Ordered online via DoorDash and while it said my order would take a long time, it was actually ready right away. There was a small parking lot right out front and the store is located in a smaller strip mall. Inside it is very clean and well decorated. It would be a great spot to work or handout. The vibes and music were definitely spot on. I took my drink to go but I would definitely chill here. The Nut Biscoff Coffee was so delicious. I like to a bit sweet so I did 125% sweetness. Definitely recommend stopping in for a cold drink on a hot day. Great service as well!

Out of town guest and just found this spot heading out to Sedona but when I tell you we were all thinking about it the rest of the trip! Great flavor and presentation, cute shop and very friendly staff‍

Jasmine tea with boba - legit

Pretty good boba tea spot. Nice interior and the Jasmine milk tea with boba was legit. My issue is as much as I try to muster my way out of being lactose intolerant, it doesn't seem to work. I didnt substitute the milk out and well now I am kind of paying for it. I can't seem to process SBUX's anything diary either or have dairy ice cream. Le sigh. Parking is annoying here with a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. I'd come back but would need to substitute dairy for coconut or oat milk.

So so good! We randomly dropped in here today for some coffee. The shop is small but very cute and aesthetically pleasing with a neutral palette. There are a few small tables and some chairs to enjoy your drinks. We ordered the Saigon Coffee and Pistachio Caramel Coffee. The Saigon was "stronger" and less sweet than the Pistachio -- both were good but the Saigon was excellent! The coffee balanced well with the salted cream and wasn't too sweet. My partner enjoyed both as well but also preferred the Saigon. Definitely try this place out! It was busy but service was fast.

This is my go to boba tea place in central Phoenix! I've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed me so far! I specifically love their fruit tea series - the tea flavor is right on the spot with a great balance of sweetness and fruitiness. Plus, all their drinks look so pretty. I sometimes also like to hang out there because the indoor space is so aesthetic. Although this place is busy during the day, you still find it comfortable and relaxing just to sit there.

    Pandan coffee. Cold, as requested.

The positives: Tranquil space. The meh: They use syrup in their mango refresher and almost no "real" mango in the drink I did not taste any pandan in my "pandan" coffee. The service was cold. A smile goes a long way, lady! Meh. Barely 3-stars worthy in my opinion.

Ordered the Kyoto Matcha. The color didn't look promising and when I finally tasted; it was disappointing. Matcha flavor had no depth and the ratio doesn't taste good. Tasted like a lot of milk.

Order: matcha with red bean Got there when they opened and there were already people there from next door getting donuts. I'm not too big on matcha but thought I would give it a go since I love red bean. It wasn't sweet at all to me. Idk if I'm just so used to how sweet boba can be but (shrug). I believe it was only one size. I wish they would incorporate a smaller size. Service was speedy and the place was giving islander. Very cute decor. Nothing spectacular about the visit though.

Updating , that avocado chill smoothie plus boba was a pleasant surprisingly great drink and one of the few options with no caffeine :)

Stopped by Regions Tea for a little treat and a little work. The staff greeted us right away and was patient as we decided what to order. The store is clean and features a minimalistic decor. I ordered the Saigon Special which comes with strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with their special blended of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream. I added boba. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and the sea salt cream was wonderful. Their boba was perfectly chewy. No wonder they made Yelp's Top Places to Drink in the Valley (https://www.yelp.com/collection/jxhL6S8v1UjYNB4l75zDpA). We had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

I'm biased & am very used to having quality matcha since I live in the Bay area. But this drink didn't even have the slightest taste of matcha.. it looked good.. but was definitely thrown away about 10 mins later after it hurt my stomach and gave me the runs, lol. My husband got a grapefruit slush and it was way too sour. ):

Good tea, beautiful place, and great service. The tea was not as milky as I thought it would be but regardless it was still good. The place inside is very zen and modern, it's a nice place to go to and just have a moment to yourself or catch up with a friend. The guy at the register was very patient and guided us through the menu. The only thing I wish is that it would open earlier so I can stop before work lol

Regions steps the game up with not only freshly made boba, but signature sips and a chill atmosphere to vibe in.

Very standard boba shop. We both got fruit tea and thought the tea itself can be of better quality.

Now, this morning I had an unexpected invite to this "window coffee place" and since I had the open availability in my schedule and was needing to continue my meeting with my client, it was only a five minute drive, so sure why not. Thinking no biggie I can grab something small, and if I don't like it no sweat off my back its a "work" meeting. So I enter this small coffee establishment, the lighting was bright, the decor was pleasing, and the smell was delicious. I look at the menu and immediately see "cookie machiatto" and so I figure sure why not, grabbed a small (again not a coffee drinker) I let the wonderful gentleman behind the counter know "I like all the Carmel drinks". So he lets me know if I need it sweeter to just let them know they can add more. So I sit down, but started chatting for a good 10 minutes before I take my first sip! Let me tell you, my eyes were huge I immediately said loud enough for the two gentlemen behind the counter to hear, "oh my god this is delicious and I hate coffee". Seriously, I cannot sing the praises of this place loud enough. The flavor was smooth, sweet, with only the slight "bitter" coffee taste. It was fresh, creamy, the only negative I can say is I wish I would have gotten a large!!! I drank the entire thing, did not leave a drop! This is the perfect place for experienced coffee drinkers, the occasional coffee drinker, and the newbie!!! I will definitely be back, will get a large, and maybe try one of their other treats that sell. This place just might make a coffee drinker out of me yet!!! I recommend giving them a try!!!

Very welcoming space in an enormous lobby, and easy to access. Chairs, sofas, bartops, tables... the seating choices are endless. Well lit, with a security guard tucked away to keep watch. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.

I've been frequenting this architectural marvel for over 10 years. While so many new shops try to mimic this vibe, none of them are Lux. Lux is King! The 11-Year Flashback: I looked back at my review from 11 years ago when I docked them a star for the "nightmare parking." Back then, I was a "to-go" only person who never envisioned myself as a laptop-hipster hanging out. Well, times change! I'm bumping them up to 5 stars now. Maybe it's the new competition nearby or my better timing, but the parking is a breeze, and I've officially embraced the "comfy chair" lifestyle. The "Cheers" Factor: What really sets this place apart is the people. After a decade of visits, it truly feels like Cheers--where everybody knows my name! Getting to know the folks behind the counter makes every visit feel like coming home. The Sip of the Night: I shifted from my usual plain Cappuccino as my target drink to include in a review to feature their Espresso Martini. I went with a Reposado base instead of the typical vodka, and it was stellar. With two full bars in addition to the coffee and pastry bar, craft drinks truly abound here! (Note: they have an amazing cappuccino too) The Comfort Classics: You cannot leave without the food. My go-to favorites? The Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and the legendary Chocolate Chip or Red Velvet cookies. Return Factor: 100% I've been coming here for a decade, and it's still the gold standard.
