I've had the privilege to shop throughout the country and overseas. Today was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. First & foremost, I planned on purchasing brand new cologne. I walk into the store and immediately say, "Hello Ma'am how are you today." I get simple response of "Fine." As I proceeded to check out all the cologne on display, I didn't find a cologne strip or parchment to spray any of the colognes. There was no sincere gesture, suggestion, or recommendation. I literally stood there like I was staring at the back wall with no representative in front of me. At this point, I grabbed the new line of Hugo Boss and sprayed the inside of my forearm. I was ready to purchase the item, however since the rep did nothing to entice the purchase or ask whether I liked the product, I put down the bottle. At this moment, the rep turned to her coworker and started having a side conversation. I want to thank you for showing your true colors today. I don't shop here very often, but I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient the self-checkout was. When my son saw his new shoes he got excited. Unfortunately, he said they felt a little too tight. Thankfully, returning them was a quick and easy process with no hassle. I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. During my visit, my son and I were looking at a skirt on a mannequin to see if it came with built-in shorts or an underlayer. As we gently lifted the skirt to check, a manager abruptly approached us, snatched the skirt out of our hands, and said, "We don't look under there!" He didn't give us a chance to explain, and he walked away with attitude. It was unnecessarily rude and made both me and my child feel uncomfortable. Later, I returned to the counter to ask if I could exchange some underwear I had purchased just 15 minutes prior due to a sizing issue. I had bought four two-piece sets. I was aware of the no-return policy on underwear, but I still asked politely if an exception could be made given how recent the purchase was. That same manager was once again rude and dismissive, although he did eventually process the exchange. The problem wasn't the policy--it was the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude I encountered. I spent over $200 during this visit, and to be treated so poorly after making a significant purchase is unacceptable. Every customer, especially when shopping with their child, deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. For reference, the manager was a skinny, light-skinned Asian male with long hair tied back . I truly hope this feedback reaches the right people and leads to better staff training on professionalism and communication.

I was literally told sorry you have to go into the store we can't help you. My experience in the store was already lackluster. Makes sense that you're unable to contact the store directly. Pretty sure that's the reason why they do it this way so that people cannot call the store and complain or actually talk to someone who can assist in issues like this. I used to love H&M.
