This is my current go-to for boba!! I'm so happy that a good tea shop has finally opened up in Uptown Phoenix, as there aren't a lot of authentic options in the area and most boba shops are in East Valley. Regions is located next to Mochi Dot donuts (great place to stop by as well!), and you can find parking anywhere in the plaza lot. The interior of the shop is modern, features plenty of seating, and is clean + spacious. In terms of service, the cashiers/baristas are all very friendly, and I like how quickly my order comes out! To be honest, I actually like all the milk teas on the menu, so I recommend trying any one you're interested in because they're all quite solid. To note, the Green Thai Tea is floral, fragrant, and unlike what I've tried at local tea shops, so I would recommend that if you're feeling adventurous. Otherwise, the Regions Milk Tea is my favorite drink based off my taste preferences. I love how chewy their boba is and how well it goes with their different tea selections. I also appreciate how you're able to adjust the ice and sugar level. I may frequent here too much, but it's probably because their drinks are just that good. read more

Regions Tea is an absolute GEM of a new boba shop! (I should know -- my group of seven ordered a completely unnecessary grand total of 14 drinks and they were all delicious. No regrets.) I ordered the green Thai tea with honey boba, which turned out to be my favorite drink. Like the description says, it's slightly minty and floral -- something between a jasmine milk tea and a regular Thai tea. A nice unique taste! The fruit teas are also tasty and refreshing. None of the teas at 100% sweetness were insanely sweet either, which is always nice. If I were to skip one item in the future, it would be the pandan latte. The Vietnamese coffee totally overpowers the pandan. Don't get me wrong -- it was still a great Viet coffee, but I was hoping for a punch of pandan, not LaCroix's version of a "flavor" lol. I'm super impressed by how smoothly their grand opening went. All the staff members were so kind. Ambiance was so cute inside! There were about 5 tables and some greenery (plants). We ordered brown sugar milk tea, 2 regions tea, and pandan latte (left to right) and sunrise in the back. All drinks were yummy, but the sunrise drink the contents settled to the bottom which made us dislike it a bit. Nonetheless the other drinks were flavorful and not too sweet, just like we wanted. The boba pearls were the perfect consistency. The service was pretty fast, given we ordered 5 drinks. Would come here again! read more

For starters, this place is so aesthetically appealing, I love it! Who designed this place? I must know! Their drinks are amazing, I've been here 4 times already and it never disappoints. I always get no sugar in my refreshing teas, but I do add crystal boba and lychee jelly to add a slight sweetness to the drink. The service is always great, they explain things so well and are so helpful, 10/10 for sure! read more

The store was very clean and quiet. I love the plants. Thai tea was delicious. Not too sweet which I appreciated. Service was average. They answered my questions and were not rude at all, but they did not go above and beyond. The cashier didn't seem to care to be there and once I had my drink she sat down and went on her phone. read more

Came by on a Wednesday at 11:30am. Not busy at all as we were the only patrons. Loved the decor of the place! Menu had lots of options. Ended up ordering the Roasted Rice Oolong Milk Tea and the Kyoto Matcha Milk Tea. Drinks came out very quickly and tasted great! Recommend stopping by for a boba fix! read more

Such a light atmosphere when you walk in. I love the aesthetics- it's cute! My friend & I went to Cherry Blossom next door and decided to stop by Regions & I'm glad we did. I got the Summer Baby & it was so refreshing! You can definitely taste the orange juice. It almost punched me in the throat- but in a good way, there was not any pulp which I like. The other fruits made it appealing to the eyes. I'd make another visit to try out other flavors. read more

After having been here a few times, I'm a fan! A few notes I typed out from my last visit: - The shop is visually stunning, and there are plenty of seats for lounging in small groups or working. - For my fellow lactose-intolerant friends: Their House milk is a blend of creamer and half and half, but they do have nondairy milk substitutes. - It is nice to finally have green Thai tea in the Phoenix area. It tasted pretty standard, but in a good way! If you haven't tried it before, I'd highly recommend it. It was also not watered down which is a plus. - The honey boba flavor was GREAT in the first few sips of my drink. I'm suspecting it's due to the syrup that the boba sat in, because after getting 2/3 through my drink, the boba tasted less flavorful. Maybe a longer steep in the honey syrup could help? Overall, this is now one of my favorite boba places in Phoenix. I'll be back! read more

What a shame!!! With only 2 to 3 rows of boba in a $7.30 boba drink. See picture. Boba is cheap, why br so stingy with the amount? I wasn't even half way through before running out of boba for the rest of my drink! The drink itself was good. But the lack of boba really makes this place disappointing as the ONLY reason I come here specifically for a drink is for a drink with boba in it. Otherwise id go to a regular tea or coffee shop. I really wanted to like this place because location is great. I did like you can have the option to have sugar free if you want and the drink selection was decent. But no matter how great their drinks taste, the stinginess of the owners to give so little amount of boba in a regular sized drink is too disappointing for me to come back. I hope they get less cheap loosen the about the amount of boba in their drinks. read more

The place reminds me of a hotel. The first thing my partner and I said actually was that it looks like a hotel. It looks fancy on the inside! I got the Regions Milk Tea with boba, and while the tea was fine (I guess), the boba came out super super sweet, and had some aftertaste to it that turned me off from the drink entirely. I like sweet, and always opt for 100% sugar, but I think whatever tea they used just didn't work well with the boba? But for $7+, I wouldn't recommend the drinks at all. My drink came out super fast which was nice, but I think overall, if you're looking for boba, try to find somewhere else to go. read more

Finally a boba shop in AZ where you can actually TASTE THE TEA!!! This is my new go to boba shop. We ordered the Roasted Oolong 75% sweetness and it was so delicious, the fragrance from the tea definitely came through. Not that milky/sugary stuff you get at other shops. Service was a little slow i don't think they heard us come in so it took a minute for them to take our order. The ambiance was beautiful, i could see myself coming here to study or chill to catch up with friends. read more

TLDR; solid boba, pretty place, expensive This is my first time and I only got one drink, so this may not give the full picture. I got the roasted rice oolong milk tea with boba, no ice and half sugar. The boba had really inconsistent texture - some pearls were pleasantly chewy while others were undercooked and hard - and was very sweet. The milk tea itself was quite milky but I could taste some of the roasted flavor. While the drink size is quite large (24oz), I expected more boba and a stronger tea taste for the 7.28 it cost me. The place itself is pretty cool; I thought the plant and concrete vibe was quite nice. The servers there are also really nice. However, the drinks were kind of disappointing for the price. read more

The ambiance and aesthetic here is 10/10, I was craving some boba after getting a mochi donut next door and was so excited to try this place. On a hot Arizona summer day I needed a blended drink, and the staff was super helpful in guiding my decision for what to get since I'm very indecisive. I got the summer baby blended drink with lychee jellies and boba, and I asked if they could add some mango flavor to it to make it sweeter. The drink was very refreshing with citrus flavor, and wasn't too sweet, I couldn't taste much of the mango flavor we added but it was still good. I loved the presentation of the drink with literal limes, grapefruit and orange on the side. They have plenty of options on the menu, and this is an authentic boba tea place. I always like when boba places make like a smoothie version for us sweet people, which they didn't have that option other than a slush but it was still good and Id love to try more from their menu! read more

The wait time was reasonable, about 10 minutes, and the service was friendly and efficient. I ordered a roasted rice oolong with honey boba, which was delicious and refreshing. The tea had a nice roasted flavor and the boba was soft and chewy. The drink was also well-priced, only $6.50 with boba, which is cheaper than most boba places in the valley. I would definitely recommend Regions Tea to anyone looking for a good boba place in Phoenix. I'm updating my previous review to give them a higher rating for the value compared to other boba places. Great boba shop in the midtown area of Phoenix. They offer a great variety of coffee, milk tea, chai and matcha. Service is good. 10/10 STILL DREAMING OF HAVING THIS AGAIN. I love boba and typically deviate towards milk tea. I don't even know what specifically was so good but the proportion of everything was balanced perfectly! The vietnamese coffee they used was delicious with rich, full flavor. Right amount of milk. Bubbles went great. Cannot explain how much you need to get this latte. Visiting home one year later, Regions Tea is still the #1 boba place in Arizona. As someone who lives in LA now and has a high standard of boba from Sunright, Chicha San Chen, Latea, 7 miles, this place is the place for high quality tea, great pearls, and fun flavors. My first time visiting and definitely won't be my last because I want to try other drinks. I came here for the pandan latte because not many places make it. The flavor is there and thankfully not too sweet. Also tried their regions milk tea which was surprisingly good as well with boba. There are tables to sit and chat amongst friends/family. The place is clean with stocked bathroom for customers. The cashier/boba barista was nice and informative if you have questions. read more

Stopped by for a Thai tea with boba and this was probably one of the most expensive boba drinks I've had but at the same time it was probably one of the best Thai teas I've had as well. I usually get half the sweetness and this time I opted for 75% sweetness and they absolutely nailed it with the sweetness. Flavor was smooth and delicious and the boba was amazing. Great ambiance as well. Little pricey but well worth it! read more

I love boba! This boba shop not only was adorable and aesthetically pleasing it was so good! the Boba was made perfectly mixed with the strawberry which made it a 10/10 for me. I stopped in yesterday around 11 am. The decor is so simple yet so beautiful and the music playing was very chill. The male who took my order was also very kind. He made me feel welcomed and took my order quickly. I got two drinks, Saigon Special and a Thai Milk Tea with honey boba. Saigon Special is a Vietmanese coffee with sea salt cream. This order was for me and I was very pleased with it. It had a strong yet rich coffee taste that went down very smoothly with the perfect amount of sweetness. The Thai Milk Tea with boba was my partners drink, but I had a sip. It was a miss for me. You could lightly taste the Thai tea. I wish it would have been a strong brew. However, the honey boba was very good. Nice chewy consistency. Overall, I definitely will come back for their Saigon Special. Never thought there would be good boba in Arizona. The green thai tea here is amazing!!! I usually get 50% sweet at boba places but it was totally fine getting the regular 100% sweetness level. Fruit teas are also pretty good. The boba has the perfect texture and is not too sweet. The interior is so beautiful. Very minimalistic and there is quite a bit of seating and outlets if you want to study! read more

I absolutely love Regions! All the drinks I've had are so good and it's become my go-to boba spot! After trying a lot of their many drinks, I've settled on the Pandan Latte with boba and coffee jelly as my go-to drink combination. I'm here at least once a week and usually visit 2-3 times a week. Their employees are always very friendly and cheerful and they have a beautiful and relaxing space! Highly recommend Regions! read more

Being 105° in Phoenix we were in search of a quenching beverage and not just syrupy tea. Regions completely fit the bill! Their menu is a bit more limited than many places, but the offerings were unique enough that we each had trouble deciding. One person in our group had so much trouble that she ordered two! If you want something that is super refreshing and will take the edge off the heat, we HIGHLY recommend the "Summer Baby!!" Great service and cute shop. read more

Saw this place all over instagram and loved the menu. They have so many options from teas, coffees, and fruity drinks. I got the brown sugar earl grey with boba and IT WAS SO GOOD. Not too sweet and the earl grey flavor was there. We also got the Malaysian mango with I thought was more subtle. I do wish it was more sweet but it was refreshing. The service was really nice and they recommended what was popular. The in side of Regions was so cute. My partner and I were talking about how we loved the ambiance and decorations. Even took some inspo for our apartment. Overall such a good experience and I would come again to try out more things on their menu. Everyone there had a laptop so I felt odd just relaxing. I'll bring my laptop and work on all my homework next time. It's quiet w a bit of easy listening music piping through. I chose a pour over coffee so it was $6 and not $4-450 like the menu coffee.

Paris was good, but the experience did not warrant any return visit. They had a huge variety of options (sweets, meals, snacks, etc) in a few places near the ordering counter. The setup reminded me a school cafeteria. You pick up a tray, use the tongs to select your choices, walk up to counter, see more items peruse, then pay at the counter. The store was well decorated, very bright & colorful -- and the seating was quite comfortable (the whicker seats anyway). We ordered a wide array of savory & sweets. The salad needed more dressing, a few of the savory pastries were a bit chewy (had they been out awhile, maybe?), and most of the sweets were decent. The polite gal behind the counter offered to warm up the savory pastries but we declined -- I believe the heat would have made them more chewy. It was a bummer we didn't enjoy the food more. I see there's one in our neck of the woods. Maybe, maybe! we will try that location.

Very welcoming space in an enormous lobby, and easy to access. Chairs, sofas, bartops, tables... the seating choices are endless. Well lit, with a security guard tucked away to keep watch. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.
