Maddison Was amazing I had a wedding to go to and I only had one day to get a dress because I was leaving the next day for a wedding out of Town me and my friend were in there for a few hours and I couldn't find a dress and was stressed and was actually about to start crying I was in the dressing room on the verge of a breakdown and she says "hey someone just returned a dress it's an xs but it's really stretching do you want to try it?" I agreed and she brought it to the fitting room keep in mind I am nowhere near an xs I am a medium-Large but this dress fit PERFECTLY and I left out of the store with the perfect dress and color scheme for the wedding! This is a good store for basics. They have good prices and friendly service. The blonde woman who helped us was very helpful.

Windsor has such pretty clothing but one thing I am not a huge fan about is that they are not plus size friendly. It makes us all girls feel less about ourselves and so uncomfortable. I come into the store with my sister who can fit into xs-m and then there me who can't fit into anything at all in that store. I feel like if they have stuff for us girlies who are 14 & above maybe the store will be doing better. Because us girlies are like in our 20s and want to feel & look young and be comfortable not going to a plus size store where they have nothing like these kind of stores. read more

Diana = Phenomenal Customer Service!! We arrived at Windsor at Westfield Galleria - Roseville late on a Saturday evening. We had picked out multiple dresses to try on. Diana kindly informed us the dressing rooms have just closed so the store had time to clear the rooms and re-set the merchandise for the next day. We must have looked panicked because Diana let us know the store hours for the following day. Instead of leaving us frustrated, we returned the following day and Diana welcomed us back. She worked with us to locate the perfect dress for an upcoming event!!! THANK YOU, DIANA for making our dress buying experience FUN instead of stressful!! I haven't been to the roseville galleria in ages so decided to go & scope it out since we were in the area. I don't recall ever going into this store but sounded familiar, like I've seen it online. There were some super cute skirts. Even some long tulle ones. Now the tops to go with. ??? They could use more of a selection. NOT once did someone say hello to me, UNTIL I went to try on a skirt. She was friendly & honest when I asked if their clothes run normal, small or big. I decided to buy the dress, almost $30, a lot for a simple skirt that I couldn't find a top to go with it there but that's ok. Side note: when I walk by the register 2-3x's with no hello & you're so busy about who's covering who's shift etc etc, that doesn't make customers want to stick around, JUST SAYIN.... The line wasn't too long, 2 people ahead of me but MAN it took forever, & @ least the cashier apologized. Another side note: to the MOM behind me complaining that the line is taking so long, YOU ARENT the only one on this planet, stop your complaining OR LEAVE. No ones making you stay, NO WONDER the workers here aren't nice it's probably RUDE CUSTOMERS too ! now.......would I come back? Maybe, would I be back if I wasn't in the area?? NO. I'm beyond pleased with this store! Fantastic costumer service, wonderful selection of clothes and formal dresses. Andrea, the general manager, is extremely charming and friendly. Please read on for more details! I needed a white dress to change into for my first dance at my wedding. We tried on a few things and couldn't decide between two dresses. They kindly put both on hold for me so I could come back the next day once I had more time to think (they normally only put things on hold until the end of the day, but they made an exception for me because I really couldn't decide). I came back the next day and decided which dress to buy, however it had a small defect in one of the straps. I still wanted to buy it so the general manager, Andrea, gave us a very generous discount to accommodate for the factory defect. It was such a fun and gratifying experience, and I'm so happy with the dress I picked. read more

Lei was so awesome ! I first had to come in to return a formal dress usually you can't return. The bride didn't like the color I got. She went out of her way to make sure I wasn't stuck with a dress I would never where. I was able to buy other clothes. When I returned stuff today the process was hard even I wouldn't have known what to do so I don't blame the girl doing the return. Lei stepped in and resolved it amazingly. When I was looking for clothes she helped me look for clothes I might like and kept trying till we found what I was looking for!! This store is lucky to have her !! read more

If i was able to give negative stars i would... WORST WINDSOR EVER! Like other yelpers have stated, the store itself is nice, filled with cute clothes and dresses, but the workers there are such b*tches... I went in with my sister and i was interested in this crop top that was on the mannequin, i didn't see it on the floor and couldn't find a worker to tell me how much it was and where it was. So I carefully tried to look for the tag and when I did the cardigan on top of it fell off. I tried to fix it, but before i can some tall chick with a loose fro came up to me and said, (and i quote) "And this is why we don't let customers touch the mannequins"..... SERIOUSLY? i did not see any "Don't Touch" signs. She could have said it in a nicer tone and not give an attitude! After that she pointed to the back where it was located at.... -_- seriously?! ur not even going to bring me there? Where in the back? People there needs to be fired... how did they even get the job!? I did not see one smile from the workers, was not even greeted when I first walked in. Also, you are not allow to walk around the store with clothes in your hand because once a worker sees you with even 1 item, they take it from you and put it in the fitting room.... seriously?! whatever... never going there again and i definitely do not recommend this place to ANYONE! THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST STORES I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. The sad thing was it wasn't even the actual store itself that was bad, it was the HORRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! Honestly people, I am not the person to really take my time to write out a long review but I am so repeadedly disgusted with these workers at the store that I cannot take it anymore and people deserve to hear this. I walked into their store (I am a regular there) and for one did not get greeted, and on top of that was told that they were closing in 30 mins which is not something you really want to bluntly tell your customers it makes them feel not welcome (I work in retail, I would know). I wanted to return something and was polite about it, but she was not. It was a pregnant white woman who had a scowl look on her face. She didn't even want to give us store credit we had to fight about it with her to get it. Another time there with my friend, we were wanting to try on casual clothing along with a fancy dress. The same pregnant woman walked me and my friend into a fitting room and told me "I am only allowing you to try on this prom dress once and you cannot try on any others because it is not fair to the other girls that are serious about buying a dress." (Dani-(woman's EXACT words). Immediately I felt so disgusted I didn't even try anything on. Me and my friend left so pissed off at how rude they were to us and we ADVISE NO ONE TO EVER GO INTO THAT STORE. This is depressing because I love their clothing style but I just cannot go in there because of the workers' attitudes and this is not fair to me and future customers. read more

Bought my senior prom dress here, and the lady working the dressing rooms was so nosey and rude! On that particular day I was wearing a tank top w/ a bandeu. So I didn't have a normal bra to try on with my dress. When the lady working there noticed I had on a bandeu, she snotily asked why I wasn't wearing a normal bra. Um... like it's any of her business what underwear in wearing? There were lots of other people around so it made it really embarrassing... She also just HAD to state the fact that I looked too young to be a senior? Which I find funny because people always mistake me to be older. Lol. This is actually the worst store in the mall. The clothes are really cute and nicely priced. However, the workers were complete b***hes to me and my friend. Windsor has been my #1 place to shop for YEARS. Even when I moved to SLO and didn't have a Windsor near, I knew I could rely on online shopping. I don't have to worry about the material quality when buying online, for the most part. Recently I bought a shirt online FINAL SALE and received it with it coming apart at the seams, I called customer service (so quick, easy, and pleasant) and they took no time to refund me full price! Very impressed with their prompt service. Now that I'm back in the area I'm so happy to be able to online shop AND go in to try clothes. I've had a great experience with the staff, and I know how frustrating retail can be!!! These girls really keep their cool and are always working hard!!! Rude and poor customer service for all of the staff closing on Friday 9/22/17 for the Roseville Galleria location. I was one of the last customer in the dressing room and when I was about to exit the dressing room they already had a rack of clothes covering the exit of the dressing room. They knew someone was still in there. Not to even mention, no one asked if I needed help, they all just stared at me as I exited the store. Won't be returning to this store again. Maybe management can train them on costumer service. read more

Came into Windsor today to buy my wife a Christmas gift and I came across this beautiful skirt and shirt that I loved. At the moment they didnt have her size for the skirt, but then the managers (both ladies) Maria and Jessica came to the rescue they were such a really big help. Very sweet, respectful and really nice. They helped me find a skirt to match the top piece also picked out a beautiful furry scarf to go with it. I just went here to look for a dress. I went here last year too and was pleased. This year the employees were unbelievably rude, specially one employee that was very disrespectful to me and other customers as well. She was constantly giving dirty looks and making snarky remarks. When I asked her for help she did not respond to help or seem like she even cared, unlike last year where the lady was very nice and helped me. If you don't like your job you should quit and not put customers in a bad mood. I am very disappointed. They are also very unorganized and it is hard to find dresses. The staff was nice and helped me pick out dresses that suited my body type and skin color. However, when i went in looking for a prom dress for my junior year, i was disappointed. From all my experiences here, I've never had a good one with customer service. I ordered a dress on the website and they took my money but never gave me the dress, I got my money back about a week later but I was still very disappointed. The dress was almost out of stock and I had to reorder it before getting my money back. I also had to make a phone call to the store to ask if they had a shoe I was looking at in store because the website is very confusing and did not give me any information on if it was a website only item or not. The lady put me on hold for 5 minutes but never pressed the hold button so I could listen in to the conversation, how unprofessional. I have been shopping at Windsor for years now, but that doesn't matter here. If you have a return, good luck with that. I had bought two dresses because I was in a rush to head out of town and could not decide which one to wear for a nice dinner and tried to return the one I didn't wear the following week. I'm not sure what her name is, but this African American was the manager that day and she would not give me my refund on the dress I did not wear. With that said, your best option is contacting corporate if you have to return something. Hope I helped. read more

There are some very cute clothes to be found here. That being said, if you have an issue with any of them and try to return or exchange it... good luck. Even if you have the tags attached and your receipt, they treat you like a criminal. I keep trying to shop here because I love some of the styles, but a particular salesperson continues to be the rudest person I have ever encountered. I don't know her name but she is African American and currently has her hair the "granny gray" style that was popular last year. If she wasn't here, my rating would go up at least 2 stars. Bought a dress here with the front seam coming undone slightly.. of course it was the last one...when buying it asked if it was going to be a problem returning it because of the seam.. manager/supervisor came over and looked at it as if it was nothing and said no, it's nothing, won't be a problem.. ok.... well fast forward 2 weeks later... supervisor denies return because of the seam.... different supervisor.. I had tags attached with receipt.. I said the other supervisor said it was fine.... she says "well she shouldn't have told u that.".. she ended up returning it while being rude about it.. come on people!!!
