Once again, I have the tandoori chicken and it is absolutely amazing. The non-is amazing, the rice is amazing, everything is wonderful.

Food is economical and service is fast. It's opened late night which is a big plus. If you happen to get their lady finger ( Bhindi ), do try out, loved it.

Open late!!!! I love places open past 10pm because I get off work late and sometimes don't eat dinner till after. At 11pm this place was still poppin!!!! Great customer service and food came out fresh and fast! The naan was good and I want to try those desserts from the fridge soon.

The food was below average. Tandoori Roti - was Cooked on one side and the other side was not cooked. Who gives an uncooked food? The bhature was ok but it felt like the oil used to fry in it was not fresh and tasted a bit weird. Chicken tandoori was good it seems. I tasted a bit was ok. The samosa chaat was too sweet and had lot of yogurt in it. I am a yogurt lover but still could handle it. The samosa used in it was a frozen one. Overall a disappointing experience with the food.

We ordered takeout from Cafe Bollywood recently, on a Saturday night ordering after 11pm, we had to wait for 40 mins to get our food (we were told that while ordering). We got Tandoori Murgh, Murgh Malai Kabab, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Tandoori Roti. We liked the Tandoori Murgh, Lamb Rogan Josh was okay. Tandoori Roti was the best item we got, very well made. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is the Murgh Malai Kabab, the kabab pieces were big and had no taste, hadn't taken on any flavor from the marinade. I wish the pieces were smaller and more flavorful.

This is one of those places I wish I could add a half star. I love Indian food and have been meaning to try CB when in Bellevue. Today was the day for some takeout, which seemed to be 100% of their business this particular Saturday evening, despite having a modest amount of indoor/outdoor seats. I ordered a selection of items including one of my favorites, Samosa Chaat. We also had Butter Naan, Tandoori Shrimp, Jalfrezi Vegetables and some basmati rice. The food had to travel about 25 minutes, which I take into account, but the packaging was definitely problematic for my beloved Samosa Chaat. Everything was packed in the same container, mixed together, which means samosa, Chana masala, raita and chutney. Not a good ride for the samosa, which where soggy. The flavors were good, but I would have preferred to have the components a little more defined. Spouse threw his half of samosa out. I am going to try to salvage the other one tomorrow out of the soupy Chana. Similarly, the Jalfrezi was a bit limp and salty. The shrimp were cooked well and generously portioned. Basmati rice and naan both good, but it didn't appear to be Butter Naan. Spouse whipped out our jar of ghee and set things right. The staff was hospitable and offered me a beverage while I waited. I would give Cafe Bollywood another chance if I could eat in or make sure my food was packed to travel.

The food was amazing and the hospitality was more amazing. This place is one of my favorite places to go to hands-down will always go here before anywhere The guy working the counter was very nice and made sure we were good

Staff talk to their customer and exchange stories, I love being there as it is a little piece of India stoved away inside Bellevue

The restaurant has a stylish, upscale atmosphere that's perfect for date night or dinner with friends, and every dish was beautifully presented. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala (CTM), Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka, Garlic Naan, and Lachha Paratha. The CTM was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with tender chicken in a perfectly balanced sauce. The biryani was fragrant, flavorful, and generously portioned. The Chicken Tikka was juicy, smoky, and beautifully charred, making it another standout. Both the garlic naan and flaky lachha paratha were perfect for soaking up every bit of the curry. The cocktails were just as impressive. We tried the Funny Girl, which was fruity, refreshing, and beautifully presented with a champagne topper, along with Holy Sip!, a tequila-based cocktail with mango, lime, and a subtle chili kick that was bright and refreshing. The complimentary welcome shot was also a thoughtful touch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance felt modern and upscale without being overly formal. It's a great place if you're looking for Indian food with a contemporary twist while still staying true to authentic flavors.

A bit of a different flavor with the "juice" than usual. Very refreshing and a dramatic presentation with dry ice! Next was the "tacos" with avocado and spices. Great balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures. Last was the goat cheese chicken. This was a surprise, recommended by our server as his favorite thing on the menu. Tender chicken, a cheese sauce, plus some very colorful red and green garnish oils. So pretty, and again, delicious. We have another night in town for work so we may be back tomorrow night to try more of this creative chef's work. Spice levels were pretty mild, so don't let that deter you if you're nervous. But the flavors were popping!

Staff waited patiently and were generous with their recommendations and with their time. Food was great. We ordered 4 appetizers: spinach chaat, choti matar ki Kachori and aloo chaat and farreh. Spinach chaat was outstanding as was aloo chaat. Farreh is an acquired taste so if you like dry doughy textured appetizers then this one is for you. On the main course front: the sapkahita stood out. The lithi choka was a bit with some of us but a bit of a miss for me. I found it too spicy for my taste (but received fair warning from our server in advance). Dessert: 4.5 stars for the Jalebi. Cooked in ghee and made fresh and served warm with Rabri. It was so good, I took another serving to go! Definitely a place to go to f you're in the Seattle area!

The thali was presented in a wonderfully traditional manner, which immediately set the tone for the experience. There were 16 different items, and everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. The stars of the meal for me were the Bajri Raab and the Ghewar--both absolutely outstanding. The service was courteous, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. A couple of suggestions for improvement: when the thali is served, it would be helpful if the person presenting it could briefly explain each dish and perhaps suggest how certain items are traditionally paired or eaten. That would make the experience even more immersive, especially for those unfamiliar with Rajasthani cuisine. Also, the plate felt a bit small for the number of ramekins. There was very little room left for the rice, and the chutney and pickle kept sliding underneath the ramekins, making things a bit messy. A slightly larger plate would make the meal much more comfortable to enjoy. Finally, please continue hosting thali festivals featuring cuisines from different regions of India. That's a fantastic concept, and we'd love to return for more regional culinary experiences.

Service was a bit hit and miss and hence 3 stars not 4. We ordered nadru, panj puri and Rajma kebabs as starters. Nadru was good but others were okay. Our bread order came out in parts. 1 person was eating first while others were waiting for bread to come out. Overall, okay place if you are in the area and want to try some Indian food.
