I was in Glendale and I typed "breakfast" into Yelp and this restaurant came up as only being .4 miles from where I was and the reviews were solid. I drove the two minutes and parked right in front of the front doors. Something that made me really happy as I could see my dogs in my car from my seat in the restaurant. As soon as we walked in, a beautiful woman named Rhonda, seated us. She turned out to be our server as well. The restaurant was really clean, simple and well organized. Our booth was comfortable and the decor was pleasant. Our drink order was taken within a minute of sitting down and our food order five minutes after that. I ordered French toast and my friend ordered a vegetarian breakfast burrito. Our food came quickly, about ten minutes or, and it was hot and well made. My French toast was excellent. The real gem was the vegetarian breakfast burrito. It might be the best he or I had ever had. Impressed would be a huge understatement. Thank you Rhonda for being excellent at your job. You made our breakfast fast, tasty and organized.

Caitlin's is great whether you're in a rush for a breakfast burrito on the go, or a sit down casual breakfast. We absolutely love their omelettes. They're never burnt, or overcooked, and always have fresh ingredients inside. We love this place.

I've been coming here for 10 years. today is the last day I will never return. service was slow. waited on order only to receive wrong item. then when I did receive correct order. The potatoes were so crispy they tasted burned. I could understand if they were slammed but less than 10 people including me

Adorable spot - looks small on the outside but it's rather large. I noticed they mentioned patio seating. It had snowed the day before so we sat inside. We were greeted by several different people. Everyone is super nice and attentive. I had the breakfast burrito with the pork. My hash browns were smothered in cheese - so good. Could have been cooked a little more but still delicious. The burrito was loaded! If you're thinking about it - do it. I got the verde sauce on the side but I would recommend it on top. So flavorful. The meat and eggs could of had some salt but overall so good.

I would give it 5 stars, except for the fact that the hostess had her phone attached to her. Seriously we walked in, and had to wait a few minutes to be seated because she was so engaged with her device, during the meal, just about every time I looked up, she was on her device. After we were finished with our meal, the waitress brought over the check, not 5 minutes later, the hostess looks over at us, reprints the check, and brings over a 2nd one. Had she been paying attention, she would have known. Now my waitress was spot on, I had the Huevos Rancheros with Carne Asada. It was great. Where we were seated was near a large group with a bunch of young loud kids, otherwise the place was nice.

Solid breakfast spot! We chose to dine in but they seem to do a decent amount of takeout. The place is brightly decorated, very charming feel. They have a QR code for contactless ordering but the server did bring us physical menus. Their daily specials give you $2 off certain entrees, which makes a fairly affordable place even more of a bargain! The food was fine. I had the chicken and waffles, which came with a choice of hoisin sauce (interesting choice...?) or jalapeño ranch. The waffles seemed to have too much sugar in them, as I kept getting a gritty crunch as I was eating them. The chicken was fine but reminded me of the frozen chicken tenders I buy at Costco. My husband had the carne aside burrito was came with hash browns topped with cheese and green chile, which he said were really what made the meal. The burrito was decently sized so no complaints there! He said next time he would probably try a different type of burrito because the carne asada was fine but nothing special (although we are from Southern California so rather picky about our burritos). Service was good, food came out quickly and we had a very pleasant meal. They had a feedback sheet at each table as well, which I thought was fantastic, for a restaurant to want to hear from their customers. We will definitely be back sometime!

We walked here on a Sunday morning and we're the first ones in for breakfast. My bf and I shared one meal which was the Mile High with side pancakes. For our meat we chose the carne adovada, and honestly I would go with a different meat. It was good, but there was just something missing from the flavor profile. Next time we'll get a saltier one. Pancakes were amazing! I tried a blueberry and a raspberry, which I'd never had before. The raspberry was nice and tart, complementing the sweet syrup well. Service was very friendly and our server was quick and helpful!

Chicken fried steak is decent, breakfast burrito is really bad. EGGS ARE HORRIBLE. Super bland.

Where is the passion in the food? Breakfast burrito needs More seasoning/taste and less washed out eggs. More green chilli on burrito and less on hash browns. Little Anita's in Glendale is the best I've had so far here

Came to get some breakfast here right before leaving Denver. It was around 9am on a Monday and this restaurant wasn't very busy. The server brought out our waters and menus right away, which was good. There are a lot of breakfast options here, the menu is quite extensive. I ended up going with the Huevos Rancheros, which were excellent. We didn't have to wait long to order and the food came out decently quick. I noticed on the menu that they had some mimosas, but we did not end up getting any. Overall it was a good, low key breakfast place and I would definitely come back again. read more

I had a great brunch at Caitlin's a few weeks ago. This place is so unassuming, in a strip mall, but the food is incredible and so affordable. There is a good mix of Mexican and Breakfast foods and the service is great. Check this place out if you are in the area, you really won't be disappointed. read more

Two words... Bottomless Mimosas! Amazing brunch menu and cute little patio in the back. I tried this spot for the first time over the weekend and a friend and I split the huevos rancheros with Christmas sauce (green and red chili) and tried out the strawberry shortcake pancakes. Both were amazing! This is a little hidden gem in a stop mall and I will definitely be back. Worth stopping in for! read more

Went to Caitlin's today for breakfast. Have been coming here for years. Was very surprised at the serving size and price of their Mile High Skillets. Apparently as of yesterday they are serving them in a soup bowl for the same amount of money. $10.60 for one egg, a few hash browns with bacon and green chilie seemed a little outrageous to me. You can add another $2.00 for a larger size. On the plus side, the pancakes are yummy and will come back for those. The service is always good as well. read more

I finally got to visit Caitlin's. We heard great things through yelp about Caitlins and managed to get there late in the afternoon. One of the problems with a Saturday brunch is that if you are really good, your going to have to wait at least 30 minutes, if not more. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, Caitlin's was empty. The location is convenient for me and I wouldn't mind going back to this place as I always enjoy a good brunch. The food itself was good, but fairly average. The portions and price were just right and the service and decor were very good. I have heard the service has been bad, but that was not the case for us. We had the steak and eggs, the eggs benedict, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls. We were not impressed with the cinnamon rolls. Note to owner, people who order cinnamon rolls have already made a commitment to calories, go over the top with gooey icy glutenous goodness. Not sure what Caitlin's is like early in the morning, but all in all, the convenience, the food, the service, the decor would make me think about coming back. Get a bottomless mimosa special and you can guarantee it. read more

My company did takeout today from Caitlin's. They have a solid lunch menu ranging from $7-10. When they first introduced to me, they were described as a Mexican restaurant. They're definitely of the American/New Mexican flavor. Everyone seemed to be pleased with their food. My carne adovada shown once I got past the burrito and got into the meat and sauces. Overall, it was a pretty good takeout experience with good prices. read more

This is an out of the way place. My breakfast included eggs, hash browns, sausage and bread options, I chose toast. Delicious! Wife had quesadilla which was large and tasty. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our visit. read more

Had the Mile High work mini cakes and the green chili. Perfect breakfast dinner fare and our waiter never let our coffee get cold. Lots of regulars, the servers knew them and their orders by name. You MUST try the pancakes! They don't even need syrup. read more

Went there when nobody else was there. Consequently the service was fine. The food felt like it was just barely better than canned or pre-prepped. Nothing offensive but nothing write home about. Set in an ordinary strip center, nothing about the experience felt exciting. Price is right though. read more

Went in at 7:30 am this morning with my husband and nobody was there, not a soul. The front mat was dirty, a few tables were dirty and the server was sitting on his phone. He was not rude but definitely not welcoming, the way he should have been for a place that was empty. The menu was way way to big and overwhelming. The vents were dirty, so my husband and I did not want to chance eating the food and left. My husband has been a professional server for over 20 years and I probably will not be able to get my husband back there again. Very sad!!! read more

I absolutely love this place. Truly a hidden breakfast gem in Glendale. The back patio is never cramped and the coffee is hot. I'm a big eater so if you're the same this is the place for you. Although the portions are plenty big it's not just a pile of grub slopped together and it's got great taste to boot. read more

Came in on a whim to order a take out breakfast burrito. The cashier was very friendly and offered her recommendations (thanks Alex!) which was a two breakfast burritos for $5. I got one bacon and one ham both with green sauce. Both were small but together filling and tasted great! The bacon was definitely the best and I'll be going back again for sure! read more

Was in the Cherry Creek area for the weekend. Found Caitlin's on Yelp. The MileHigh was excellent and my omelette was full of meat and veggies. The hash browns were great. A lot of good comfort food when it was 14 and snowy outside. The bloody Mary was good too. read more

If I could have the veggie Mile High for brunch every single day, I would! Caitlin's is right across the street from me, so I'm a huge fan of the bottomless mimosas and the short walk (er, maybe "roll") after indulging in some AWESOME green chili, potatoes and eggs. Every time I've been in, there have always been open tables, so you're not going to have to wait 30 plus minutes like you would at Snooze or Breakfast on Broadway. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and dogs are allowed on the patio (and fed bacon!)-- what more could you ask for?! read more

Discovered this place on a trip with a group of friends while visiting the local seminary. I saw a 4 star rating and a lot of postive reviews on here so I decided to give it a shot. Being that it was a Sunday morning, I expected there to be some business but it wasn't a ridiculous wait. Everyone in our group took the time to check out the menu and decide what they wanted. Our server was very attentive and apologized for any additional waiting that we encountered since it was a larger group. When our food arrived, everyone raved about how good it was. I had the Mile High with veggies, bacon and green chile. It was fantastic and the pancakes were also great. All the people in my party also raved about the coffee. Caitlin's is definitely doing something right! Don't hesitate to give them a try. read more

It took me a long time to get here despite living not too far away, but now I'll be a regular at Caitlin's. I don't eat breakfast out all that often, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorites. They have a little different take on the usual breakfast fare, as most of the menu has a southwestern flavor to it, though they do have the old standbys as well. I'm a big fan of the red chili, though the green is pretty good too, and both are vegetarian, which is good for those who prefer that. They have plenty of large omelettes, skillets and even the Mile High bowl, which piles everything into a slightly smaller portion if you're not super hungry. They do breakfast burritos too, as you would expect, and I enjoy those as well. Generally I go for either the carne adovada pork or the veggie mix, though I'd like to be able to combine the two. I haven't tried the lunch offerings yet, but I have plenty still to try on the breakfast menu, and everything has been very good so far. The staff are all very friendly here and it's a great little spot for when you want something other than the usual eggs or pancakes. read more

Only came once. Was the only place serving breakfast within walking distance to my friends house so I came here and picked up a breakfast sandwich. Was tasty. Only reason three stars? because I only came in for pickup, not dine in. The waiter was friendly and the transaction went smooth. read more

Just before we moved to Denver two weeks ago, I went online and checked into all the restaurants within a mile of our new place. Caitlin's was one of the first to catch my eye because I'm big breakfast lover. I'm a fan already! We thought they had a good menu with some nice "unusual" sandwiches. The fries are awesome! I loved how big the soda glasses were too. My boyfriend had the habenaro ranch chicken wrap and said it was delicious. I had a traditional egg breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly. They have a great sized patio out back and I liked the decor inside. Our server was great. Very friendly. Didn't catch her name.... We will definately be back! read more

Love this place! Chicken enchiladas for breakfast is awesome. Green chili is pretty good too. They have old school crumbly ice with my Coke is also a favorite. I think I've been to Caitlin's maybe 5 or6 times now and it is always good. The food is hot, fresh, tasty and doesn't disappoint. I have always had some of the best service in town there too. They really cater to families and children and are so friendly and warm. YUM! read more

Hidden in an unassuming corner of a strip mall (and let's be real, it's not super fancy inside either), my fiancé and I are slightly obsessed with their mile high breakfast - piles of hash browns, eggs, meat, green chile - all the good stuff. The sweetness of the honey helped to soothe the sting. This location is in a strip mall and they have done a very nice job of decorating it. It looks clean and well maintained. It seems to make sense that you would offer meals for all people, even ones like me that cannot manage the spice. Crispy Sweet Potato Tacos - Simply exquisite. Vegetarian (possibly vegan) dish which you don't have to compromise your satisfaction or craving. Service was great and attentive at the right time, suggesting dishes for our first time and knowledgeable about size was very helpful. We enjoyed our meal here for a middle of the week date night.

What a friendly place! The guy behind the counter greeted us as if we were old friends such was his tone and emphasis. This place has a massive menu catering for all tastes and allergies. The informality of the seating and tables give the place an atmosphere that is so refreshing - only in a country cafe. The wood burner was a popular hang out place where locals and visitors alike mixed around the fireplace. The food was very good and the speed it was prepared and served was breathtakingly fast. The presentation of the food on the plate was most attractive and added to the eating experience here.
