Friday, January 23, 2026 17:10 Literally this location as some of the most useless, inconsiderate, unprofessional, nonexistent employees, you could ever imagine. The wife and I entered the premises as I was going to purchase her a bag valued it over $500. We already had it planned out. She even found the replica on the room, put on her shoulder and had wanted to look at one other bag before I would hand them my credit card. What ended up happening was that all of the employees never gave us any attention. It was obvious to us that they either had to assume we were not there to make a purchase or just didn't have a care in the world to provide us service. Well I am happy/unhappy that now we must go to another location or order the purse online and get it shipped. We literally drove to this mall to give them my money as I figured. I didn't wanna wait three hours for them to process it and also it would be much more reassuring to receive the item in person. That wasn't the case and isn't the case. I'm honestly surprised at this location. Doesn't have worse reviews because the employees felt incredibly elitist could also be racist but also prejudiced but what do I know, they acted as if we didn't exist. It's important to know that there were 5 to 6 employees in total, but only two remained as the other others fled to the back to avoid us. 0/0. read more

Stopped in today (04/22/26) to look for a specific purse with the intent to purchase. Right of the bat the "greeter" didn't even acknowledge my friends and I. Just assumed she was busy so I decided to look around. I waited for about 15 min while she just stood there doing nothing but giving us dirty looks. At that point I knew she wouldn't help us so I just left because I won't spend money in a store where I felt judged and disrespected. I am not sure how coach stores are still in business. The Arden coach store is as bad as the store they have in Roseville Galleria Mall. I have bought coach bags in the Arden store when customer service was a thing. A time when customers mattered as much as their wallets but that was decades ago. Today I walked in with the intention to buy another coach bag, but as I walked in two employees standing in front of the store were so busy chatting with each other that they forgot to acknowledge us. I wish I can give this place zero starts. I had the worst customer service experience with Coach staff. They refused to help and expedite a replacement after making multiple errors with an order that was placed. After placing an online order, I called the Coach store at Arden Mall to find out if they had received it. They informed me that they were not seeing it on their end and advised me to wait three hours for it to "process". After three hours, when I contacted, the retail associate called the corporate office because they were still unable to locate the order. Instead of being helpful, the corporate changed my online order to be delivered to a PO box that I never provided. At this point, I am not sure where my order will be delivered to. read more

Coach produces beautiful leather purses. Today's trends appear to be a bit "bling"y and if that's your style, they have you covered. They also have plenty of products to appeal to the keep it simple crowd. They had cute mini wallet/coin purses for $49 (leather) and $39 (non-leather). I think they'll have me coming back to pick one up! Coach also has a great selection for men's wallets, belts & bags. Check out the MLB items they've put on sale - men's wallets, key chains and paper weights in the shape of a baseball (a little pricey even at sale price, but nice quality). The two sales associates working the store tonight were wonderful - I was attended to but not pressured or bothered. The store itself was tidy, clean and well-presented. Very friendly staff, great location. Though the store isn't super huge, they have a good selection. I've been trying to use my Coach gift card for about 3 years now, so I come to this location periodically to see if anything stands out. Every time I've come, all the store employees have been very patient and helpful. Last week I went again and this one employee offered me some water. That was sweet! She went to the back and got me a cold bottle of Coach water. I thought that was a nice touch. I usually wait until Coach sends me a coupon in the mail with 15-20% off a purchase before deciding on a handbag. I learned last week that their inventory is different from the Coach outlets (like in Folsom) because those items are made specifically for an outlet store. They even have completely different designers. Looking forward to the winter season when they'll bring out more glitter and bling. :) read more

I've been here a few times, but never buy anything. They have a very limited stock. Depending on the staff they may be friendly or ignore you. This last guy really made it a pleasant experience. Walked in hoping to find something specific, saw a few things but was very turned off from purchasing anything, I'm a regular at the one in Roseville was even slightly disappointed I even entertained the idea of shopping here. Long story short, the gentleman that was helping me was amazing and he did do his best to help but in the meantime, I saw in the corner of my eye a girl that also worked there, she was giggling almost laughing but she's by herself standing in the center of the store but not really making eye contact with me or the other employee but would throw a smirk his way. So this is where I am at, if you're not helping the situation then you must be a party to it. What's funny is that you're in retail and you feel entitled, the joke is once your manager sees this, I'll be laughing cause you'll probably will get talked to. Would give it zero stars if I could, I wish I had seen the other reviews because I'm pretty sure this is the same stuck up woman other people were talking about. The first time I just wanted to ask a question, and she was very rude and I didn't even get to look around in the store because I was turned off by that. This time I came not even thinking about my first encounter. The energy from the people here is not nice at all, and they act as if the people that come here shouldn't be here, but I don't know how much better that woman thought she could possibly be wearing them husky color contacts she could barely stare out of without blinking. Even though I LOVE handbags, I never liked Coach handbags for various reasons I won't mention here for they will make me sound like an $@&!. A few weeks ago I saw a bag that a friend had in a color that I LOVED so I had to check out their website to see if they had the same color in a clutch. Come to find out the color (Red Currant) was a past season color. This was bad because it means they were sold out of most styles, but good because it meant the colors that they had were on sale! I found a wristlet I loved and much to my surprise, Coach.com also offers a "Buy Online, Pick Up in Store" option which honestly, is my favorite way to shop. I quickly found the clutch available at this location and was on my way to pick it up as soon as they opened the next morning since I placed the order online the night before. Picking up the wristlet was as easy as walking into the store, giving my name, showing my ID, and signing my receipt. Done! The hardest part of the whole process was finding a spot in the parking lot. My favorite thing about my purchase is the quality of the workmanship. The leather is high quality and so are all the details. I can tell that I am going to have it for years to come and that it's not going to fall apart after a few uses. read more

Shout out to Ryan! I did not go in the store, but had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan about a pick up order that I made online. My friend was going to pick up the online order for me since she was going to be at the mall. I thought maybe with a verbal verbiage, I could have someone else pick up my order. He said the person's name on the order would have to show ID in order to retrieve the order. Ryan, so pleasantly, helped me cancel the order I had made, and helped me over the phone in making a new order under my friend's name and still able to use my credit card to make the purchase. Every time I enter this store, the employees give me dirty looks or look up and down at me or whoever i'm in the store with. I have bought something every single time i've walked into that store, yet the service makes me want to walk out. It shouldn't matter how young I am either. If you're going to work in a place where you offer your customer service, you should be WORKING that way. I'm never helped in that store either. Another party will come in after me and the workers will go straight to them with recommendations. I find that the men working here do their best to engage as well. As for the women.. Blonde woman and Dark skinned Asian talking to each-other all the time looking at us, acting as if i had just done something even though I just walked through the door. Why are they laughing? At 78 dollars a pop, I was hesitant but the sales girl was oh so convincing (and ladies usually don't have that power over me)! To me their shining moment came when my dog chewed on a new pair of flats my husband got me for my birthday. I took them in to see if they could fix them. So I have never even been to Sacramento...but I had a phenomenal experience here having something located by phone. I have a ridiculous collection of Coach bags already, but I wanted a nice basic leather one, since almost all the ones I have are a bit flashier (bright colors, logo "c"'s, etc), and I wanted something I would be comfortable taking to client meetings and such. When I started perusing the website, I fell head over heels in love with the Mia Leather Carryall, which was pictured in a gorgeous eggplant color. It was basic enough to take to the office and look professional, but the eggplant color made it so much more interesting than a basic black or brown bag. However, you couldn't select the eggplant color on the website, and when I called the Palo Alto Coach store, the woman who helped me told me it was sold out nationwide. She said the computer indicated there was one bag in that color in the Sacramento store but that she wasn't too optimistic and it was probably just a computer glitch. Nonetheless I called the Sacramento store and spoke to Carla, who was incredibly helpful. She knew what bag I was talking about right off the bat, without me having to give her the style number, and she told me that she didn't have any on the floor but there might be one hiding somewhere. Sure enough, she returned moments later to tell me she had located the bag of my dreams! When I explained that I couldn't buy it right then, because someone else was going to be purchasing it for me, Carla told me that although she could write a note to the next manager to come in asking them to hold the bag, there were no guarantees that it wouldn't accidentally get placed back on the floor. I think she could tell how disappointed I was at the prospect of losing my dream bag, so she told me there was one more thing she could do, and she called the manager who was opening the store tomorrow and told her that the bag was on hold for me for 48 hours. Carla made my week & she was so cheerful & easy to deal with! If I lived in Sacramento I would for sure be a regular customer here. This review is specifically for Troy, but I will also mention other facets of this particular Coach boutique in comparison to the Coach boutique in the mall closer to me, in the Roseville Galleria Mall. Everytime I enter the store and Troy is working, he welcomes me with a big smile and chats with my and my boyfriend about what is new. I love Coach, but I usually only buy from the boutiques once in awhile (I usually hit up the Factory store). So I know that he isn't being friendly to me because I am a big spender. He loves talking to people, and he makes me feel so special when I walk into the store! He actually used to work at the Roseville Galleria Coach, but when the horrible blaze that ruined a large number of stores, including Coach, were closed down last year, Troy was transferred to the one in Arden Fair Mall. He is actually going to be staying at the Arden one, even though the Galleria one is re-opening this month. Needless to say, I am going to make the drive from Lincoln to the Arden Fair Mall for Troy. Yes, he is THAT wonderful. I also enjoy shopping at the Arden Fair Mall one because it has a more extensive selection of Coach for both men and women. Whenever I am looking for a certain bag, they always seem to have it in stock, compared to the Galleria Coach. This Coach store is fabulous. Not impressed! Went here Saturday with 3 little kids, unfortunately, we were helped by a really nice & friendly woman. But she got busy with another customer, so we walked up to a man to ask for a price on a bag, to which he looked down his nose at us his thoughts were written on his face as he thought I couldn't possibly afford the bag. I said to him "let me look around but can we hold onto this one as I don't want to forget which one I liked" and this snooty POS picked up the bag and placed it back on the shelf! I'd heard for years about Coach's lifetime repair/rehab policy, but never have had to utilize it. However, I recently inherited a couple of vintage stewardess bags that need a little help.
