I got two left shoes, went in to get right shoe and they didn't even have it. Horrible place people there can't do basic tasks. read more

Shoe Palace - Worker wrote "didn't like original" like I made the mistake - Shoe Stores Near Me - Roseville, California

With the holiday season approaching we thought we would try and get ahead of the game. Unfortunately that didn't happen floor was packed with staff but no one available to help out after finally grabbing the attention of an employee he said he would grab the size we need after waiting 15 mins we decided to shop else where. The mall has lots of options with some killer prices. read more

Whoever sales person 313599 name is, is a dumb ass idiot. I asked for a size 8m and it was the display shoe, some how I got a size 12m? How tf does that happen? Now my gift didn't get to the person and I'm left to "just return it" a hour away with no compensation for THEIR MISTAKE! RIDICULOUS! read more

Walked in planning to buy 2 pairs of shoes and just left because all the guys were busy huddled up just talking. I stood up, looked around plenty, making it pretty obvious I was waiting for someone to offer help, they never even looked over. read more

Unprofessional manager named Kenzie, was yelling at coworkers in front of customers. She clearly is not aware that yelling at coworkers is considered abuse and Shoe Palace should not tolerate this kind of behavior. read more

Buyers beware and don't shop at Shoe Palace. The manager is okay with putting used merchandise on the floor to sale at full price. * They have a 14 day return policy that is not clearly advertised or communicated to the customer. *You have to get an in store credit or gift card with a receipt for shoes purchased within 30 days and never worn. * They have a limited supply of shoes in stock and they cannot place an order in the store for you, like Champs and Foot Locker. *You cannot use the gift card for online purchases, even though the store has no stock and cannot order the shoe in your size. You have to read the teeny tiny print on the back of the card to figure this out. *They sale used shoes with scuff marks and creases, marked full price at $149 and $199. *The sales associate lets you try on one shoe and disappears with the other one. *You get a damaged box with writing scribbled inside the box for an over priced worn shoe that you're impelled to buy just to get rid of a gift card, so you never have to step foot in the store again. *Per the manager, they write inside the shoe box, so I think that means it's acceptable lol. Make it make sense...Good luck if you decide to step foot in this store! read more

I'm never the type of person to leave a review. But this store is so rude and unprofessional I don't ever mind waiting to be helped, because I work in customer service. But I waited while multiple employees passed me or just looked me up and down. I finally asked for help and I said "sorry to bother you but do you mind helping me" and the gentleman said "yeah aight". I just think that is kind of ridiculous and I bought these shoes for my boyfriend as a gift and when I gave them to him he realized one of the shoes had been worn it had a lot of creasing in the toe box, and the laces were tied really tight. I understand people trying on the shoe but for them to leave it in that condition as well was ridiculous. read more

Very bad customer service. Asked for assistance and got an attitude from the woman employee. Employees were walking around not helping anyone, and when they did want to help they took forever and were still very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Just walked out of this store on a Saturday, May 22nd, with two cashier ladies just hanging out at the register not helping anyone. I would not even rate this store a 1 star. But I had to just so I can put up this review. read more

The store was clean and not busy. The shoe salesmen were lazy and said they didn't have a shoe that they did. It would take them years to find a shoe in the back and they would just say there weren't any. I think the manager needs to teach the employees to retrieve shoes for customers without hassling or being dishonest. read more

Big Shoe Palace! Probably waiting on another register installed, more clothing, and hats. Had Jordan XIIIs 3M, Grey Tongue/Toe, Black Gym Red, & Infrared VIs. Friendly young staff headed by Luis from Arden. It's good to have another shoe store in Sac/Roseville area and another Shoe Palace other than Sunrise and Arden. In a few years we probably will have another in downtown Sac with the new Arena built. read more

Me and my boyfriend are very pleased to say that we were gratefully assisted by an employee named Robert. He was very helpful and over exceeded to our expectations. Definitely coming here again when we travel for more shoes in the near future. read more

Good selection with great customer service. Staff was very patient with us and gave us a lot of recommendations. We ended up first going for sneakers for me and my sis, but we ended up buying a lot of clothes that were on sale as well. Camryn was so funny and helpful , and even started helping carrying clothes without us asking. Great place would definitely come back. read more

My daughter ordered a shirt online from this company, she paid a shipping fee as well. the product came, and it was very poor quality for the overpriced amt she paid for it, we then called the store, we were informed they do not do returns that were made online, and they also charge a shipping fee to return ALL items!!! Do not purchase any items online unless u plan top keep them or you will be charged shipping fees galore! Bad customer service Shoe Palace, how greedy can u be!! read more

After today I won't be buying another shoe from this shoe place because of there lack of communication skills. They accused of me as a reseller when I wanted only "one shoe" not multiples just one of a specific model! The associate there was very disrespectful and thought I was some other person that originally bought the product. This location needs to fix there system and staff team of how they treat customers! I will be writing a complaint to corporate about what happened after today. read more

I buy a pair of shoes and wear them around the store to try them out. I take them home and decide I don't want them. They stayed in the box the whole time. I get to the store to return them and they tell me that the shoes are too dirty. I wore the shoes in the store. Next time I just wont try them on.‍ read more

Went to the mall on a week day and Shoe Palace's customer service made my experience. They're super respectful, helpful with all my questions, and true gentlemen are working there. Clean store, great selection, I would highly recommend stopping by here when at the Galleria. read more

Very bad service all the way around. Went in here the other day looking for a pair of Puma's for my husband. After looking at all the different ones, we chose the one he liked and took the display off the wall and went looking for someone to help us. Although the staff gives the impression of running around, they were constantly going back and forth to the back and handing shoes off to someone else. Then, when a pair was found, they were then just left on the counter next to the register. Anyone coming in could just grab what they liked. And that's what happened to us. After this happening to TWO different pairs, and the sales guy we had orginially handed them to just blew us off. It was VERY frustrating. The worst part is he tried to say that he had been helping someone else with those shoes before us....uh, no, they walked in after and we saw them. He just walked off to the register and started talking to the cashier. Then they both started texting on their phones. WTH?! There is NO SERVICE here and the staff is flat out worthless. This isn't the first time its happened, but it is the last. I wouldn't recommend patronizing this location for anything. read more

Boring lack of selection and the bored non engaging salesmen made it more like walking thru a JCpennys or Sears then a Shoe Palace . Tje selection is the same as every shoe store in tje galleria . This store has potential but i see a lack of leadership and execution . Even the music was boring when your nest shoe is a suede red classic puma ?? Your in trouble read more

Husband and I purchased 4 pairs of shoes! Prices were too good to pass up. We have been going to this location for 2 1/2 years and have not gone anywhere else mainly because of the service we receive every time we come in. Rob & Eric went out of their way to ensure that we got what we were looking for, if it wasn't in stock, they made it happen! We will definitely be back for more shoes soon! read more

I went here with my family a couple weeks ago. My younger brother bought display timberlands without noticing that it had a scratch on it. First time going to this store but went since I had been to about every other store in the mall looking for shoes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door & was told about the deals / sales going on. I was having a hard time finding shoes in my size for some reason. I found a pair I really liked they checked for my size & to my surprise they had one pair left in my size! So happy with my purchase & will definitely be back read more

Shoe Palace - Nike - Shoe Stores Near Me - Roseville, California

Bad place, came in when I saw a shirt in display that I like, there wasn't on my side but saw another one I like. I ask for dressing room to try it on. The guy that work there, he wears glasses, said they don't have dressing room and they are a shoe store not a clothing store and was really rude. So why do they sell clothes then??? People don't go to this store. read more

I went here looking for a pair of Nike Roshes. I waited about 6 minutes before anyone approached me and asked if I needed any help. I was the only one in the store, with about 5 employees. After someone finally approached me, I asked if they had my shoe size and she said they were completely sold out (in various sizes and styles). So, I took my money elsewhere. Not a good experience. read more

Walked in there with a nephew of mine eyeshopping, in there I was greeted respectfully by a worker standing closer towards the left side of the center of the store, a guy named Ricky I'm pretty sure. He patiently and respectfully listened to what I came in there for before I went about the store. After that I was greeted 4 or 5 times in asking if I needed help! Woo! Each worker as respectful as the last and each one telling me something I didn't know. Finally when I left I sat down and talked with this said man who greeted me at the door. He told me some great things, reassured me, and made sure I found what I was looking for in coming into the store. A truly kind person. I am definitely coming back. read more

I want to give it 5 stars because every time I come in here I come out with sneakers that I love. Everyone here is attentive and really nice. I had to take a star back because I had visited another location to return some shoes and was told they don't do returns. So I ended up coming way out to Roseville from the other unnamed location to return the shoes. If something is not in stock they offer to order them from another location. Lots of shoes to choose from. I prefer this one over others in my local area. read more

I walked in to get some Nikes and after staring at the wall for 20 minutes (I was undecided) I found the perfect pair. I looked around so I can get a size and all three employes were at the counter in the middle of some funny story. I put the shoe back and walked out and they were still talking. 0 customer service. Ill take my $ elsewhere read more

This place is awesome to begin with, but wow Joey went out of his way to make sure I got the right shoe!! He is an amazing dude! He literally called all the stores he could to see if they had my size--even though no one had my size he immediately ordered them and they arrived so fast! No other store claimed they could get these shoes for me since they are so popular, but Joey did!!! Thanks Joey!! You're the best! Joey deserves a promotion for sure. read more
