This place is one of those places that are open 24/7 and if all other places are open this is the place to come to if wanting a decent meal with and okay price tag attached to it. Service and atmosphere here is great. The only thing that I'd have a gripe about would be the ordering to table wait time other than that everything was pretty good. Note that everything here is a little bland so if wanting more sauce of flavoring don't hesitate to ask your server as they are more than happy to help you. For both the things we ordered we had no complaints and they weee both okay.

Chilaquiles with eggs overeasy

Got so hungry from walking around decided to walk in here to have brunch. The ambience was a normal brunch area inside the casino hotel. Service was okay and nothing spectacular. I ordered chilaquiles for myself and it did not disappoint! Asked for beans on the side because I like my chips crunchy and the sauce was so so delicious!!! Totally recommend the chilaquiles

If you are out of options, you have a chance to gamble your stomach's future here. Was here for a weekend to compete at USBC Nationals across the street. The hotel is great. The food here... not so much. First, we came with 10 people total and tried to split up the tables to avoid gratuity fees and long orders and stress on the waiter. However, we ended up having to go at different times and sit far away from each other so we can pretend to be strangers. As far as the food, my friends order was burnt eggs and not edible. My order was less cooked eggs and not scrambled as I asked. They call it Casino Breakfast because your odds of winning are slim to none. Others at my table ordered burgers and they looked ok at best. On top of that, they thought we all ordered soda when that wasn't close to accurate. The waitress did her best and took off the badly cooked meal and all the sodas. With the bowler's discount, still on the high side. Think of your favorite breakfast restaurant, increase the menu prices, and reduce the food portions. That is Cafe Central! Enjoy!

Pleasantly surprised! Decided to dine here for the first time after catching a live performance. They were busy but we were able to be seated immediately. Their menu has lots of options if you can't decide what cuisine you want. I went with shrimp pad Thai. Our food came out SO fast and it was hot and delicious. Our server was very friendly and patient with our table. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. I would definitely come here again.

Stopped in for dinner after a show. My group of friends really enjoyed the selections offered. We had amazing waitstaff. Our food was brought out promptly. It was hot and full of flavor. We tried a number of dishes offered. Serving size was enough for left overs. It It a must try.

Just got in town and needed a bite to eat. Went to the Silver Legacy Casino and found this place. Walking up there is plenty of seating. If you wait a minute someone will greet and seat you......or you can walk to the bar. It was after 11pm and the menu was limited. Ordered Greg's All American Cheeseburger....added some bacon too. Greg's Burger was good....fries were good. If you a burger and fries swing on by.

Had a late dinner after seeing a show at The Silver Legacy. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and my wife had the General's Chicken. Both came with a side of white rice that cannot be substituted which was fine for us. The food came piping fresh and hot and the Kung Pao Chicken had excellent flavor and a perfect amount of spice and the General's Chicken was zesty and savory. Both were good portion sizes leaving us both with leftovers to take home. The atmosphere is along the indoor public walkway of the casino and a little loud, not really for an intimate date or setting, but the service was excellent and attentive. Overall, it is a convenient spot to grab a meal at all hours, a little expensive but likely for the convenience and location, but great selection and good food!

Had to stay downtown due to the bad weather on Tuesday night and ended up eating at the cafe as habit burger was closed. I ordered the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese although the cheese tasted more like plain jack. The server was attentive and my food came out fast which was a bonus. The fries were a tad cold but still tasty. I would defeat here again if I had to.

We were staying at circus circus and decided to eat dinner here. our server was a little rude and didn't seem like she was happy working. the nachos were good but the chicken ceaser salad was dry . the salmon plate was alright, honestly i've had better. the decor and seating is cute though..

William C.

The staff was very accommodating to my short lunch timeline and worked to expedite my order. Much appreciated to Manny and the kitchen team for doing that. Asian Chicken Salad is very good. Large portion size has me taking home some for dinner. However, I can't recommend the Penne Pasta with marinara and meatballs. The sauce is very thin like tomato soup so it didn't have enough depth to hold onto the penne. Prices are about 20-25% high which is consistent with most resort casino places. Discounts apply for value players and locals, but you'll need a players card. I do like the light, bright open feel of the restaurant. Nice view of The Row for people watching. TVs are the laying sports with captions is a plus.

One of the only spots open super late night or might even be 24/7. The line gets super long so be prepared to wait in line or if you're a diamond or above with Ceasars they have a separate line you can wait in for expedited seating. The service was always great and fantastic however the food is regular cafe food, some of it is better than others. There's plenty of seating and the long typically moves at a good pace.

Spaghetti and meatballs

I felt like I was in Vegas eating here. Don't ask me why I just did. Located inside the casino near the walkway, Cafe Central is a fun spot to people watch. The menu is huge with tons of options, something for everyone. I couldn't decide what I wanted and only did so when the server came. Thanks to the pictures posted by other Yelpers my choices were the pho, breakfast or the crispy Vietnamese chicken. Literally everything looked and sounded great. And it's funny because those options are so random lol. Most of the people at my table went with the Chinese food. My lady did the spaghetti and meatballs and really liked it. My Vietnamese chicken was juicy inside and had the crispiness I was hoping for on the outside. The sweet chili sauce was great. White rice hit the spot. Service here was A1.

Spices and sauces for your enjoyment

Staying at Silver Legacy and knew that Cafe Central had done a remodel but the food was still excellent. Sure enough the fried rice was just as I remembered. Just the right amount of oil and lots of chicken, shrimp and sweet barbecue pieces. The pho was perfect. Veggies on the side to add to the hot flavorful broth. The menu is full of dishes from breakfast to dinner plus many drinks. CC is especially good for groups so everyone can get what they want! Drop by and enjoy some delicious food.

It was such a beautiful day.... where can we eat outside?…read more I found "The Spot", its in the old Smee's location on the river. When we showed up, we asked if we could sit at a table outside, the guy was a little overwhelmed, he said "I can sit you in 10 mins". I said "can we have this table". OK, but....just know I'll be with you as soon as I get caught up, I'm totally fine with that I said. . He bought us a couple menus to look over. Then a table on the railing with shade opened up, I didn't care about the table was dirty with dishes, so we decided to move. I love to look at the river and watch the people go by. The server said, I'll be over soon! He was never so happy when Sierra showed up to help him out. He came over to our table I said "I hope you don't mind, I moved to be in the shade, I know I'm one of those pain in the ass customers". Then he started joking with me and it was the perfect ice breaker. My server and part owner's name is Casey! He is an awesome guy and such a hard worker to ensure his customers are taken care of. I love that. We had a couple beers, he has quite the selection of beers on tap, he supports the community breweries such as Lead Dog and Revisions. My husband had the breakfast burrito $13, it was huge with homemade tortilla chips with salad and guacamole. I had the fish and chips. You get three large pieces of fish, fries and yummy coleslaw. I love how they put the tater sauce and ketchups in personal cups for you that shows class. My fish was absolutely delicious better than the old Smees and especially the new location. You get a nice meal for $20. They have indoor, outdoor, bar seating. They have a little merch area and a gaming bar if you feel lucky. I know the Open Championship Bowlers are in town, if you're looking for nice comfort food "tavern style" location this is the place for you on the Reno Riverwalk 50 N Sierra. It upstairs.

The most recent time with my parents and aunt. I was a bit skeptical taking them to a dive bar for a burger since I wasn't sure how they would react to it. I didn't know until after the meal that they had a whole back section that would have been a lot better of an experience for them. They have a lot of tables and room back there whereas the front is either a bar, one table, or more a a lounge set up. There is also a outdoor area, but it had been a bit windy and sprinkling throughout the day so that isn't an option. I've done the Frenchified burger and the chile burger. Both times i opted for the fries over the chips and feel like I need to try the chips. Burger comes with two patties, a great bun, than the rest is up to you on which you choose. The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back.
