Their prices are reasonable and the serving sizes generous. The "Creamery" part of their name is exemplified in their soft serve. It is creamy, thick, and doesn't melt right away like other ice creams might. I've tried the soft serve, hard flavors, and their version of a flurry/blizzard/etc. and can recommend all. A cool fact about the Creamery: it was opened by the local Masonic Lodge and their goal is to use profits to give back to the community. Very cool. Not much else to say here. Head to Cazenovia to check out the lake, have dinner at one of the great local restaurants, and finish up with dessert at the Nelson Creamery.

Mine was delicious and the cone was crispy and fresh and actually one of the best I've ever had. My only minor complaint is that I had zero walnuts in my ice cream!
