Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.

It sounds simple but it's done really well. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of both the drinks and food makes it worth it.

It was better than the sushi I have had at a sushi restaurant since moving here to CO. Nice Asian sauce with sesame seeds throughout. Super good. It's light, though. It is in a butter lettuce "taco shell", but honestly I think putting it in a true corn or flour tortilla just would not mesh well. The service was very very pleasant and attentive. It's a good spot to experience sunsets as you knock back a drink or two, or watch the night sky, so long as it's not overcast or raining. If you look closely towards the ceiling-length windows, you can see the Denver skyline in the distance in front of the Rockies that dominate the landscape from afar.
