Best place for Taco Tuesday! The tacos were really good and have a lot of flavor to them. We got all of the tacos on the menu for Taco Tuesday and you can't go wrong. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of seating inside and it looks like they host parties and have event space.

Super place and my favorite Mexican food in Denver so far. Sarahi is a welcoming host and brings decades of food service experience to her own restaurant. Although we were the first lunch guests on a holiday weekend, the dishes were tasty and fresh, with robust spices. The dining room is casual and comfortable, and it's clearly a party in the evenings. This is a gem on Colfax.

I did a little research before arriving in Denver for places to eat where I could get good green chili and this place seemed to come up decent and not too far from my hotel, so I gave it a try. Upon driving there I was surprised to see it in a very nasty neighborhood, but going inside Sarahi herself took care of me and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave me her story of coming from Mexico, new Puerto Vallarta and bringing her mom's recipes here with her and wanting to open a restaurant where she could share those with others. Her service was great and her cooking was very nice. I got a smothered chicken burrito, which she smothered with her green sauce. The chicken in it was nicely seasoned and the entire burrito was pretty good. The green sauce wasn't "green chili" though, it was a citrus based green sauce. Her salsas were decent, she brought me a regular and a spicy and both had a nice kick to them. In all, I hope she continues to do well, she definitely does a very good job here!

The two long ass hairs in my food. And I'm not tipping no fucking more or ordering tf out!! You mfs are so racist half the fucking time!!!

So disgusting they had two long hairs in my chips and I didn't see them until I was almost done. That kind of stuff makes you want to pull up on someone. So annoying so sick of people. I want my money tf back!! I'm so angry right now!! Like why would you mess with someone's food like that you weird mfs!!

What an awesome new spot on Colfax! Delicious, freshly made, authentic Mexican cuisine. We recently visited and enjoyed Quesabirrias & Consome and The Crispy Chicken Falutas, and both were outstanding! The salsa was fresh and chips nice and crunchy. The waiter Jesus was attentive and personable. Appreciate the reasonable prices. Enjoy checking out this awesome restaurante! We will undoubtably be back!

Food was delicious! This place just opened up and they have plenty of seating here! We tried a couple different tacos and they were all delicious and the salsa verde was great! They also change the agua fresa and in this occasion we tired the agua de piña that was bomb!!! Definitely recommend the place was clean and super friendly staff.

Wonderful experience. Good food, amazing service and finally a spot that doesn't play their music too loud. Really enjoyed our time there.

Ordered takeout, and didn't receive half my order. The churro had raw dough in the middle. This place is trash.

You can tell there's real attention to detail in every dish, and nothing felt overly complicated just for the sake of it. We shared the burger (honestly one of the best we've had), the panzanella salad, and deviled eggs - all impressive. Drinks were excellent - the mezcal negroni, stockyard pony, and house spritz. We ended with the pecan tart and espresso martini. It was just the two of us and we were stuffed when we left. They sat us in their outdoor space and it was so, so nice. We LOVED it. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.

Cons for this paragraph is the wait for the food is ridiculous. Why 45 min at least for any dishes. If you're ordering multiple. They're not coming out all at once. The appetizer orecchiette we got was tasty in regard to the texture. Nicely al dente. But it was extremely salted and extremely sour. Unsure of what flavor profile they want to have. Our server recommended the roasted chicken to be the most seasoned dish. I'm not sure whatever they marinated actually puncture the meat. It was cook well but virtually no flavor. Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.

We had a 5:45 PM reservation but the dining room was already full, so we sat at the bar and were immediately offered menus, water, and house-made chips and homemade salsa (Aaaah-mazing salsa!). Service was friendly and welcoming from our server Hunter to the bartenders and food runners -- everyone was happy to chat. We sampled a couple cocktails (Elderflower Prickly Pear and the Spicy Mezcal). If you like mezcal, the Spicy Mezcal is a perfect balance of heat and bright citrus. The prickly pair is too sweet for my taste buds but love the presentation. For my entrée I tried the Nomada's Best of Plate -- a grilled taco, chicken enchilada (I added green chili), and crispy carnitas (I ate these with a tortilla). All three were excellent and distinct; the chicken enchilada was my favorite and likely what I'll order next time. My wife had the crispy carnitas fajitas -- a generous portion and very easy to eat thanks to a thoughtful presentation. Highly recommend -- just be sure to make a reservation.

Food-wise, the chicken fingers are some of the best I've had. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The thin fries are amazing too -- the kind you keep eating long after you're full. The gravy and honey mustard are perfect pairings with the chicken and fries. The BBQ sauce, though, I could personally do without. Overall, a great neighborhood spot with good food, good specials, and a fun atmosphere.
