Rather than telling the person handling the phone order that the croissants were already ordered, the cashier just apologetically smiled. It's our first time here (we told the cashier that) and she tried to offer other options, but we weren't looking for cake first thing in the morning. What's weird is that the person handling the phone order was making drinks before and after so I'm not sure if this was an order for a friend or a legitimate customer. The whole thing was disappointing and soured our opinion and experience. Seven employees were working and it still took over 10 mins to get two lattes. When served, our drinks were not hot because the espresso shots had been sitting on the counter cooling off while the milk was steamed and the flavoring added. The interstellar had good flavor but was kid's temp by the time I got it. The honey saffron didn't taste like anything and was slightly warmer, but fell flat flavorwise. Overall, the experience didn't feel particularly high end as the prices would reflect, nor efficient. I'm not sure if I would return.

We ordered a regular oat milk latte, an iced matcha latte and also grabbed one of their $1 "day old cookies" they had out. My husband said the oat milk latte had a great espresso to milk ratio and the "day old" banana split cookie did not taste stale at all and was delicious. My matcha was a bit on the lighter/mild side for the matcha taste and I'd probably get something different next time as their specialty drinks looked really tasty. To add an alternate milk is an additional $1.65 extra !! That's crazy. Very clean establishment, nicely decorated with a country vibe. Would recommend but not for specialty coffees.
