was thankfully able to go off my current Express clothing sizes to quickly find what I needed. OVERALL: Sales associate went above and beyond to help us and which was very appreciative. And made our experience very smooth.

I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding.
