I mean there's not much to say, every time I come here it's such a pleasure. The drinks are always great quality, and I'm always excited to try other options on the menu! Such an easy suggestion to people who are looking for good boba in the Phoenix area. Once again, I just wish they were open a little later in the evenings, as I definitely get cravings for their matcha at night!
The best tea shop in all of Arizona, hands down. I keep coming back. High quality tea, boba, jelly, etc. I feel like I've tried almost all the tea/boba places in the area & most were a disappointment. But not this place! I dream of coming back & order 3 different drinks at a time! It's that good! My favorite is the lychee basil with lychee jelly. But you can't go wrong with any of their drinks. It's all good
Delicious! Love the fruit teas & boba, so fresh and the boba is so soft and chewy. I personally get 50% sweetness & it's always amazing. Absolutely recommend, best boba around. They also have a small collection of games and a nice seating area so it's a great spot to enjoy your drink and hang out.
Ordered online via DoorDash and while it said my order would take a long time, it was actually ready right away. There was a small parking lot right out front and the store is located in a smaller strip mall. Inside it is very clean and well decorated. It would be a great spot to work or handout. The vibes and music were definitely spot on. I took my drink to go but I would definitely chill here. The Nut Biscoff Coffee was so delicious. I like to a bit sweet so I did 125% sweetness. Definitely recommend stopping in for a cold drink on a hot day. Great service as well!
Regions Tea is such a cute spot and honestly one of my favorite places I've tried lately. The interior is super clean and modern with a soft, minimal aesthetic neutral tones, curved arch details, and really pretty patterned tile flooring that gives it a slightly upscale but still cozy vibe. There's lots of natural light coming in, mixed with warm pendant lighting and greenery that makes the whole place feel calm and inviting. It's definitely one of those spots that feels aesthetic without trying too hard. I ordered their Vietnamese coffee and it's easily one of the best I've had here in Arizona. It's smooth, strong, and perfectly balanced not too sweet but still rich and creamy. You can tell it's made well. Their teas are also pretty good, especially if you want something lighter and refreshing, but I would 100% recommend going for the Vietnamese coffee. Overall, I really like this place and would definitely come back. It's a great spot to sit, relax, or catch up with someone. If you're in the area, I think it's worth checking out.
I was visiting Arizona for a week and discovered this place. Once discovered, I went 5 days in a row!!! The boba is out of this world. It's the perfect balance of real ingredients (not just artificial syrups and colors) but real fruit and sweetness that can be adjusted to taste. The basil seed lychee was chef kiss!!! I had never had basil seeds and they didn't disappoint. The lychee were whole and generously added. The tea could be chosen I went with oolong and added boba. It was absolutely amazing!!!
Pretty good boba tea spot. Nice interior and the Jasmine milk tea with boba was legit. My issue is as much as I try to muster my way out of being lactose intolerant, it doesn't seem to work. I didnt substitute the milk out and well now I am kind of paying for it. I can't seem to process SBUX's anything diary either or have dairy ice cream. Le sigh. Parking is annoying here with a small parking lot, so be prepared for that. I'd come back but would need to substitute dairy for coconut or oat milk.
So so good! We randomly dropped in here today for some coffee. The shop is small but very cute and aesthetically pleasing with a neutral palette. There are a few small tables and some chairs to enjoy your drinks. We ordered the Saigon Coffee and Pistachio Caramel Coffee. The Saigon was "stronger" and less sweet than the Pistachio -- both were good but the Saigon was excellent! The coffee balanced well with the salted cream and wasn't too sweet. My partner enjoyed both as well but also preferred the Saigon. Definitely try this place out! It was busy but service was fast.
This is my go to boba tea place in central Phoenix! I've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed me so far! I specifically love their fruit tea series - the tea flavor is right on the spot with a great balance of sweetness and fruitiness. Plus, all their drinks look so pretty. I sometimes also like to hang out there because the indoor space is so aesthetic. Although this place is busy during the day, you still find it comfortable and relaxing just to sit there.
Great atmosphere. Very clean, natural, and sophisticated interior style. I love that there are a variety of drinks to choose from. The service is quick and friendly. The order system confused me a little bit (I didn't receive a number because I declined the receipt, but the order was called by the number). We came here 2 out of 3 days that we were in Phoenix; the milk tea was that good! Hailing from SGV in SoCal, where boba and Asian food of various qualities is literally everywhere, I have no doubt Regions Tea would do very well there and even beat out some competition. Let's get down to what I loved: Drinks (5/5): Tried their roasted oolong milk tea with boba and it was amazingly perfectly creamy with light toasty notes. I couldn't taste the oolong too well, but the overall drink was really good as a whole. The boba was tasty, chewy, and slightly warm on a Saturday night--loved that they scooped it in fresh. On our second visit, we got the Saigon Special and Hojicha Milk Tea. As expected, the Saigon Special was creamy, super strong and sweet, as good Vietnamese coffee should be. The Hojicha Milk Tea tasted like a slightly thicker matcha latte; I can't say I could taste the roasted notes, but I still enjoyed every sip. Ambiance (5/5): Very minimalist and modern midcentury-industrial vibes with some relaxing pop(?) music. Plants throughout and lots of lighting. It'd make a cute place for a date or afternoon chat. Not sure if it's a place to do any studying or anything like that. Comfy and stylistic chairs. Service (3/5): Fast and efficient. Nothing too much to say about the service otherwise. If we are in Phoenix again, we'd love to come back to try some other drinks! read more
This area has some of the coolest Asian spots now! In the same parking lot as Cherryblossom Noodle Cafe - literally one of my favorite Asian restaurants! And right next to the new mochidot donuts - an amazingly cute and absolutely delicious specialty dessert spot! You can spend a whole day going from each place! Including Regions Tea of course! I met up with someone from the AZ Asian Chamber here so we could do an interview and talk about the booming local Asian scene. This feels like a high end boba shop with beautiful drinks and flavors I hadn't seen before! You can tell they take their craft seriously! I got the Avocado Chill - an avocado blended smoothie with fresh strawberries. It was decadent in the most refreshing way! read more
Amazing boba! And the interior here is just vibes. I really enjoyed the minimal and Mediterranean feel of the place and the concrete sitting area along the wall was very comfy. They play great music as well so it's a nice place to chill and study. Grapefruit frost slush with jasmine tea was one of the best I've had with lots of grapefruit pulp at the bottom that was great with the floral tea. Wife got the hojicha milk tea and it was great as well with strong roasted tea flavor that wasn't overly sweet. Really enjoyed the design of the aesthetic of this place and the boba tea is great to boot! (Wanna try the viet coffee and fruit tea next time) read more
Came here on a weekday, it's such a cute little shop! The boba was really good and chewy and I loved the inside design. The workers had so much patience for me cause I realized I messed up on an order and they were extremely nice about it. Parking is limited though, and it's located in a small plaza. Def would come back again! I think they're a little pricier compared to other boba shops but you're paying for good quality drinks! read more

I've been waiting for this place to be open for awhile now and I was met with great expectations as they have experience in serving great boba/teas! This japandi style interior is unlike any other boba shop! Love the natural tones and colors used and you can clearly see it's been well-thought out. Their matcha Thai tea reminds me of Oceanside Bakery (iykyk) and been waiting for a place here in AZ that serves it. Can't wait to come back soon to try their full menu :) #camelback read more
VERY cute new tea shop in Phoenix!! Very much about the TEA experience and less about the overly sweet, gimmicky slushy drinks w/crazy add-ons. SO happy to have REGIONS as an option in Phoenix now. We've been in 5 times since they opened 3 weeks ago. Have tried nearly half their menu. There is a flavor for every mood. Fruit teas are refreshing and light. Milk teas are creamy. Coffees are strong. Favorites so far: Pandan Latte (Regions is one of very few places in AZ to offer pandan and it is fabulously fragrant and almost coconut-y!) Green Thai Tea! Normal orange-colored Thai tea is ubiquitous, but its much lesser known cousin, Green Thai Tea is really something to try! Very floral milk tea and surprisingly light. Beautiful paired with a cookie or MochiDot donut from next door! Kyoto Matcha is a lovely blend of floral Jasmine and grassy matcha. You can really taste each tea distinctly. Beautiful blend. Creamier drink. Other drinks that are also delicious: roasted rice oolong (nutty, roasted flavor), roasted wintermelon (aromatic and roasted notes), lychee basil tea (refreshing and fragrant!) and strawberry honey green tea (they add real strawberry bits to the drink!) I get all drinks 25-50% sweet with light ice. Personal preference, but it's a good place to start and add sweetness, if one likes. They have honey boba, crystal boba, coffee jelly, custard pudding, grass jelly, lychee jelly, basil seed, and azuki red bean as add-ons. And honestly, that list perfectly compliments their drink options. read more

Wow! One of the best experiences! I was in the mood to try Matcha for the first time today, but I didn't know where to get authentic Matcha, made good! I went on my phone, looked up the best spots for authentic Matcha in Phoenix, the closest one to me was Regions Tea! When I got inside I was shocked, it's beautiful in there! Very cozy, great quiet and calm place to do work from your laptop! I went up and asked the guy and let him know it'd be my first time trying Matcha, he informed me they ship theirs in from Japan! Best you can get! He was so helpful, kind and professional! Service was super quick! I ordered a Strawberry Matcha w Oatmilk, and I LOVED IT! Thank you Regions for making my first experience here and with this drink, Amazing! Definitely will be coming back! read more

Was excited to try this new boba spot. Cute aesthetic inside and very welcoming. I opted to try their Thai tea and it was really good. Not overly sweet, with a nice creaminess to it. Boba was perfect and chewy, just the way I like it. Prices are fair, $5.95 for a 24 oz milk tea which isn't bad at all. Staff was nice overall, I would definitely come back again. read more
Drinks inspired by different regions of the world! Regions Tea is a gem of a boba shop in the Phoenix area. With its refreshing drinks, you can escape the AZ heat and relax in a very aesthetically pleasing shop. It's located in a smaller plaza, but there is a decent amount of parking spots. Once you walk in, you'll see the lovely modern interior they have as well as their menu posted up to the right of the wall. Wifey is a mango connoisseur so she got the Malaysian mango and I was sweating like a sauna so I got the summer baby. Both of our drinks were super refreshing and had very unique flavor profiles. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at Regions. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Come escape the sun, grab a drink, and experience some of the best boba in AZ! read more
This is my current go-to for boba!! I'm so happy that a good tea shop has finally opened up in Uptown Phoenix, as there aren't a lot of authentic options in the area and most boba shops are in East Valley. Regions is located next to Mochi Dot donuts (great place to stop by as well!), and you can find parking anywhere in the plaza lot. The interior of the shop is modern, features plenty of seating, and is clean + spacious. In terms of service, the cashiers/baristas are all very friendly, and I like how quickly my order comes out! To be honest, I actually like all the milk teas on the menu, so I recommend trying any one you're interested in because they're all quite solid. To note, the Green Thai Tea is floral, fragrant, and unlike what I've tried at local tea shops, so I would recommend that if you're feeling adventurous. Otherwise, the Regions Milk Tea is my favorite drink based off my taste preferences. I love how chewy their boba is and how well it goes with their different tea selections. I also appreciate how you're able to adjust the ice and sugar level. I may frequent here too much, but it's probably because their drinks are just that good. read more
Regions Tea is an absolute GEM of a new boba shop! (I should know -- my group of seven ordered a completely unnecessary grand total of 14 drinks and they were all delicious. No regrets.) I ordered the green Thai tea with honey boba, which turned out to be my favorite drink. Like the description says, it's slightly minty and floral -- something between a jasmine milk tea and a regular Thai tea. A nice unique taste! The fruit teas are also tasty and refreshing. None of the teas at 100% sweetness were insanely sweet either, which is always nice. If I were to skip one item in the future, it would be the pandan latte. The Vietnamese coffee totally overpowers the pandan. Don't get me wrong -- it was still a great Viet coffee, but I was hoping for a punch of pandan, not LaCroix's version of a "flavor" lol. I'm super impressed by how smoothly their grand opening went. All the staff members were so kind. Service was great and drinks came out fast and perfect, even when a couple large grad parties came in. Really cute, well-designed space to hang out in, too :) read more
Ambiance was so cute inside! There were about 5 tables and some greenery (plants). We ordered brown sugar milk tea, 2 regions tea, and pandan latte (left to right) and sunrise in the back. All drinks were yummy, but the sunrise drink the contents settled to the bottom which made us dislike it a bit. Nonetheless the other drinks were flavorful and not too sweet, just like we wanted. The boba pearls were the perfect consistency. The service was pretty fast, given we ordered 5 drinks. Would come here again! read more

Ended up ordering the Roasted Rice Oolong Milk Tea and the Kyoto Matcha Milk Tea. Drinks came out very quickly and tasted great! Recommend stopping by for a boba fix! read more
The store was very clean and quiet. I love the plants. Thai tea was delicious. Not too sweet which I appreciated. Service was average. They answered my questions and were not rude at all, but they did not go above and beyond. The cashier didn't seem to care to be there and once I had my drink she sat down and went on her phone. read more

For starters, this place is so aesthetically appealing, I love it! Who designed this place? I must know! Their drinks are amazing, I've been here 4 times already and it never disappoints. I always get no sugar in my refreshing teas, but I do add crystal boba and lychee jelly to add a slight sweetness to the drink. The service is always great, they explain things so well and are so helpful, 10/10 for sure! read more
Such a light atmosphere when you walk in. I love the aesthetics- it's cute! My friend & I went to Cherry Blossom next door and decided to stop by Regions & I'm glad we did. I got the Summer Baby & it was so refreshing! You can definitely taste the orange juice. It almost punched me in the throat- but in a good way, there was not any pulp which I like. The other fruits made it appealing to the eyes. I'd make another visit to try out other flavors. read more

What a shame!!! With only 2 to 3 rows of boba in a $7.30 boba drink. See picture. Boba is cheap, why br so stingy with the amount? I wasn't even half way through before running out of boba for the rest of my drink! The drink itself was good. But the lack of boba really makes this place disappointing as the ONLY reason I come here specifically for a drink is for a drink with boba in it. Otherwise id go to a regular tea or coffee shop. I really wanted to like this place because location is great. I did like you can have the option to have sugar free if you want and the drink selection was decent. But no matter how great their drinks taste, the stinginess of the owners to give so little amount of boba in a regular sized drink is too disappointing for me to come back. I hope they get less cheap loosen the about the amount of boba in their drinks. read more
Finally a boba shop in AZ where you can actually TASTE THE TEA!!! This is my new go to boba shop. We ordered the Roasted Oolong 75% sweetness and it was so delicious, the fragrance from the tea definitely came through. Not that milky/sugary stuff you get at other shops. Service was a little slow i don't think they heard us come in so it took a minute for them to take our order. The ambiance was beautiful, i could see myself coming here to study or chill to catch up with friends. read more

TLDR; solid boba, pretty place, expensive This is my first time and I only got one drink, so this may not give the full picture. I got the roasted rice oolong milk tea with boba, no ice and half sugar. The boba had really inconsistent texture - some pearls were pleasantly chewy while others were undercooked and hard - and was very sweet. The milk tea itself was quite milky but I could taste some of the roasted flavor. While the drink size is quite large (24oz), I expected more boba and a stronger tea taste for the 7.28 it cost me. The place itself is pretty cool; I thought the plant and concrete vibe was quite nice. The servers there are also really nice. However, the drinks were kind of disappointing for the price. read more

The tea had a nice roasted flavor and the boba was soft and chewy. The drink was also well-priced, only $6.50 with boba, which is cheaper than most boba places in the valley. I would definitely recommend Regions Tea to anyone looking for a good boba place in Phoenix. I'm updating my previous review to give them a higher rating for the value compared to other boba places. The ambiance and aesthetic here is 10/10, I was craving some boba after getting a mochi donut next door and was so excited to try this place. On a hot Arizona summer day I needed a blended drink, and the staff was super helpful in guiding my decision for what to get since I'm very indecisive. I got the summer baby blended drink with lychee jellies and boba, and I asked if they could add some mango flavor to it to make it sweeter. The drink was very refreshing with citrus flavor, and wasn't too sweet, I couldn't taste much of the mango flavor we added but it was still good. I loved the presentation of the drink with literal limes, grapefruit and orange on the side. They have plenty of options on the menu, and this is an authentic boba tea place. I always like when boba places make like a smoothie version for us sweet people, which they didn't have that option other than a slush but it was still good and Id love to try more from their menu! read more
Very cute and aesthetically pleasing spot. I got the matcha tea with coconut milk. I wish it wasn't as sweet. I am not sure if you can modify the sweetness level but that would be great. My first time visiting and definitely won't be my last because I want to try other drinks. I came here for the pandan latte because not many places make it. The flavor is there and thankfully not too sweet. Also tried their regions milk tea which was surprisingly good as well with boba. There are tables to sit and chat amongst friends/family. The place is clean with stocked bathroom for customers. The cashier/boba barista was nice and informative if you have questions. read more
10/10 STILL DREAMING OF HAVING THIS AGAIN. I love boba and typically deviate towards milk tea. I don't even know what specifically was so good but the proportion of everything was balanced perfectly! The vietnamese coffee they used was delicious with rich, full flavor. Right amount of milk. Bubbles went great. Cannot explain how much you need to get this latte. If the drinks weren't good enough, the vibes and interior are. Very cute, clean and aesthetic. Will be back!! read more

Great boba shop in the midtown area of Phoenix. They offer a great variety of coffee, milk tea, chai and matcha. Service is good. The ambience of the environment is cute and a great place to hang out with friends or family. Although the shop is stinky! Not sure what makes it smell weird but pls fix it so I can hang out longer inside. read more
