I mean there's not much to say, every time I come here it's such a pleasure. The drinks are always great quality, and I'm always excited to try other options on the menu! Such an easy suggestion to people who are looking for good boba in the Phoenix area. Once again, I just wish they were open a little later in the evenings, as I definitely get cravings for their matcha at night!
Solid boba spot! I was craving boba (what's new?) and this place was close to our dinner spot, so I decided we'd swing by and grab drinks beforehand. The parking lot is not huge but I was able to find a spot easily. A few people were enjoying their drinks when I arrived. There is a good amount of seating but I can see it getting full quickly. I had perused the menu beforehand as I usually do and although a few of the teas looked tempting, I fulfilled my craving by ordering the Saigon Special, a strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with a special blend of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream, and requested easy ice and honey boba. This has a lot of caffeine in it and I try not to order so late in the day, but I wanted it. The bobaista who took my order was friendly and welcoming, and helpful after I accidentally typed in my phone number incorrectly. Prices were fair: $6 for the drink and $0.75 to add boba. My drink was ready quickly and it looked great. It was pretty sweet with the boba and drink at regular sugar level, and I should have mixed in the sea salt cream to help combine the flavors. It was delicious though and hit the spot. I was left with salty foam at the end so I will remember to mix my drink next time. I also tried the Avocado Chill, which is a fresh hass avocado smoothie with fresh strawberries and condensed milk. Not a big smoothie girl but it was nice. I'm not in this area much but I would come back in the future, and probably try one of their milk teas.
I was visiting Arizona for a week and discovered this place. Once discovered, I went 5 days in a row!!! The boba is out of this world. It's the perfect balance of real ingredients (not just artificial syrups and colors) but real fruit and sweetness that can be adjusted to taste. The basil seed lychee was chef kiss!!! I had never had basil seeds and they didn't disappoint. The lychee were whole and generously added. The tea could be chosen I went with oolong and added boba. It was absolutely amazing!!!
Delicious! Love the fruit teas & boba, so fresh and the boba is so soft and chewy. I personally get 50% sweetness & it's always amazing. Absolutely recommend, best boba around. They also have a small collection of games and a nice seating area so it's a great spot to enjoy your drink and hang out.
Ordered online via DoorDash and while it said my order would take a long time, it was actually ready right away. There was a small parking lot right out front and the store is located in a smaller strip mall. Inside it is very clean and well decorated. It would be a great spot to work or handout. The vibes and music were definitely spot on. I took my drink to go but I would definitely chill here. The Nut Biscoff Coffee was so delicious. I like to a bit sweet so I did 125% sweetness. Definitely recommend stopping in for a cold drink on a hot day. Great service as well!
Pretty good boba tea spot. Nice interior and the Jasmine milk tea with boba was legit. My issue is as much as I try to muster my way out of being lactose intolerant, it doesn't seem to work. I didnt substitute the milk out and well now I am kind of paying for it. I can't seem to process SBUX's anything diary either or have dairy ice cream. Le sigh. Parking is annoying here with a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. I'd come back but would need to substitute dairy for coconut or oat milk.
The best tea shop in all of Arizona, hands down. I keep coming back. High quality tea, boba, jelly, etc. I feel like I've tried almost all the tea/boba places in the area & most were a disappointment. But not this place! I dream of coming back & order 3 different drinks at a time! It's that good! My favorite is the lychee basil with lychee jelly. But you can't go wrong with any of their drinks. It's all good
Regions Tea is such a cute spot and honestly one of my favorite places I've tried lately. The interior is super clean and modern with a soft, minimal aesthetic neutral tones, curved arch details, and really pretty patterned tile flooring that gives it a slightly upscale but still cozy vibe. There's lots of natural light coming in, mixed with warm pendant lighting and greenery that makes the whole place feel calm and inviting. It's definitely one of those spots that feels aesthetic without trying too hard. I ordered their Vietnamese coffee and it's easily one of the best I've had here in Arizona. It's smooth, strong, and perfectly balanced not too sweet but still rich and creamy. You can tell it's made well. Their teas are also pretty good, especially if you want something lighter and refreshing, but I would 100% recommend going for the Vietnamese coffee. Overall, I really like this place and would definitely come back. It's a great spot to sit, relax, or catch up with someone. If you're in the area, I think it's worth checking out.
So so good! We randomly dropped in here today for some coffee. The shop is small but very cute and aesthetically pleasing with a neutral palette. There are a few small tables and some chairs to enjoy your drinks. We ordered the Saigon Coffee and Pistachio Caramel Coffee. The Saigon was "stronger" and less sweet than the Pistachio -- both were good but the Saigon was excellent! The coffee balanced well with the salted cream and wasn't too sweet. My partner enjoyed both as well but also preferred the Saigon. Definitely try this place out! It was busy but service was fast.

I specifically love their fruit tea series - the tea flavor is right on the spot with a great balance of sweetness and fruitiness. Plus, all their drinks look so pretty. I sometimes also like to hang out there because the indoor space is so aesthetic. Although this place is busy during the day, you still find it comfortable and relaxing just to sit there.

The positives: Tranquil space. The meh: They use syrup in their mango refresher and almost no "real" mango in the drink I did not taste any pandan in my "pandan" coffee. The service was cold. A smile goes a long way, lady! Meh. Barely 3-stars worthy in my opinion.
Ordered the Kyoto Matcha. The color didn't look promising and when I finally tasted; it was disappointing. Matcha flavor had no depth and the ratio doesn't taste good. Tasted like a lot of milk.

As someone who's always on the hunt for great tea shops, Regions Tea was a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in, I appreciated the clean, modern aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere. It's the kind of place that feels perfect for a quick afternoon pick-me-up or a casual catch-up with friends. I decided to try the lychee tea, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The flavor was vibrant, crisp, and incredibly refreshing, with the perfect balance of natural sweetness and fragrant lychee. It wasn't overly sugary or artificial tasting, which I really appreciated. Every sip was smooth, light, and bursting with flavor--it was one of those drinks that's gone before you know it because it's just that good. Some of the best matcha in Arizona. The quality is just amazing and the service is awesome. They tend to get busy but they never take a long time to get the order out to you. I always get the matcha though they have other yummy products. It's alway so clean in here and the staff are very approachable. Love the vibes in here for chatting with friends or going in alone. read more
Cute little location with a dozen and a half seats or so. Plenty of choices for teas, milk teas, smoothies, and coffees. I ended up getting the Avocado Chill, which was delicious. Not too sweet, and you can actually taste the avocado, but the strawberry pieces give it a nice sweetness. My sister got a Vietnamese coffee drink, which she enjoyed too. Order: matcha with red bean Got there when they opened and there were already people there from next door getting donuts. I'm not too big on matcha but thought I would give it a go since I love red bean. It wasn't sweet at all to me. Idk if I'm just so used to how sweet boba can be but (shrug). I believe it was only one size. I wish they would incorporate a smaller size. Service was speedy and the place was giving islander. Very cute decor. Nothing spectacular about the visit though. read more

Stopped by Regions Tea for a little treat and a little work. The staff greeted us right away and was patient as we decided what to order. The store is clean and features a minimalistic decor. I ordered the Saigon Special which comes with strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with their special blended of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream. I added boba. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and the sea salt cream was wonderful. Their boba was perfectly chewy. No wonder they made Yelp's Top Places to Drink in the Valley (https://www.yelp.com/collection/jxhL6S8v1UjYNB4l75zDpA). We had a great experience and would definitely recommend! read more

Good tea, beautiful place, and great service. The tea was not as milky as I thought it would be but regardless it was still good. The place inside is very zen and modern, it's a nice place to go to and just have a moment to yourself or catch up with a friend. The guy at the register was very patient and guided us through the menu. The only thing I wish is that it would open earlier so I can stop before work lol read more

Really quick service but that doesn't matter as much as the BEAUTY of this matcha tbh.. perfect shade, and i love looking for new matcha serving places. atmosphere has nice music taste and it's got this clean upscale but chill vibe. nice to do work at tbh. read more

I have never entered a space more relaxing than Regions Tea and we just came here for boba! We're in the area and decided to finally try this place out as a family outing. We ordered the Pistachio Caramel Coffee and Thai Milk Tea. I absolutely love the Pistachio in the coffee; much more elevated than the other corporate coffee place that has it. The interior is beautiful and absolutely evokes a serenity that most tea places don't. I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy this place daily! read more
They have non-dairy options of everything I asked about !! Always a plus in my book cause I'm lactose intolerance . The wintermelon milk tea with coconut milk is so good! Not too sweet, perfect for a hot day. And the store is so cute. Will definitely come back again read more
If you want good boba tea in the Valley, you generally need to go to Tempe or Mesa. I was pleasantly surprised to find Regions tea and discover really good boba tea in Phoenix! I have been eyeing this place for a while but never had time to stop in. One day, I needed a place to go to escape my house for a few hours to do work and decided to check this place out. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing. I like the selection of plants throughout the cafe. The seating is generally comfortable and I saw at least one table with a nearby outlet for charging. There is wifi in there too. There is a nice, clean bathroom down the hall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really love their selection of teas (and there are a few coffee drinks too). I tried the roasted rice oolong and also the hojicha milk tea. Both were great, though I think I liked the oolong more because it tasted a little more fragrant. I like that you can customize your drink to make it less sweet and choose either with or without ice. read more
Definitely my go-to for boba in the Phoenix area. Used to barely get boba in Phoenix since most of the decent boba locations are in Mesa/Chandler which are a significant drive from my home. Now I get boba wayyy too much!! This place also has really aesthetic vibes which I LOVE and would not expect from a boba place in this area. Kind of like California vibes in here aka instagram aestheticssss which is . Love the neutral tones of the place . The boba menu is varied but not overwhelming. I've tried the fruit teas, milk teas, and coffee. The coffee is super strong. The boba is decently soft, not super hard like some of the places around here. I think I still prefer the taste of other boba shops in the Mesa/Chandler area though. Staff are okay in terms of friendliness. Parking is typically easy to find for me in their private lot, but it's not too big so I'm sure it gets full during busier times. Overall, would def recommend checking this place out if in the area! read more

Exceptional bubble tea! It was my first time in and I ordered their Malaysian Mango drink and it was perfectly sweetened. As is nothing needed to be customized. The aesthetic of this shop is super modern cafe vibes with Southeast Asian notes. Palm trees, greenery and wicker chairs. Service was super fast, within minutes. read more
We came here after lunch and this place was in a small plaza with limited parking. We ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and Hojicha milk tea with boba. The staff were nice and this place looked modern. The drinks came out shortly after we ordered. The Jasmine Milk Tea with boba was good and the Hojicha Milk Tea with boba was also good to me. The boba was soft and chewy. I would recommend either drink if you're not sure what to order. Good boba here and would recommend checking it out. read more
First impression walking in...this is the bougiest boba place I've ever been to. I thought the price of the drinks would reflect that, but I was wrong. Great service! We were warmly greeted and they patiently waited for us to make up our minds. It all sounded good! I ordered the Lychee Basil Tea and took a couple sips (ok...GULPS) of my wife's Kyoto Matcha. Both were on point, we didn't modify the sweetness. I loved the vibe inside! Minimalist design using Mediterranean decor. The spa music playing in the background further added to the chill atmosphere. I can't wait to come back! read more
