I want to love this place more, but unfortunately just missed the mark on things. The food all tasted fine, but generally not well executed or well seasoned, and our order was messed up twice despite very politely asking the restaurant to help fix. They were nice about fixing the order, but they also started to get busy and I think that factored into some of the trouble. Very pretty cafe and pretty menu items, unfortunately just felt that there was something missing in making it a great experience.

This was my first time visiting Cafe Blue. The location was spacious with plenty of room to work or catch up with friends. The gluten free sandwich was tasty, there is a gluten free charge unfortunately. I didn't try the coffee this time, but I'll definitely be back. Service was great and everyone was very friendly.

Such a cozy spot! It is very nicely decorated inside with couches and comfy chairs or tables to sit and hang out. The sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is great, and there are lots of baked goods to choose from as well.

Such a great little cafe, and not so little with the recent addition to their space. The case was full of pastries, and they had some savory food options. I love the aesthetic of the whole place. The barista was very helpful in choosing what I wanted for my beverage and service was pretty quick too. They had some nice fall themed flavors and I was able to enjoy them in my iced matcha. I would definitely go back. I love the little affirmations and cute sayings written on the cups. They just make your day a little brighter.

Large caramel latte with toasted marshmallow cold foam

While in the area, I popped into Cafe Blue to grab a coffee. What a cute spot! It was packed on a Sunday around noon. The line was almost out the door! While I didn't order food, everything looked absolutely delicious coming out of the kitchen. Especially the breakfast sandwiches! Now onto the drinks-- they have so many flavors to choose from (classic options and seasonal). I went with the large ice latte + caramel + toasted marshmallow cold foam. OMG, that cold foam is next level! Like every single drink should come with toasted marshmallow cold foam on top! The latte itself was meh. The espresso was weak and tasted more like milk and caramel. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely return to try some other options.

Such a cute cafe! Their baked goods looked delicious. We went first thing in the morning and they had just pulled many of them right out of the oven so they were nice and warm. Great coffee with different flavor selections. We sat in the side room with extra seating. The workers were very nice. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

The chicken figgy with a side salad

First time meeting a friend at Café blue. What a beautiful little place. Clean and nicely decorated, with a small section in the back room of plants for sale. Nice menu, which has sandwiches, salad, bowls, salads, pastries, and of course, lots of different coffee and tea drinks. The staff is outstanding and helped us figure out what to order as first timers. I thought the small latte at six dollars was a little overpriced. I ordered the chicken and the fig sandwich which was presented on toasted bread like a Panini, and full of chicken, sliced apples, Brie cheese, and fig jam. It really worked and was delicious. It was served with a generous side salad, which made it a perfect lunch item. I did have some difficulty finding parking and parked around the backside of the building where I could see the aquarium being built. This is a place where you can meet with friends and sit and talk and not be hurried, which is exactly what we did.

I got the blueberry iced tea, amazing, as everything has been here so far. Staff is always very polite and welcoming. The cafe is always clean, well kept and very comfortable setting. Nice option of tables, booth and couch seating. The crowd is always average level not too loud not too quiet. Highly recommend.

Very busy small restaurant and bakery in the Inner Harbor in Syracuse. The decor is very light and airy and with the two big front windows it was light and bright even on a gray winter day. They have lots of coffee options and I chose the Matcha Butterscotch Latte. The matcha was blended well and the butterscotch flavor went nicely with the grassy matcha. Three of us chose the chicken thighs, brie, apple and caramelized onion on sourdough bread. It was delicious....the chicken was cooked perfectly and was moist and full of flavor going beautifully with all the other ingredients and the fig was a jam added to the sandwich. I LOVE that instead of chips you can have a salad . What a brilliant choice. We shared an almond cookie that was sweet and tasty. It reminded me of an almond horn from my favorite Italian bakery.

Immaculate vibes. Definitely the kind of coffee shop you come to for the aesthetic and ambiance. Especially lovely and cozy on snowy days. I dropped in on a Sunday morning about an hour after they opened. Shop was empty when I first arrived, but traffic quickly picked up. Definitely a popular spot -- limited seating inside, so plan your visit accordingly if you want to linger (you'll definitely want to linger.) The bakery case was stocked with gorgeous pastries including macrons, croissants, and cupcakes. Hard to choose! The specials menu was full of fancy possibilities. I opted for a an almond croissant and an oat milk latte. Didn't see prices listed for the baked goods, and my latte actually wound up being cheaper than what I expected from the menu? Around $10 total, $5 for the croissant and latte accordingly. More on the high-scale side for cafes including price-wise, but you can tell that the staff puts a lot of care into every aspect of the experience. The croissant was delicious, perfectly flakey and crammed full of almond paste that made me feel really nostalgic. The powdered sugar liberally dusted on top was the perfect final touch. Latte was good too. Solid playlist, and though the cafe got buzzy it wasn't too difficult to focus. A local jewelry maker set up a table for a pop-up while I was there -- love to see small businesses collaborating with and supporting other local entrepreneurs. If you don't nab a parking spot along the front of the businesses (you might not, because the building houses apartments too I believe) there is a bigger lot a short stroll away. Located in the Inner Harbor, close to Destiny USA and the waterfront, neighbors to a salon and the Meier's Creek Taproom. All around a nice experience. I'd definitely come back -- great place to meet up with friends or coworkers, or just take yourself on a work adventure or self-date. An absolutely darling, adorable cafe, and worth checking out!

For the first stop on my birthday, we stop to get some coffee. I saw that Cafe Blue had their September drink special which was name after Noah Kahan's songs(love this!). My husband got the Season of the Sticks (s'mores latte) and I got I Love Vermont (maple draft with maple cold foam). The maple draft tasted great, you can taste the maple without being overly sweet(I got it again a few days later lol). I tried my husband's drinks and that tasted delicious as well. The flourless cake was a perfect size and tasted amazing to start my birthday. The service is always friendly and welcoming. I love the touch of encouragement, phrases or whatever it may be the ladies write on each cup sure can make anyone's day!

I've heard so many great things about this place I couldn't wait to try it! Parking on a Wednesday afternoon was busy in the street and I had to circle a couple of times to find a spot. I found one in the back of the building and it was free parking . There was a line but thankfully someone was getting up so my friends and I got a table. It was so cute inside and the coffee selections all sounded amazing! I ended up with a Carmel latte! It was served in a real coffee mug which I throughly enjoyed! I chose the chicken thighs with fig jam panini with a side of salad for lunch. It was ok but I usually eat white meat chicken so it was a little strong for me. The star was the cookie. I shared this with my friends and we all declared it amazing! It was the almond croissant cookie. It was crisp on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside and the flavor was outstanding. I would definitely go back for lunch and desert and try another sandwich but stick with that cookie

I love this little cafe! It is so adorable with the best decorations and atmosphere. They have great food AND drinks. They also have amazing pastry treats. I love to come here to meet up with friends and chitchat over coffee. The employees here are always super friendly and make amazing drinks/food. I also recently read that this store plans on expanding and I am so excited to see what is in store for the future of this café!

All the baked goods look so delicious and the staff is soooooo nice. Jasmine or Jazmine, you are…read moresuch a sweet soul and so wonderful. She made my first experience here so amazing. Such a sweet and calm person!

I'll start with the great. The staff have always been wonderful when I've come. They always…read moreappreciate the small tip I leave them. As a Brooklyn boy I always found it odd there was no tip jar, we do things differently where I'm from. The prices for their goods is extremely good. Syracuse, take note of this and cherish your establishments. I walked out with two dozen donuts & a single danish cheese for $25. A famous national chain charges I think over $2.25 for a subpar donut. When I visit Cuse, I always stop here but this past time I feel the donuts were not as fresh as they once were, this could be very biased due to my experience and I don't go that often, the regulars will have better input in quality of the years. But what happened below is why I'm no longer stopping in. Saturday the 27th I pull into the parking lot and see a woman outside asking for change, very normal for me where I'm from. I don't say anything. I came inside to do a good deed, bring my neighbor and his children a dozen of donuts and grab a dozen for my family and an army buddy visiting from the west coast. I'm in a good mood. I never give people change, I always buy food. I decided I'll buy a cheese danish for the very thin woman outside in the cold. I add that to my order. Total $25 gave $30 and told the Wonderful Woman who took my order to keep the rest for herself. As I walk out, I offer the woman the cheese danish. She declined it. In a very rude way saying "she doesn't eat desserts". Now toots, you're in front of a damn bakery. People are more inclined to give you food as opposed to money so we don't support your clear drug habit. In Brooklyn where I'm from, the people like that still take the food, say thank you as it's still a kind gesture with good intentions and tosses it when you leave. That being said, there is no issue at this point. I say, "ok, have a good day and walk to my car". If the owner would like to review footage, it's the black 4Runner with NY disabled veteran plates. As I'm getting into my car, the same woman screams at me. Saying "bounce b-I-t-c-h" and telling me I better leave. Of course I reply with every profanity known to man and leave. The next morning I go again to take two donuts for my drive back to Brooklyn. Guess who's there? Yup the same delusional woman. Asks again for change and I tell her, "not after the way you treated me yesterday, I'll probably never give someone anything again that asks". Then she says "why does this man come here? I walk inside, order my two donuts and receive great service from the gentleman with glasses, who I gave a $1 tip to in two donuts. As I'm walking out another customer in the waking into the parking lot of course hands her a dollar. I told him my experience and he still chose too, hey it's America do what you wish. But when this broad is here every day, it's because people keep giving her money. But hey, his choice. And I'll do as I wish. I will no longer be coming to a Harrison Bakery. If they allow a delusional person to sit for hours everyday on THEIR property to accost/ harass customers, they cleary do not value us as customers to have a great peaceful experience. The donuts & Black & Whites are not that good to have to ruin my vibe. It's their property. Harrison bakery is 100% responsible of who is on their property and for what purpose. Syracuse PD will have no issue with issuing a no trespass for this person who literally stands or lays against the brick wall all day. Keep in mind. This is coming from someone who literally grew up in homeless shelters from time to time, even a bit of time at the Vera house down the road.
