Daydreamer Coffee - Cappuccino

Daydreamer Coffee

Daydreamer Coffee on 3rd Street is a nice, spacious coffee shop tucked into an apartment building…read morelobby. It has plenty of room, a clean modern feel, and a steady crowd of people working on laptops, so it's a good spot if you want to settle in for a bit. Food options are pretty limited, and with the background music and lobby energy, it's not the quietest coffee shop in town - digital nomads beware. Still, it's comfortable, useful, and easy to like for what it is: a roomy urban coffee spot that works well for coffee, laptop time, or a casual meet-up.

I bought this Phoenix coffee passport that allows you to explore and support local coffee shops. I…read morenever heard of this coffee shop but it's in my area so decided to give it a try. Let me start off by saying my coffee latte was excellent.. 5/5. I ordered the Sweet Treat latte and it was delicious but sadly I won't be back. I walked in and sat at a bar where the barista was making drinks. I watched as she made drinks, cleaned, did everything except greet or acknowledge me! After giving it some time, I said to her excuse me do you have a menu and she goes menu is over there. I then responded it would have been nice if you said something to me and she responded oh the bar is closed to that I responded well this is my first time here and I didn't know that but maybe if you would have said something to me. Anyway, I clearly was irritated and if I didn't have the passport for the free drink, I would have left. I had every intention of buying a pastry or something else and sitting in the shop and enjoying my morning but she rubbed me the wrong way! How hard is it to welcome someone, ask if they need help instead of ME having to get her attention when the place was empty. I wish I got her name. I found her rude and won't be returning. Save your money! Support local businesses that are welcoming.

Lots of parking in the garage and I'm pretty sure it's free. Went in through the back entrance and the space is bright, clean, with some greenery. Cool bar setup with baristas making specialty drinks. I was between 2 drinks and but got the Rafa (recommended). Sooo good. Got it with oat milk and it was creamy, smooth, not too sweet, with a subtle nutty buttery flavor. Barista handed it to me which was sweet. I saw another barista like delivering to people sitting so that's always nice. Also grabbed the Miso Pecan Spelt Cookie Crispy, chewy, not too sweet. I went right before 10am and some desserts were sold out already! I'd come back for sure. Sit down and try something else.

What a gem. Moxie Coffee completely won me over from the moment I walked in - the staff are…read moregenuinely some of the kindest I've encountered, and the whole place just has this beautiful, considered aesthetic that feels so intentional. The interior is stunning: warm, minimal, and full of personality. The shelf displaying their coffee bags and packaging is absolutely my vibe. I could honestly browse it all day. They source rare, small-batch beans and it shows. I picked up a red honey processed Ethiopian coffee with tasting notes of raspberry, clementine, hibiscus, and rose petal, and it delivered on every single one. Worth every penny, even if the beans are a splurge. My only regret is not grabbing more bags. On the food side - the tomato thyme danish is a must! Please, please ask them to heat it up. It's incredible either way, but warm? Another level entirely. The whole pastry case looks amazing and they're actively building out a dedicated bakery section, so I can only imagine this gets even better. Watch this space. All in all, Moxie hits on every front - killer coffee, beautiful space, wonderful staff, and pastries that deserve their own fan club!

Service= wtf I'm a pour over fan, I go to a different non-chain local neighborhood coffee shop often but they are closed on Mondays so I decided to hit up another local spot. I ordered. It was very loud inside (music) so I went outside -of course it's on 7th street so even louder outside. After being outside about 7-10 minutes I came inside and sat down. I saw a mug of coffee sitting near the counter and inquired if it was my pour over the cashier looked terrified and said mine wasn't done yet. Then a few moments later the gal from the back slammed it down and yelled "POUR OVER THANK YOU VERY MUCH" I prefer to support local but I don't prefer passive aggressive attitudes. A customer is allowed to ask questions it's called communication. My local spot can do five pour over coffees synonymously in four minutes flat at a better price point with no attitude. Maybe it was a tough Monday I get that but come on folks get it together.

I got the iced matcha latte, it was okay. My friend got their CC latte I think. And for someone that doesn't like coconut I could appreciate it was a well made drink. Balance of coffee and flavor. I prob couldn't drink a whole thing to myself because the coconut is noticeable. They had a yummy looking pistachio pop tart but didn't try food The service was okay. The person wasn't warm and came off irritated. Can't imagine how they would be in a morning rush Anywho, not eager to come back but I would get one of their coffees if the opportunity presented itself
