Such a cute local coffee spot! I love that they offer dairy free options, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly. It's located inside of a shared space with a diner, so it can get a bit loud at times. There's parking available both in a parking lot and on the street, but no drive-thru, and you do have to walk up a few stairs to get inside. Such a cute little area to sit and enjoy your beverage. What a cute local coffee shop! Stopped in to get a nice pick me up and get some work done. I saw on their IG that they were promoting their summer menu which offered some coffee and matcha drinks with summer camp themed names. During my first stop, I tried the Lakeside Lavender Matcha which has a lavender syrup from the local lavender farm, Farmstead 1868. The standout, of course had to be that lavender syrup. I wish I had more of it since it compliments that earthy taste of matcha. But the drink was too milk forward for my preference. However, I did go back the next day and tried the Bear Scouts which was a cold brew with honey, vanilla, and a cold foam with cinnamon. I didn't notice until after I left that I didn't get the Teddy Graham on top. However, the cold brew was strong and smooth. It wasn't too sweet and definitely a great pick me up before my drive to the airport. The atmosphere is super cute inside even with the fireplace and the LED sign. The coffee shop is connected to the diner and also has some local products for sale. I'm already planning my fall trip back to upstate NY! read more

Super cute, festively decorative, kind staff, quick to make everyone's drinks, reasonable pricing.. what more could you ask for from a coffee shop?! This was my first time here and first impression was great. It's attached to Dave's Diner so no where to sit and a little snug but was just grabbing mine to go so no problem for me. Their pastries looked yummy, just wish they were labeled so you don't have to ask. They also have a cute little shopping area which was perfect to be able to look at everything while you wait for your order. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso and really enjoyed it! read more

This is the cutest little coffee shop in Caz. I had no idea it was tucked away in the plaza and nestled in the storefront of Dave's Diner. They have a ton of customizable and fun coffee options with decent prices. I especially love the decor and all the funny stickers patched on their computer. There's tons of seating to bring a laptop and get work done and free parking out front. I tried both the iced vanilla latte (my typical go to) and the brown sugar shaken but really loved the brown sugar shaken as it had more flavor. I'd definitely go back to try more. read more

I stopped in on a Sunday morning when I was in the area. The atmosphere was buzzing because the coffeeshop is connected to Dave's Diner, and it was peak breakfast time. The cafe itself is small and cozy, with a mixture of small and large tables, a couch and armchairs, and window seats. WiFi was solid. Outlets were a little scarce but not impossible to find, so working from here isn't impossible but you have to be a bit lucky and strategic. Cafe is picturesque and there are some cute photo ops. The coffee was tasty. I don't remember exactly what I got -- it was some kind of lavender cold brew I think, and it was delicious. Also nibbled on a tasty macaron. If you're in the area and looking for a pick me up, this is a great spot to come, It's also right near everything downtown so you can stroll and explore shops afterwards. Even with the brunch crowd next door, it was easy to find parking in the lot. read more

Such a cute local coffee shop! I visited during fall and the seasonal flavors all sounded so good. I decided on the caramel apple butter flavor, in a hot latte. It was the perfect level of sweetness, not overwhelming so. The inside is cozy and a great place to relax and do work, with plenty of seating. read more

Really cute little spot, loved all the thoughtful touches like the kids bookshelf and the materials for the teachers to take and the decor and cozy seating. I also loved that the coffee was organic. My husband got a cortado, and said it was just ok but not a typical cortado (too much espresso, milk and foam). I would go there again though! read more

Nice little coffee shop in cazenovia. The lattes were great and the cranberry scone was delicious.

"PURPOSE COFFEE COMPANY" is a great addition to the already very successful Daves Diner, in the same central village location. The freshly brewed coffee is " Way better " than Starbucks ! Just try it and see for your self. The newly decorated shop is very tastefully furnished and inviting, to sit and enjoy conversation with family and friends, or a perfect place to come, sit and enjoy a coffee and pastry on your own.
