Clean, comfortable place with a lot of tasty food including a healthy food menu i.e. turkey sausage. No drive-thru I stop in her frequently for an Americano or Colombian coffee & sandwich. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also sell coffee for your coffee maker/K-Cups, mugs, etc. Bottled water or soda. Sufficient private parking lot. If I could, this review would be 0 stars. This was the most diabolical establishment I have ever had the displeasure of visiting in my 48 years of life. In this restaurant they had a single employee working, and he was severely inequiped for the job. I can only assume they took this poor soul straight off the street as he had more than one kind of debilitating attribute. I could hardly understand him. The place was a mess, spilled milk all over the floor, balck tar coating the cup of my latte. I haven't been able to remove the stickiness off the bottom of my shoes since. I waited for 15 minutes for my medium coffee, but I only got a small because the only medium cup remaining was spilt all over the floor by the lone employee. It was so bad as soon as I got my order I left to stay in the Starbucks which wasn't a complete goddamn mess. Do not come here if you respect your time and sanity. read more

Look most times this Dunkin is like any other, perfectly adequate. And normally a situation like this I wouldn't blink twice about. However today mattered, as the purchase was made by a kid who was super proud of herself for earning a gift card to buy her fav drink and donut. So a little care and attention to placing the donut in the bag would have been a simple gesture, oh yeah and probably the simplest part of their job! And no it didn't happen on the way home, she knew it was messed up right away but was too shy to say anything while we were still there. Lessons for everyone: for her sometimes crappy service happens - for Dunkin at least do the basic parts of your job right. read more

Ordered through the app for pickup in between work appointments in the area and to get points for mobile app order. Ordered a small vanilla matcha latte and mini bagel bites. The drink took a few more minutes of waiting when I got there but not horrible. Have never been to this location before so not much to say except really great pit stop. I'm not always the biggest fan of the local Dunkin Donuts, but this one deserves 4 stars for having quick service, friendly employees, and a good location in Manlius. The downside to this location is the size of the property. There is no drive thru (bummer) and the parking lot gets TIGHT during the rush times (bummer again). If you can get past this and don't mind taking an extra 5 minutes to get your items, then this Dunkin is a good stopover when in Manlius. read more

Hate the hours and that there is no drive through, but LOVE the customer service. Clean, professional, fast, friendly, and you get a vibe that this is a happy workplace. My avocado toast is always a nice size made for grownups and not babies (like I get in some other places). I also like that employees are well groomed and take care of their appearances. A sour cream donut was 350 calories (almost 100 calories more than a regular glazed). It was almost $2. It's much denser than a regular glazed donut. I don't know if it's a yeast or cake style donut. They have $2 promotions for cappuccinos or lattes between 2-6 pm for a size medium. They have flavors you can choose from that include coconut, toasted almond, raspberry, blueberry, caramel and a few more. I tried coconut. The coffee tasted alright. The roast seemed a little on the burnt side but I'm not sure if that was from the artificial coconut flavoring. There's plenty of parking. They sell lots of Christmas gifts like gift cards (they have Hanukkah decorated cards too), socks, mugs, tumblers, Christmas ornaments, wine corks (I think) and more. The service here was quick. They're open until 9 pm. For their holiday promotion, they have a holiday slice bacon croissant sandwich. This is a clean facility, however, the music is awful and loud. Was meeting mid morning with a woman who recently suffered a big loss in her life. (It's winter so there are no options to have coffee outside.) I very kindly asked the woman behind the counter ( she was about mid 40's with a cutting edge haircut) if she could turn the music down a little and she said no. Her reply also included that only Corporate can turn down the music. How strange is that? Loud aggressive music, mid morning. No wonder no one else was sitting in there having coffee. It is an unfriendly atmosphere and the owners should really pay attention to what goes on there. read more

The staff is friendly and on my visit, sweet young girls. However, there is nothing covering the baked goods. There were three flies together on one sesame bagel. I told the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. That is right! The owner of this Dunkin Donuts, should get clear plastic covers that keep the flies away and you still can see the goods. NY State Health Dept. Where are you?? This Dunkin donuts is the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to in 7 states. I don't know how they do it but the coffee tastes like they used the dirty tap water from the dishwasher. Also they are always so slow. Don't ever stop here in a hurry. The workers are sincere and are friendly, but the management must not be teaching them how to run a real Dunkin donuts. read more

Great atmosphere! Reminded me of the cute little coffee shops of Europe. Friendly staff and they got our group's complex order correct. Great place to stop for breakfast!!!!!! Would highly recommend.
