Cafe Eleven is hands-down a hidden gem in St. Augustine! It's like the small-business, elevated version of First Watch--but better. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and cozy, and you can instantly tell this place is all about high-quality, fresh, farm-to-table ingredients. The food is truly exceptional--homemade, never overly salty, and made with care. The customer service was spectacular and incredibly accommodating, graciously substituting ingredients to fit my requests without hesitation. What we loved: * Breakfast steak & egg tacos - absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and not greasy. * Custom 3-egg omelette with fresh veggies and perfectly crisp home fries - flavorful and clean. * My kids devoured the from-scratch cinnamon roll (not the canned pop & bake stuff!) and said the chocolate chip pancakes were the best they've ever had. * Dinner was just as amazing - the fresh catch, side vegetables, salads, and kids' meals were cooked perfectly and bursting with fresh flavor. I looked online. It said it was open. I called at 4:45 pm. No one answered. Walked over at 5 pm. The whole staff sitting outside. Told me they were closed because of the Superbowl. Tell me I could come back tomorrow. Who closes their restaurant because of a sporting event that doesn't even begin for a hour and half or for a sporting event period? Who tells you you can come back tomorrow after it says it's open online? It's insulting to tell someone to come back tomorrow when it is 5 pm on Sunday and you just got into town. Told them I won't be coming back tomorrow. In this country the concept of service is to totally lost. read more

While we've been here before, we stopped by for dinner with friends two weekends ago for the first time. We were a large group -10 total with 4 kids under 5- arriving on a Saturday night right at 6pm. Not only was there room for us but the services was great. My pesto chicken quesadillas were phenomenal. I'm dreaming about them still. My kids gobbled up there meals - Mac & Cheese - the real deal not kraft. While we don't drink, there is an extensive craft beer selection which seemed to be popular with many patrons. We will be back for dinner (and brunch of course) read more

I've only been here one time for lunch. Hummus was good. Been here a few times though at night for some live shows. What a great place to see them! Generally not a big original live music fan, but this place has 'converted' me. I definitely look forward to the next live show I get to check out there. Drinks are reasonably priced. I recently tried the buffalo chicken sandwich from here, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The grilled chicken was perfectly coated in a tangy buffalo sauce, which gave it a nice kick of flavor without being overly spicy. The bun was fresh and held everything together beautifully. The combination of the chicken, and creamy ranch dressing was a match made in sandwich heaven. I can't wait to go back and savor this delicious treat again! read more

Went to this restaurant after we found out our hotel didn't have breakfast . This restaurant has good bubble tea but the eggs on the Cafe 11 Benedict are NOT poached. Also the Belgian waffle we ordered was cold. The servers seemed rushed and understaffed. The banana pancakes were good. Definitely different flavors the tamale was different from the mexican tamales that I am used to. It was still good instead of masa it tasted like cornmeal and ham steak cubes instead of shredded pork. Different but still good. My daughter loved her dish the yuca and the sauce. Service was great, kind, friendly, and prompt. Music was so chill I loved it. Cafe cubano was perfect! Tasted original
