The receptionist and people answering the phone were very helpful too, although couldn't wait a whole day to hear back for the question I asked, so called again instead to find out. Was told my car would take an hour to fix, so brought thingss to do while waiting. Omar said would just take 30 minutes, but they were busy that morning, but did finish within an hour. I was so very impressed with my service here and HIGHLY recommend you bring your car here for repairs. I had my first car accident ever in California back on 4/4/16 and the car wasn't drivable!!! Had my car towed to one place and they wouldn't take my car, but then as my tow truck came up to this place, they took my car happily!!! SO HAPPY!!!! I came to Caliber Collision yesterday, because a gate at my apartment building had come down on my SUV and scratched the entire passenger side windows. I met with Alex to get an estimate of the cost. And he looked at the damage, and told me that he could fix it easily with polish for free! That the cost was so minimal, it would be more trouble to get an estimate, go through the hassle of leaving my car and getting a rental. So he did right then and there! After the crazy Santa Ana winds of early December 2011 landed a tree through my windshield, my insurance sent me to Classic Collision. It was a no-nonsense experience. I had about 8k damage and considering the work, it took about the 2-3 weeks Eric estimated. All staff was laid back but professional. After getting the car back, I noticed the steering wheel was clicking, the horn didn't work and my steering wheel audio controls were not working. I brought the car back and they identified the problem and fixed it beautifully. My only complaint is that they didn't catch it the first time. Also, very helpful service of picking the customer up/dropping them off at home. They also delivered my car to me both times at home. Very helpful. I have been to other body shops with lots of fancy lobbies and cappuccino machines, and even though Classic has these to some small degree, the service stood out as being the best part. read more

These people are really helpful, they made sure I understand everything and made sure I get the customer service I needed. They updated me everyday about my car which is a nice thing. They also took care of my car and did an awesome job at fixing my bumper and light. When I came to pick up my car and saw it, I was really pleased. They did such an awesome job. Looked like nothing ever happened to my car and they were even nice enough to clean the inside of my car which I felt a little embarrassed since I didn't have time to clean it myself. Haha. So far my car has been in their shop for week three with severe damages. I've been to a body shop before but nothing beats caliber collision, they have been in touch with me and kept me inform profesionally and not only but asked me to come in to explain every part and damage and how they're gonna fix it and properly go through Acura to get all my parts, I haven't gotten my car back but I know a good body shop when I see one. I highly recommend them and State Farm because since State Farm works with caliber collision they keep in contact and also towed my car from my house to their shop for me. I had to pay out 300 to get it towed around the block from my house at 10 pm at night during the accident. Had I've known about caliber collision I would of saved my money and head ache. Thank you to Alex I believe and Christian for being sincere, I will bring my big's car here too and I'll be back here if I need anything repaired in the near future. Thanks guys!!! I was involved in a MVA and chose this Caliber location based on the other party's insurance preferred shops, so sure, I didn't have to deal with any of the financial aspects of this repair, but William in particular heard me and validated my concerns and worked to accommodate me as much as possible with so much grace and kindness! Same day I ordered the replacement mirror on ebay it arrived two days later on a Saturday (thank you ebay). Common sense gave me the inclination to go to Caliber Collision once again as they provided such great service and did such a phenomenal job on my Ford Edge last June, it was an easy decision to make. But what I wasn't expecting was an upgrade to their already stellar customer service. Anthony the Manager was expecting my arrival and was already aware what needed to be done. While I was conversing with him briefly in the lobby, Alex a collision repair specialist without my knowing was already installing the new drivers side mirror. These guys are the rock it! My husband was in a car accident, we had the car towed to this location. Omar took care of us; gave us all the details we needed to know, let us know when the car would be ready and if we had any questions we could call! We were told the car would be ready within a week, it ended up being ready early! I called one morning asking the status of the car, Omar came back and said it was ready....we only live a couple of blocks away, so I walked down to pick the car up, they had it washed and to look at where the damage was? They did THE most amazing job, you could NOT tell where my husband had been hit! Terrible!!! I had to go back twice to get my car fixed after I was t-bone on the driver side door. What a poor job. If you open the door the bolts are all scratched up. Isn't your car suppose to like like before the accident when they return it to you--NOT!! I took my Chevy Captiva there after an accident. They are professional, friendly, and constantly communicate on the progress of your car. You receive text messages every few days with updates. Several months after the job was finished there was a problem with my car that may or may not have been related to the repairs and they inspected everything for free just like the warranty states. read more

Very professional and friendly. 2- the quality of the repairs are unmatched. You can't even tell there was work done. 3-they get your car back to you ahead of schedule (from my past 3 experiences). As with previous body shops my wife and I have used, the Southern California Automobile Club (AAA) auto insurance recommended this shop due to "high ratings" from their insured members, but the quality of workmanship from this shop was worse than the quickie work performed by entry-level MACCO. While they painted over some blemishes that I was glad to see go, what I found I had received back after I picked up the car and got into the light (a dark paint color) was: a prominent fender corner on which the new paint on the upper curve was worn near-through due to over-buffing; a door that had been fine but now has ripples and odd pock mark indentations (burst bubbles?), along with a door edge that has been worn away from rubbing up against something like a concrete wall; an interior door panel that now has a dark stain from some sort of petroleum product or glue;, and a convertible roof that had been like-new but now has white stains in spots. In addition, the receptionist asked that I give her the mileage when the car was dropped off so that I could tell "the car was not driven" when I got the car back, but the trip odometer had been set back to zero and the car had three new miles on it ---- the car is a "modern muscle-car" so that was a concern. I want to make it clear that I would never recommend this place --- demand that AAA send you to a better shop, and tell them why! read more

What an incredible hassle!! Went in to get an insurance estimate and was told, "We only do estimates by appointment." I'd have to come back tomorrow. So, the next day, I arrive exactly on time for my appointment. Yet, they weren't expecting me, nor did they seem prepared. They asked for the insurance claim number, which I gave them, then they gave me some BS about needing the referral paperwork or contact from my insurance agent. Then, more crap about how they run their business. I DON'T CARE. All I wanted was a stupid estimate that my insurance agent asked that I get. He didn't say from where or who, he left that up to me. Well I didn't get the estimate from Caliber, and I don't recommend them to anyone. There are tons of auto body shops in Pasadena. I suggest you find one other than Caliber. I eventually got my estimate from Unicar, about a block away, right there on the spot. NO BS! read more

Alex at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to help me with my Prius V. Tony was very helpful making sure my car was taken care of quickly. The entire front bumper was replaced. He also offered to touch up some scratches on the rear bumper that were not part of my work order. Alex was not pleased with the touch ups, so he offered to completely redo my rear bumper, which required rebonding and painting the entire surface. It's a 3 part paint job, as I have blizzard pearl paint. So this was a lot of extra work that he did for no cost. I am very happy and grateful for the excellent service and care. read more

I went to Caliber Collision in Pasadena to see if they could get paint off of my car that was caused by a wet parking lot divider. There was paint on my tires and all along both sides of my car. They did a great job getting the paint off. It looks brand new. The staff was great. Especially Tony, who assisted me all along the process. While I've been to Caliber in the past--whether it was my fault or somebody else's that my car was damaged--they always take the "sting" out of having your car repaired not to mention doing an outstanding job! Because of that I drove there yesterday--as I had bent and completely detached--the upper two screws of the front license plate holder of my beautiful new MBZ. I was afraid the license would fall off completely and be lost forever, so on a day that reached a record 110 degrees where I live--I just wanted to get it looked at--make a future Appt--go home and get cool. I'm a "senior" widow who's just had recent orthopedic surgery and still feel fragile and pretty vulnerable. Frankly, I was ready to agree with whatever quote they gave me. On inquiry I was told Omar would assist me in a few minutes. He quickly appeared in the waiting area and I showed him my car. To my astonishment he said he would fix it immediately taking only a short while to do it. When he was done I went to pay the bill--but they refused to take any payment from me. First off let me begin by letting everyone know that they are in Pasadena not Los Angeles and I hope that the correction on this page has been made since then because these guys deserve all five stars. I was sent in through my insurance to come here. Unfortunately I needed some body work done and the estimated time would take about three weeks. From the moment I walked in the service was exceptional. They asked me if I needed a car rental which I declined and then they asked me if they can offer me a ride to my work or my home. Even though it may be expected from a body shop everyone that walked in to the office made sure I was taking care of and if I needed anything. The standard of customer service was above and beyond throughout the whole time my car was there. They gave me status reports every two days and the great news was they were able to fix my car within a week. I was surprised and happy but I was kind of worried that the quality would not be up to par however upon inspecting my vehicle a week after I dropped it off I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.
