Walked into this location yesterday and immediately wasn't greeted. If I wanted to buy something I absolutely wouldn't have. Like the other reviews said..the employees are very stuck up and unprofessional. The girl at the register was on the phone and just looked at us. The boy standing in the front of the store just stood there like he was scared. It felt like the ghetto of the galleria inside. It really made the brand look bad. I was in this store today and immediately my boyfriend and I were profiled. I don't know if it was because of how we looked but the gentleman immediately started to follow us and wouldn't leave our side... mind you the 3-4 ladies working there didn't even greet us or anything. They were just look at us in a judging manner, he proceeded to tell us the price on an item as if we didn't have money... I didn't even ask him the price mind you. I proceeded to tell him that I have plenty coach purses and a collection of vintage ones because I have quite an obsession. I told him a name of the purse I have and he kinda giggled and said it was a MK bag name cause he worked there before... I looked at my boyfriend oddly because it's not... we told him two names and he didn't even know the bags. My boyfriend and I searched them up in the car after to make sure if it was just him or if it was our mistake... it was his the first name I stated was the Hamptons bag then the second was the Emily. He honestly had no idea what he was talking about and his mannerisms were so rude as if he was on a power trip. My boyfriend and I are pretty young looking, our attire was very Chicano and chicana. Recently I started to get into Coach after their 2023 Lunar New Year collection and purchased a Charter Slim Crossbody In Signature Canvas With Rabbit. I absolutely love this bags quality & size and so I've been stopping in to see what else they have. While stopping in I met Taylor, and she's now my go to client advisor. Taylor is so friendly, always making great recommendations and has her eyes out for pieces with me in mind. Most recently she reached out to me about the new Disney collaboration and was so helpful in helping me to secure the Donald Duck card case in pebble glovetanned leather. The quality on this new Disney collection is so soft and luxurious, I absolutely love it. Overall the store is in immaculate condition, with new products in stock every other week and customer service is always cheerful and friendly. I will for sure be back and highly recommend you ask for Taylor for all your assistance needs, as she always makes the whole experience fun for me! read more

I rarely post yelp reviews, however this one really deserves its own highlight. Every time I walk into the store I'm absolutely disappointed. I bought a bag here for Christmas last year and had them monogram the hang tag. The icon( a butterfly) was monogramed upside down... the associate was rude about it and said there was nothing they could do. I'm not a very confrontational person and decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Today I did an in store pick up at this location because it was the only store near me that had the bag I wanted. When I walked in I mentioned I did an online order to pick up. I had to repeat myself twice before they decided to go grab my items from the back. Reluctantly... I decided to give it another try and ask if I can monogram my hang tag. The sales associate proceeds to tell me that " it is battery operated and it's best for me to come in the morning because it's dead". I seriously laughed out loud because you can clearly see it hooked up to the floor and anyone with a brain cell understands that it's plugged into an electrical outlet. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Talk about laziness, rude, and stuck up employees who just stand there. You're better off going to any other location because these ladies do not help you at all!!! read more

Ya nothing like walking into this store and the immediate turn off due to the employees. I was bringing in a purse to be serviced. I was just trying to see if they could help with wear. I asked if it was covered under the insurance clause when you buy a purse from them, no it wasn't. Which okay, but they didn't even try to offer a paid repair from me either. They were trying to not even touch my purse like it had some disease on it. I asked them to at least clean it. They repeated multiple times that I HAD to pick it up the next day. Part of me wanted to say and if I don't will you throw it out of something? My husband picked it the next day and then they suckered him into cleaning products even though it's advertised that they'll clean their products for free any time. Basically, bad customer service and experience. Won't be going back here that's for SURE. read more

Disappointed... sucks because this is my local coach store and I have recently really gotten into coach bags but the employees are like another one stated, zombies. They seem so uninterested and don't ask questions just kinda stand there and stare and it makes me uncomfortable to shop. I asked if they had a certain color in a bag I wanted and she had no idea what I was talking about. Why am I more knowledgeable about coach than your employees? Embarrassing! I went over the coach in macys and they treated me extremely well. Downside is they had a smaller selection. I will probably go to another coach location. :/ read more

I've never been into coach, most of the bags look dated/ basic in my opinion. Not sure what the hype is, but I did see a handbag that caught my eye on the Nordstrom website. I wanted to see it in person so I popped into this store. Had a Bazaar interaction w/ the zombie employee, barely acknowledged me. I found the bag & while looking at it I asked her several questions. She never moved from her spot, stood in the same place holding an iPad. Didn't try to sell me anything. Seems she follows the same Zara customer no service philosophy. If you want to sell these boring overpriced handbags you better step up your game! Would never buy from this store, always Nordstrom where they know how to treat a customer - take note!!! read more

Very nice store and location, located inside the Roseville Galleria, first floor (near Kate Spade, and right around the corner from Apple). Employees here are always very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a gift card that I've been trying to use for the last 3 years so I'm constantly visiting Coach stores when I happen to see one. This one did not disappoint. Nice quality bags that are made of high quality leather, unlike the ones that we see in the outlet stores. I love that they have a warranty on their products and even let you bring in your bag for cleaning and leather treatment. I still haven't found a bag to fall in love with yet, so I won't hesitate to return to this store to continue my search! read more

Just went into this establishment and was looking for a graduation gift for my daughter. When my older daughter and I walked in we were not greeted and were met with some disgusted looks. When I asked to see a product I was then met with some rude tones. It wasn't until the gentleman helped me pay that I was met with a friendly experience. I like this store, I feel this location has better service and more selection than the Arden fair location. The service here is generally pretty good for me depending on who is working. But I usually get excellent service here and the SA's are usually very friendly. I love Coach ever since they came out with their gorgeous 1941 collection. All their bags are made of the super luscious glove-tanned leather which feels smooth, super soft and buttery to the touch. Sadly I cannot afford it as the prices are doubled from their normal, non-1941 bags. A Rogue satchel can range from under $600-$1,200 or more depending on materials used. But oh the quality is exquisite. Plus you're backed by Coach's lifetime warranty so the price is worth it. I don't come here often as Roseville is too faraway, but when I do I usually just browse and not buy too much, I wish I could as I want mostly everything I see here. I always lusted over their Rogue satchels and dreamt of owning the 25 size but sadly $600+ is too steep for me. Unless I win the lottery it will forever be on my wishlist. I can't wait to come back here one day when I return to Roseville. They have a new Disney collection out right now called "Dark Fairytale" and it's to die for. Maybe I'll bite and buy a handbag strap made out of that luscious 1941 leather or maybe just bite and buy a Snow White Dinky crossbody bag even though I don't like the style. This is the ultimate female vanity-land. As far as I can tell, it exists for the sole purpose of women to impress other women. The estrogen inside its doors is so thick you could cut it with a knife. Incredibly, incredibly, incredibly expensive purses line the shelves. Women wander without purpose from one display to another with a look of childlike wonder on their faces while their men shuffle behind them sighing and fiddling with their phones. These purses are high quality, sure, but its clear that most of the markup is based simply on the Coach label. In the words of John Cusack from High Fidelity, "Fetish properties are not unlike porn." There is no better example of this than at Coach. I think this company has found its niche. read more

The Employees here are SUPER SUPER SUPER sweet! Yes, as sweet as a citrusy lemon! I was always greeted with a smile and a warm "hello!" every time I step into this adorable little store. Like today, there was a lovely lady who greeted me as I walked in. I was looking for a certain pair of sunglasses, so I walked up to the sunglasses shelf on the wall, but I didn't see the ones I so longed for. When I asked her if she had any more of these in stock, she immediately lead me to the table in front of the store with the glasses displayed inside a small tray. And to my surprise they do have my dream sunnies in stock!! Oh my mouth dropped in joy when I saw my beautiful sunnies just sitting there, sparkling underneath the bright lightning, begging to be tried on, and be brought home. I snapped it right up! I tried it on and decided to buy it. I told her I needed to exchange my bracelet I bought at Arden Fair, and she had no problem with it. The manager came out and had to help her with the register, but even the manager was very friendly, too. We exchange some friendly banter and I came out with a smile on my face. I had pretty good CS at the Arden Fair, but the experience at Roseville is much better. I can walk in here without being greeted by my real name (unlike at Arden Fair, my SA there ALWAYS greets me by my name, out loud, in front of everyone. It makes me feel uncomfortable). I feel I can shop here anonymously and with convenience. I love this store more and more, every single time I visit it. I can't wait to come back here again in the near future! read more

A clean, well-staffed, and well-maintained corporate store. Coach is undergoing a major transition in market strategies and aesthetics, and the results are both intriguing and promising. As other reviewers have said, this storefront manages to pack a lot of their current goods into a small space without appearing cluttered. Unlike the Vuitton boutique just yards away, the goods in Coach are presented in a way that makes you want to explore and touch them; they're not curated under glass and socked away in drawers. One oversight is that men's goods are not well-represented here. I've been referred by sales associates to browse online or visit the men's factory outlet store in Folsom. It seems Coach in this way is encouraging their brand to be seen as a discount label rather than a luxury leader, and discouraging in-boutique impulse purchases. Another is that most of the goods are made in China (but not all). I don't understand why they can't manufacture exclusively in North America like they used to for decades. How much more would the goods cost? 10%-25%? I'd be willing to spend more for skilled American craftsmanship. Finally, they've reduced "Premier Customer Events" (PCE in Coach-speak) in favor of sporadic tiered discount vouchers. PCEs used to generally be a flat 20% to 25% off discount, but the new vouchers are only 15% off of the first $150, and go up to 30% for purchases of $500+. I can forgive this because apart from semi-annual sales or the rare factory delete at the outlet, this is the only way to get men's full-price Coach merchandise on sale. But on purchases under $150, women can sometimes find better deals at department stores throughout the year, which discount at their leisure. That said, I'm excited to see how corporate shifts affect the brand as a whole, and even this particular boutique. read more

The product at this store is great. However, the service is far from great. First of all, because the staff is helping someone should not mean that person gets the right to cut in front of me, who has been waiting ten plus minutes. I am a paying customer just as every other person in this store and deserve to be treated equally. This type of service and ill treatment makes me not want to return to this store, or possibly Coach again. I am very unhappy with the women who worked in this store. read more

My mom and I had a very POOR customer service experience at the Coach store in Arden and this store made up for it. Jaye Tinloy was SO nice and a very humane people person. Johanna O'Connell is the store manager and she was awesome too. They were able to take my moms unused purse and give us store credit without giving us a hard time whatsoever. They were both smiling and they greeted us both even though we weren't buying anything. They made us feel like we were in their house as soon as we stepped into the store and that gave my mom and I sense of comfort and made the whole experience very inviting and that alone exceeded our expectations. The Coach store in Arden MUST follow the Coach store in Roseville in the way they represent their merchandise, their company, and most importantly, their customer service. whenever a new bag comes out and my wife wants ii , i buy it how lucky is that huh, the only problem is this time around its a online exclusive so i call the store and asked if they had any in stock by chance because ive had luck in the past with online only items but sadly no,its a new wallet with the flowers inside so i went ahead and ordered with Troy which was very helpful and said it would probably arrive in 2 days max 3 days but couldve arrived in 1 day and he gave me the tracking number so i could check the status since i wanted it shipped to the store. im looking at my phone and it said it arrived the next day! how cool is that so i called the store and they said its here and i came to pick it just in time because its my wife and i anniversary and now she has her bag with matching wallet ,my go to coach store read more
