Aside, after retrieving my two tote bags, I immediately began using the black tote bag for carrying purchased shopping items while the Gianni Versace shopping tote carried my personal items. Preface: Slavik, the owner of RSR, i.e., Roseville Shoe Repair replaced the main zipper for the Gianni Versace tote bag, re-sewed/reinforced the exterior seams, reinforced the interior silk compartment's lining seams, and replaced the interior tote's compartment zipper. In addition, Slavik replaced the black tote's warped, old zipper--replaced tote with a new zipper and sewed via attaching two new black leather tote handles due to the original handles were literally disintegrating. FYI and BTW: What are the reasons the inability throwing or recycling either tote bag away? Why waste money, energy, and time repairing two "worthless" tote bags, eh, Shirley? WELP . . . Because the Lancôme black tote bag was the tote bag my Mom gave me along with the largest Lancôme skin care and make-up collection in production for my birthday present seven years before she passed away, i.e., the black tote bag possesses tremendously endearing, sentimental value. Moreover, the Gianni Versace tote bag was a sample tote created from the Gianni Versace's Future Shopping Tote Bag Collection before Gianni passed away. Anyway, the tote's marketing premise was to be sold as an upscale, shopping tote but, the tote abruptly stopped its preproduction creative and manufacturing processes which was unfortunately never manufactured nor distributed due to Gianni's demise~so sad . . . Anyway, I received the Gianni Versace shopping tote bag as a birthday present from Samonnim, a Seoul, South Korean Designer Bag Owner I know who worked with Gianni Versace. Backstory: Samonnim was designing the shopping tote bag on behalf of Gianni Versace's Future Designer Of The Shopping Tote Bag Collection. Therefore, the Gianni Versace shopping tote bag also possesses an extremely high, sentimental, historical value as well as an awesome birthday gift from Samonnim's heart. Finally, Slavik: Thank you so very much for repairing the main compartment zipper for my Sven Leather Backpack Purse, the Lancôme black tote bag my deceased Mother gave me, and also, the Gianni Versace's Shopping Tote Bag which will never be designed nor replicated!!!! All bags you repaired for me are PRICELESS! My wife stopped by Roseville Shoe Repair to see if they could be fixed. ​She was greeted by the friendly owner, who expertly repaired the shoe right then and there while she waited. The craftsmanship is truly impressive! I cannot even tell where the repair was made, and I've been wearing them for my workouts ever since without any issues. ​Thanks to Roseville Shoe Repair, I now have two functional pairs of Kuru shoes for the price of one--which is a huge win since I rely on them for my plantar fasciitis. I was told by the client advisors from the 800 number that I could return it in store so I wouldn't have to wait 14 days to get the return back on my credit card. Mind you, I live in Reno, so it's a 2 hour drive to get to the store. I also had purchased the Neverfull Inside Out online and was shocked when I opened the box. It was clearly a used product. Very disappointing considering I paid over 3K after taxes. The reason I bring this part up in my review is because I knew the Roseville store had it in stock so I could exchange it. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with Yer, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help me with the exchange. She then tried to return the Madeline BB for me, but the 1-800 client advisors who had told me that I could return in store had started a return already for shipping. Because of this, Yer was unable to override what they had done. I had to call the 800 number again and the person told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to ship it back. SOOOOO, had I not had the issue with the other bag that was used, I would have driven all the way to Roseville for no reason. I ended up asking to speak to a manager to see if they could reverse the return so I could end up returning it in store. Anyway, after a 45 minute phone call they did reverse it and Yer made the return for me. I also worked with Jennifer as my salesperson because I bought a wallet. She was super pleasant and helpful. At the end of the day my in store experience was great. There was one man that had a ponytail that was standing at the door for a moment and when I asked to go inside to speak to Yer was a bit rude with his response for no reason, but overall one rude guy didn't ruin my experience. :)

The customer service here is always friendly and ready to help. Anytime I've had an issue with glazing, craftsmanship or a cologne leaking. They have always been able to offer assistance and make it right. Couple tips I have learned in my time. This location can refill your colognes & perfumes when empty for half the price. They don't offer bottle engraving at this particular location but they do offer hot stamping for bags & small leather goods. If you buy a bottle of cologne or perfume it comes with two samples so you can try it out before opening the package. They usually have your standard items in stock, and occasionally have one or two of an item should you want to compare them to each other. Items manufactured in Texas will say "Louis Vuitton Paris" compared to items outside of the US will say "Louis Vuitton Made In Paris / Spain." Generally around November time is when they get the holiday shopping bags in. The shoe sizing is different from the US but a good rule of thumb is go one size smaller, if you wear a size 10 in the US then you wear a size 9 in Louis Vuitton. They generally recommend conditioning your bags once every 6 to 12 months, but if you have a few items you're bringing in, then make sure to setup an appointment online first. When shopping here I have never felt pressured, I would even recommend to go have a drink or lunch to think about it and come back when you're ready. However always make sure to deal with the initial client advisor who helped you. Don't forget to let them know if it's a special occasion like an anniversary or your first bag. Having a good client advisor can help you secure limited items, they can text you photos of items in the store, and they can really make you feel more valued.
