I noticed the sales associate actively offering help to everyone around me, asking if they needed assistance, but she never once approached me even when I was standing right next to other customers. Because of that, I ended up feeling uncomfortable and decided to leave. As I was walking out, she finally asked if I needed help, which felt very odd considering how attentive she was to others. I declined and left. Even if I wasn't shopping alone that day, I still should have received the same level of service as everyone else. The whole interaction just felt off and didn't sit right with me.

When I walked in, I was looking for a specific item in a petite size, when I asked the woman on the floor, she pointed and told me the petite section was in the back corner. She never offered to help me find the item and she never offered to help me find a fitting room once my arms were loaded down with items. She puttered around and helped others, but ignored me; it was odd. The only reason the review is a 3 and not a 1, is due to the excellent service and charming personality of the woman at the register. I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. Thanks to Le, I am now a lifelong customer, and I will always remember the warm and thoughtful service I received. Le is truly exceptional, thank you Vuori! P.S. There was only one register open, which was fine since there were just a few people ahead of us and we weren't in a rush. However, a female employee who seemed like a manager got in line behind us and then called another employee to open a register. Another male maybe manager instead of helping the next person in line, he helped the employee who had been behind us. That didn't sit right. Thankfully, when we did get to the register, we were helped by Melissa, and she was absolutely lovely!
