Visiting Arizona and had to try this cafe! Loved ube matcha and ube latte. Wished there was more ube in the drinks, but everyone tasted delicious. Service was pretty quick, and the cafe was cute with a few seats inside. Free parking at the lot in front. If I visit Arizona again, I'll definitely go back!
Ube coffee was delicious! Definitely worth stopping in for. Came in Wednesday before noon and there was a good amount of foot traffic. Lots of laptop folks working so it felt like a chill study/work spot. The lady who took my order was really nice and even told me about flavor options not listed on the menu. I already knew I wanted the ube coffee though. She mentioned it's sweetened with condensed milk and doesn't use regular milk... I said BET. So good. The space is bright and modern with plants, big windows, and lots of seating. Cute place to hang out for a bit. I'd definitely come back to try more coffee, matcha, and their açaà bowls. Only bummer was they don't have any pastries.
Great coffee spot I found when trying to pick a happy-medium place to meet a friend. They serve delicious Vietnamese coffees and teas. I had the Thai tea, and my friend ordered the coconut coffee. She's vegan, and although the menu leans heavily toward milk-based drinks, she really appreciated the coconut cream and alternative milk options available. The space is very open and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit and chat. They also have their own parking lot, shared with a few other businesses in the same plaza, which makes it convenient to visit.
Excellent! Such a cute place! I love the atmosphere. Excellent customer service! They have an order kiosk if you don't feel like taking to anyone. I had a large iced strawberry matcha latte less sweet and it was probably one of the best I've ever had. I got my mom an iced caramel macchiato and it was great! I will be back! I want to try more things!
There's a small parking lot infront but it was pretty packed We ordered the matcha pandan with whole milk (3/5) there is a light matcha and a light pandan taste but pretty bland. I wish it was more flavorful. Costed $7.5 We also had the turmeric ginger tea no sugar iced. It was bland but probably because the ice melted. Would get it hot next time (4/5). It was a tea bag, I think this was $4.5?
Pretty legit coffee bar. I dig it! I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and wanted a pick me up and was really impressed by their very creative menu. They had things like Vietnamese egg coffee and many different options for matcha. Initially, I was planning on a matcha drink as I can't have coffee after 2pm or I'll be bouncing off the wall and I enjoy my sleep immensely. I saw that they have a brown sugar hojicha and I've been wanting a hojicha drink since I came back from Vegas, so I was looking forward to this. My brown sugar hojicha latte was very good. I really liked it, nutty and flavorful! I'll definitely be back again and will definitely try some of their other drinks too! The ambiance is cute too and def would stop in too if I needed a place to get work done or meet friends.
Wowowowow, this Vietnamese matcha/coffee shop is so good! Last time, I got the mango sticky rice matcha and it was soo addicting, but today I decided to try the pandan matcha and the salted coffee. Both were sooo delicious. I especially loved the pandan cold foam, it pairs perfectly with the matcha. The salted Vietnamese coffee comes with dark roast, coconut cream, milk, and a salted vanilla cold foam. It's strong, rich, and absolutely delicious. Service was super quick and efficient, and the inside was packed with people hanging out or getting work done. I'd definitely come back again!
Cafe Mollie is my favorite coffee shop in Phoenix! All of the flavors are so good and actually taste like whatever the flavor is. Every single drink I've gotten here has been amazing. I haven't had one bad drink in the 6+ months I've come here. My favorites are the ube coffee, the seasonal pumpkin coffee, and black sesame banana coffee (also seasonal). It is a bit small and can get crowded on weekend, but they keep the line moving fast.
I've been seeing Cafe Mollie pop up on social media a-lot lately, and now I understand why. I recently came by and ordered one of the Vietnamese pumpkin drinks they had on special and it was perfect!!!! The Vietnamese coffee was smooth and strong, and then the pumpkin cold brew on top was the perfect touch. Monica and Eve were really helpful and friendly. This place also has seating indoors, a great place to chill or get some work done. I came by here on a weekday around 9am and it was pretty slow. This place is actually known for their matcha, I can't wait to come back and try some.
So this is a little place that is super cute The barista who helped us was named Joi and she was very helpful and kind. I got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha It tasted just like mango sticky rice and even had real pieces of mango in it. My husband got the coconut latte iced and it was tasty. you could have still taste the coffee and that's important to me. My daughter got a pumpkin Vietnamese coffee and the pumpkin cold foam was so much better than Starbucks. There is plenty of parking but not much seating in the cafe. Hope you will visit this cute little cafe soon.
We had a very peaceful and great time at Cafe Mollie. They have a convenient parking lot out front and a short walk to the Cafe. The service was very friendly and patient, as it was our first time here. They have an iPad kiosk where you can place your order. I ordered the strawberry matcha, it wasn't super sweet, but DELICIOUS. We also enjoyed the vanilla infused cold brew. Plenty of seating and seems like a quiet place to work or meet a friend. Will definitely visit again!

Delicious drink and great menu! I could barely decide with all the exciting choices but the one I made was sooo good: the mango sticky rice matcha. Genuinely some of the best matcha I've tried. I was especially excited to see pandan matcha as I haven't found that offering anywhere else and it was delicious. I love pandan so anytime I get a chance to have it, I will take it. My friend got the ube matcha and that was really nice too. The flavor combinations were really well done and the matcha was good quality. It also comes in a pretty big size! We got a bahn mi too and that was pretty flavorful and goes well with the matcha. The ambiance was great, it was clean and I liked the greenery and their playlist was amazing. I would definitely come back the next time I am in Arizona! read more

Saw this place all over TikTok and it had good reviews so my husband and I decided to try it out. I ordered the matcha latte with almond milk and honey and he order the pandan matcha with oat milk. The cashier was not friendly at all. She literally said "what do you want?" when taking our order. All the workers were just flirting with each other and standing on their phones. It took 15 minutes to make 2 drinks and it wasn't even busy. My drink literally tasted like nothing. I could not taste any matcha, only a little bit of honey. My husband liked his drink a bit more but it just tasted like sweet rice and not matcha. Very disappointed considering it was also $10 per drink! read more

Coffeee is great, has that strong coffee taste and slight viscosity associated with the classic Viet iced coffee. The pandan cream top is just a cream top though, slight pandan smell if you sniff it but no actual pandan flavor when you drink the coffee. Pass on the sandwich though. It's a well priced sandwich but the bread to filling ratio makes taking each bite a fight to break it off (I do have a weak jaw though vv) it has 3 slices of meat- one of each of the classics, a few slivers of cucumber and some picked veg. I heard so much about this place and was eager to try it. At first, I was like oh, I wish someone had mentioned it wasn't a traditional coffee shop but a Vietnamese coffee shop to set my expectations. But oh my gosh, run to this place!! Amazing amazing drinks! I got the vanilla cold brew (like holy wow) with vanilla cold foam. My mom got the coconut latte and one of the sandwiches - both were incredible. I will definitely be back and have already mentioned it to multiple friends - cannot to return and try the egg latte...or just the vanilla cold brew because it was so dang good! read more

The cutest, tastiest, most unique drinks in Phoenix. I just keep coming back for more. What a cute place to chat, date, or even study. All workers have been incredibly nice to me every time I go. I am honestly determined to make it through the menu - I have yet to try their delicious looking bahn mi. But as far as drinks go, I'm almost through all of them! Just obsessed. I am a coconut lover and also a matcha lover so they have plenty for me. My favorite so far is the salted caramel coconut latte. DIVINE!!! read more

Their matcha is probably the best I've found in the valley so far. The first time I visited, the staff was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, the woman at the register was noticeably rude. I simply asked if I could get the sticky mango rice matcha with nonfat milk instead of coconut milk, and she responded in a very dismissive tone, saying, 'If you don't like coconut, this drink isn't for you.' It wasn't that I didn't like coconut. I just preferred a different milk. I ended up ordering the strawberry matcha instead, which was delicious, and my sister actually got the sticky mango rice matcha and enjoyed it. Still, the interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. As a matcha lover, I was amazed by all the matcha variations on their menu! They offer other unique Asian flavors, including black sesame matcha & taro latte. The mango sticky rice matcha was fire! I don't know why tiktok is lying but their matcha is what they're known for and it's really disappointing, the flavors look great, they've got Mango and strawberry matcha and it looks great the color isn't alarming but the taste is bland and weak, you can only really taste that fruit at the bottom and it breaks my heart when I see another influencer recommending this place as the best matcha in az read more

Cafe Mollie, you never disappoint! I've been back at this incredible, unique, and adorable cafe far too many times since my initial review. It's the one coffee shop I'm constantly craving despite being totally out of my way! It hits every. single. time. My new favorite has been the pandan coffee -- PLEASE never get rid of this, Cafe Mollie! Just as with their Vietnamese egg coffee, Cafe Mollie is one of only 2-3 places in the Valley that serves this drink, and it's *by far* the best. The pandan flavor is super prominent -- you can see how much flavorful foam is on top of the drink -- and perfectly compliments the strong Viet coffee. To follow up with my prior review, I do want to mention that I did not in fact get the desert blossom green tea I ordered the first time -- I later learned the drink I received a yuzu peach tea, which was *so* good and now my favorite tea on the menu. Honestly, there never was a better mistake. However, the desert blossom green tea was pretty delicious and refreshing too when I did get it correctly. Also have been very happy with the Viet food options they've experimented with in recent months :) Hope more items stick so this becomes an even more well-rounded cafe experience! read more
Cafe Mollie is serving up some delicious drinks!! The place is easy to find and was already busy about 10 minutes after opening. It's bright and clean with smiling employees. I opted for the white pumpkin latte. It was served with a delicious cold foam and had great flavors and no bitterness from the beans. Ah Cafe Mollie is a sweet oasis! Great lattes if ube, coconut, or matcha is your go-to. I asked for an ube latte with coconut cold foam, and they delivered! (While the layers are beautiful, don't forget to mix it well! Tastes dreamy all mixed.) Also, had the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi with a fried egg. It's huuuge! (Twss.) The staff is very friendly and welcoming! All genuine smiles here. If you want a warm cafe with a vietnamese twist then come on in. WiFi is available and so is comfortable seating. Both were wonderful! The egg coffee was strong and bold. The strawberry matcha was the right mix of strawberry puree and matcha, making it very refreshing. Must visit! read more
Located in a strip mall, Mollie's is a unique Vietnamese coffee place. I ordered an Americano with oat milk, yes boring sorry! Barista forgot to add the milk . Coffee was mild and smooth. I've heard people raving about this place and have been wanting to come ever since. I finally had the chance today as I was in the area already! Located in a small modern-looking plaza just off the main road, Cafe Mollie can be easy to miss so make sure you take the right turn. But once you're in the parking lot you'll see a huge sign. I came in to a cute, modern, hipstery vibe and I loved it. It's very minimalistic with plants and almost a boho chic vibe. I loved it! The barista was very sweet and answered my questions about the difference between the Vietnamese and Saigon coffees - I got the Saigon Latte and enjoyed it, though I will say I wish it was a little bit sweeter. It isn't very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth I would ask to make it a bit sweeter. I do wish they had pastries/food items as I had seen it in previous pics and had hoped to grab a bite as well. But overall still great experience and I would definitely come back! read more

I had high hopes for the Vietnamese egg coffee and especially to have a Vietnamese cafe driving distance from me. The egg part on top of the coffee was tasty but was barely torched (the goal is to get it a bit caramelized) but the coffee below it was so unbelievably sweet I had a hard time drinking it. I do understand there is condensed milk in it but I've had typical Vietnamese coffee where the coffee itself is bold enough to hold up to the condensed milk. I'm sad to say for $7 I don't think the value or taste was there. I recommend noting on the menu that the drinks come sweet (and if possible to order less or no sweet). I also arrived hungry, knowing from their insta they aren't serving banh mi for a few weeks, but assuming they'd have even a pastry to snack on. They didn't have anything except chips; super disappointing :( I think I'd return to try the banh mi but I don't think I'd be able to stomach the searingly sweet drinks. Other than that the service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Cute little trinkets and decor too. read more

We got 16 oz ube coffee (left) and mango sticky rice matcha (right). The coffee was strong and authentic, mango sticky rice was on the sour side. We went on a Sunday so the shop was very crowded and loud (the line went out of the shop), and there were not enough tables to sit/study. read more

Cafe Mollie is a cute little study spot with a good amount of tables to sit at. The workers are super nice, but it seems like they're a little unorganized with ordering tickets. It took them a second to remember about my order considering there were 4 employees and it wasn't busy. The Black Sesame Latte lacked black sesame flavor and honestly tasted like a regular latte. The baguette bread for the banh mi was very good, but the banh mi itself was on the drier side and lacked flavor. It was stuffed with pork but the condiments/toppings were tasteless. I accidentally stumbled on Cafe Mollie while searching for another coffeehouse whose name starts with Mo... After reading reviews and perusing the menu I was intrigued. I rarely come across Ube unless it's paired with boba or in a donut. The last time I had an Ube coffee was a couple years ago in Seattle and I was hooked on Ube. My entire experience was five plus stars. The space is calming, clean, just the right lighting and positive vibe. Anna has the best smile and sweetest disposition. I was very apprehensive about matcha since the last one I had at a world famous chain made me gag. Anna was kind enough to give me a little sample and it was amazing! I hate to spend money on a drink that disappoints so that act of kindness made my day and the Matcha with cold foam hit the quintessential sweet spot. Another point I would like to make is that I rarely sit for long in a coffee shop being a grab and go kind of gal, but I felt so calm, welcomed, and relaxed that sitting and sipping was a delightful treat!!! Sorry not sorry one more point...unpretentious! I loathe some of the high falootin, we are better than you type coffee houses around town. Cafe Mollie is down to earth and excellent quality goods in one space, good for you Cafe Mollie, good for you! read more
